Necroptosis-elicited host immunity:GOx-loaded MoS_(2) nanocatalysts for self-amplified chemodynamic immunotherapy

Nanoparticles induced potent antitumor immunotherapy plays a significant role for enhancing conventional therapeutic effectiveness.However,revealing the pathway of how nanoagents themselves trigger the host immunity or how to maximize the immunotherapy efficacy still needs further exploration.Herein,rose-like MoS2 nanoflowers modified with 2-deoxy-D-glucose(2-DG)and glucose oxidase(GOx)(MPGGFs)have been successfully fabricated via a one-pot hydrothermal reaction and following one-by-one surface modification as a multifunctional nanocatalyst for photothermal therapy enhanced self-amplified chemodynamic immunotherapy(PTT-co-CDT).By introducing GOx,the obtained MPGGFs exhibited self-amplified chemodynamic therapeutic efficacy under hypoxia tumor microenvironment(TME)because of the raised intracellular H2O2 level via enzyme-catalysis of oxygen.Furthermore,combined with the intrinsic excellent photothermal conversion efficiency of MoS2 nanoflowers,PTT-co-CDT performances by MPGGFs could effectively induce the necroptosis of tumor cells both in vitro and in vivo.Then the induced necroptosis via PTT-co-CDT by MPGGFs could directly trigger host immunity by activating the antigen-specific T-cells(CD4^(+) and CD8^(+)).Finally,the excellent in vivo safety of MPGGFs makes us believe that the successful construction of rose-like multifunctional nanocatalyst not only has great potentials for self-amplified chemodynamic immunotherapy,but also provides a paradigm for exploring necroptosis triggered host immunity for cancer treatment.

Mapping Near-surface Air Temperature, Pressure, Relative Humidity and Wind Speed over china's Mainland with High Spatiotemporal Resolution

As part of a joint effort to construct an atmospheric forcing dataset for china's Mainland with high spatiotemporal reso- lution, a new approach is proposed to construct gridded near-surface temperature, relative humidity, wind speed and surface pressure with a resolution of 1 km× 1 km. The approach comprises two steps：（1） fit a partial thin-plate smoothing spline with orography and reanalysis data as explanatory variables to ground-based observations for estimating a trend surface; （2） apply a simple kriging procedure to the residual for trend surface correction. The proposed approach is applied to observations collected at approximately 700 stations over china's Mainland. The generated forcing fields are compared with the corresponding components of the National Centers for Environmental Predic- tion （NCEP） Climate Forecast System Reanalysis dataset and the Princeton meteorological forcing dataset. The comparison shows that, both within the station network and within the resolutions of the two gridded datasets, the interpolation errors of the proposed approach are markedly smaller than the two gridded datasets.

Preliminary estimation of the organic carbon pool in china's wetlands

Accurate estimation of wetland carbon pools is a prerequisite for wetland resource conservation and implementation of carbon sink enhancement plans.The inventory approach is a realistic method for estimating the organic carbon pool in china's wetlands at the national scale.An updated data and inventory approach were used to estimate the amount of organic carbon stored in china's wetlands.Primary results are as follows:(1) the organic carbon pool of china's wetlands is between 5.39 and 7.25 Pg,accounting for 1.3%-3.5% of the global level;(2) the estimated values and percentages of the organic carbon contained in the soil,water and vegetation pools in china's wetlands are 5.04-6.19 Pg and 85.4%-93.5%,0.22-0.56 Pg and 4.1%-7.7%,0.13-0.50 Pg and 2.4%-6.9%,respectively.The soil organic carbon pool of china's wetlands is greater than our previous estimate of 3.67 Pg,but is lower than other previous estimates of 12.20 and 8-10 Pg.Based on the discussion and uncertainty analysis,some research areas worthy of future attention are presented.

本试验旨在研究不同代谢蛋白质（MP）水平饲粮对8-10月龄后备奶牛生长发育、血液生化指标以及体况评分的影响。选取健康的8月龄中国荷斯坦后备奶牛24头,随机分为4组,每组6头,饲喂MP水平分别为9.03%、9.55%、10.09%和10.57%的4种饲粮[对应的小肠可消化粗蛋白质（IDCP）水平分别为6.87%、8.13%、9.40%和10.65%]。预试期15 d,正试期60 d。结果表明：1）MP和IDCP满足线性回归方程MP=6.234＋0.408×IDCP（R^2=0.999,P〈0.01,n=4）。2）MP水平为9.03%、9.55%、10.09%和10.57%的4组平均日增重（ADG）分别为0.93、1.04、1.09和1.00 kg/d,10.09%组显著高于9.03%组（P〈0.05）;9.55%组和10.09%组腹围显著或极显著高于9.03%组（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。3）随着MP水平的提高,血清尿素氮（UN）含量逐渐提高,8和9周龄9.55%、10.09%和10.57%组极显著高于9.03%组（P〈0.01）,至10周龄9.55%、10.09%组与9.03%组差异不显著（P〉0.05）。4）各组试验牛体况评分在3.57-3.90之间,各组之间差异不显著（P〉0.05）,体况发育良好。综合生长发育、血液生化指标和体况评分等各方面的因素,在本试验条件下,饲粮MP水平为10.09%时,可满足8-10月龄中国荷斯坦后备奶牛ADG为1.09 kg/d的生长需要。
