Structural Control of the Getang Carlin-Type Gold Deposit in Southwest China

The Getang is a representative Carlin-type gold deposit in Southwest *** has a proven reserve of about 30 tonnes at an average grade of 5.1 g/t *** orebodies occur as strat-abound lenses,and are structurally controlled by shallow NWW-and NE-trending fold-fault systems and the unconformity between the Upper and Middle *** this study,the regional-and deposit-scale structural investigations,joints and finite strain measurements,and stress and dynamic analysis were conducted with an aim to reveal the structural process of the Getang gold deposit and clarify the relationship between the gold mineralization and *** phases of deformation were identified in the deposit:(1)paleokarst was generated by a crustal uplift when the Youjiang Basin experienced extension at the end of the Middle Permian,laying the foundation for the unconformity;(2)the NW-trending structures were formed under a NNE-SSW compression during the Indochina-South China collision(Indosinian orogeny)in Triassic;(3)the NE-trending structures were generated or reactivated under a NW-SE-oriented compression during the Yanshanian intracontinental *** unconformity recorded two episodes of tectonic evolution in the NNE-SSW and NW-SE *** analyses and geochronology data suggest that the Getang gold deposit was formed as a result of tectonic transition from compression to extension during the Yanshanian intracontinental orogeny.

风电机组出力的高波动与随机性,影响电力系统安全稳定运行与风电预测精度,针对此提出结合风电功率波动特性研究的风电功率预测方法。首先从时间与机组规模尺度分析风电功率波动特性,并指导选取合适的风电数据用于风电功率预测;然后建立基于最小二乘支持向量机的风电机组短期功率预测模型,采用自适应变分模态分解实现风电数据分频,并采用改进粒子群优化最小二乘支持向量机模型中影响回归预测的模型参数。实验结果表明,预测模型自适应性较强,通过预测误差评价指标,可证明预测方法的有效性。

目的:观察逍遥散加减治疗肝郁脾虚型乳腺癌患者癌症相关性疲乏的临床疗效。方法:根据患者第一次就诊时间顺序,将96例肝郁脾虚型乳腺癌患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各48例,其中对照组治疗过程中脱落2例,共94例患者完成临床试验,其中治疗组48例,对照组46例,所有纳入患者均为放疗、化疗及靶向治疗结束2个月以上。治疗组给予逍遥散加减口服,对照组予以仙鹤草颗粒剂口服,每2周复诊,4周后观察记录癌症相关性疲乏评分及中医症状评分,比较两组治疗前后免疫功能指标情况。结果:两组治疗后癌症相关性疲乏评分较治疗前降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组较对照组改善更为显著(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后肝郁脾虚中医症状评分较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),并且CD4^(+)、CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:逍遥散加减能够改善肝郁脾虚型乳腺癌患者癌症相关性性疲乏,增强患者免疫功能。

Group control for procedural rules:parameterized complexity and consecutive domains

We consider GROUP CONTROL BY ADDING INDIVIDUALS(GCAI)in the setting of group identification for two procedural rules-the consensus-start-respecting rule and the liberal-start-respecting *** is known that GCAI for both rules are NP-hard,but whether they are fixed-parameter tractable with respect to the number of distinguished individuals remained *** resolve both open problems in the *** addition,we strengthen the NP-hardness of GCAI by showing that,with respect to the natural parameter the number of added individuals,GCAI for both rules are W[2]-***,the W[2]-hardness for the liberal-startrespecting rule holds even when restricted to a very special case where the qualifications of individuals satisfy the so-called consecutive ones ***,for the consensus-startrespecting rule,the problem becomes polynomial-time solvable in this special *** also study a dual restriction where the disqualifications of individuals fulfill the consecutive ones property,and show that under this restriction GCAI for both rules turn out to be polynomial-time *** reductions for showing W[2]-hardness also imply several algorithmic lowerbounds.

Comparison of Ex‑PRESS implantation versus trabeculectomy combined with phacoemulsification in primary open‑angle glaucoma:a retrospective in vivo confocal microscopy study

Background:To compare the efficacy of Ex-PRESS implantation versus trabeculectomy combined with ***:A retrospective 12-month study on patients with coincident primary open-angle glaucoma(POAG)and *** patients underwent combined phacoemulsification and Ex-PRESS implant(Phaco-ExPRESS,n=35)or phacotrabeculectomy(Phaco-Trab,n=35).The morphological structures of the filtering bleb were examined by slitlamp,anterior segment optical coherence tomography(AS-OCT)and in vivo confocal microscopy(IVCM).Complete success was defined as postoperative intraocular pressure(IOP)<18 mmHg without the use of anti-glaucoma *** success was defined as postoperative IOP<18 mmHg with or without anti-glaucoma *** data were collected preoperatively and postoperatively at 2 weeks,1 month,3 months,6 months,and 12 ***:No significant difference in the variables such as age,IOP and perimetry was found between the groups of Phaco-ExPRESS and *** the one-year postoperative visit for filtering blebs,Phaco-ExPRESS increased the mean area of epithelial microcysts significantly from 0.10±0.05 to 0.20±0.09μm^(2)perμm^(2),while Phaco-Trab decreased the mean area significantly from 0.08±0.04 to 0.04±0.06μm^(2)perμm^(2).Notably,the hyperreflective dots detected by IVCM decreased by 84.9%in Phaco-ExPRESS but increased by 36.3%in *** hyperreflective dots were further identified as neutrophil-and monocyte-like *** number of these cells were negatively correlated with the microcysts area(r=−0.7,P<0.01)but positively associated with the grade of connective tissue(r=0.5,P<0.01).By creating different microstructural changes in the filtering blebs,Phaco-ExPRESS produced a higher complete success rate(84.9%vs.41.2%,P<0.01)and significant decrease in the number of anti-glaucoma medications(P<0.01)when compared with those in ***,the qualified success showed no significant difference between the two groups(

准确的电力负荷预测对于保证电力系统的稳定运行起着重要作用。针对传统短期电力负荷预测方法预测精度低,模态分解后未考虑子序列融合等问题,提出一种基于变分模态分解(VMD)和时域卷积网络(TCN)的多尺度短期电力负荷预测方法。首先利用VMD将电力负荷数据分解为若干个子序列,解决电力负荷数据的非线性和随机性等问题;再利用TCN对若干个序列采用不同时间尺度进行训练;最后利用全连接网络(FC)对各时间尺度的子序列进行融合,实现短期电力负荷预测,提升预测精度。实验结果表明,该方法相较于VMD和改进的长短时记忆网络(LSTM)相结合的传统预测方法,其均方根误差下降40%,曲线拟合程度提升1.1%。

Study on Quantitative Precipitation Estimation by Polarimetric Radar Using Deep Learning

Accurate radar quantitative precipitation estimation(QPE)plays an essential role in disaster prevention and *** this paper,two deep learning-based QPE networks including a single-parameter network and a multi-parameter network are ***,a self-defined loss function(SLF)is proposed during *** dataset includes Shijiazhuang S-band dual polarimetric radar(CINRAD/SAD)data and rain gauge data within the radar’s 100-km detection range during the flood season of 2021 in North *** that the specific propagation phase shift(KDP)has a roughly linear relationship with the precipitation intensity,KDP is set to 0.5°km^(-1 )as a threshold value to divide all the rain data(AR)into a heavy rain(HR)and light rain(LR)***,12 deep learning-based QPE models are trained according to the input radar parameters,the precipitation datasets,and whether an SLF was adopted,*** results suggest that the effects of QPE after distinguishing rainfall intensity are better than those without distinguishing,and the effects of using SLF are better than those that used MSE as a loss function.A Z-R relationship and a ZH-KDP-R synthesis method are compared with deep learning-based *** mean relative errors(MRE)of AR models using SLF are improved by 61.90%,51.21%,and 56.34%compared with the Z-R relational method,and by 38.63%,42.55%,and 47.49%compared with the synthesis ***,the models are further evaluated in three precipitation processes,which manifest that the deep learning-based models have significant advantages over the traditional empirical formula methods.

The peripheral and central nervous systems have numerous examples of two or more neuroactive products co-existing in the same neuron[1],which can simultaneously be released as both fast-acting neurotransmitters and slow-acting regulatory neuropeptides[2].For example,neurons in the lateral hypothalamus(LH)release both irritant neurotensin(Nts)and inhibitory-aminobutyric acid(GABA),two counterproductive substances[3].LH-Nts neurons project to the ventral tegmental area(VTA)and form synaptic connections with dopamine(DA)neurons to regulate reward[4-6].More critically,VTA-DA neurons express the Nts receptor Ntsrl and play a crucial role in cognition,anesthesia,reward,and disgust[4,7,8].Nevertheless,a mechanistic understanding of how stimulation and inhibition work together to control the output of neural circuits remains *** is very difficult to selectively isolate these signaling pathways in cell and circuit-specific manners.

Predication of Selective Ring-opening Hydrogenolysis for Furfuryl Alcohol to Produce Pentanediol over Dual-atom Catalysts

Selective activation of C-O bond is of fundamental importance in the precise conversion of oxygenates into value-added compounds in an atom-economic and sustainable manner, and meanwhile, the structurally well-defined dual-atoms catalysts (DACs) have been scarcely investigated in this field. In this study, a series of transition metal DACs anchored on nitrogen-doped graphene (TM2/NC, TM=Pt, Ir, Rh, Pd, Ru, Co, Ni and Cu) was constructed to make a comprehensive investigation of their selectivity in the hydrogenative transformation of furfuryl alcohol (FAL), an important biomass platform molecule, to 1,2-pentanediol (1,2-PeD) via selective cleavage of furanic C5-O bond, by density functional theory (DFT) calculations and microkinetic modeling. We found that Ir2/NC demonstrated a high selectivity for the cleavage of furanic C5-O bond to produce 1,2-PeD, while the production of THFAL or 1,5-pentanediol (1,5-PeD) on other TM2/NC catalysts are more favorable. Furthermore, we found that the selective C-O bond cleavage of FAL furan ring is affected by the orbital overlap between the d-orbitals of the anchored metal atoms and the p-orbitals of the adsorbed C atom in FAL, suggesting that the selectivity of the C-O bond cleavage is inextricably related with the electronic property of the anchored metals.

Flow Boiling Heat Transfer Characteristics and Delayed Dry-Out Ability of Non-Azeotropic Mixtures R245fa/R134a in Microchannels

Microchannel flow boiling heat transfer has the advantages of strong heat dissipation capacity,good temperature uniformity,and compact *** is an excellent way to thermally manage electronic devices,but when the heat flux exceeds CHF(Critical Heat Flux),the heat transfer performance deteriorates as the working fluid dries ***-azeotropic mixtures have the potential to effectively delay or avoid dry-out during the boiling process due to their temperature slide characteristics which causes the mass transfer *** understand the influence of non-azeotropic mixtures on microchannel flow boiling,using the phase-change microchannel heat sink as the research object,the experiments on the flow boiling heat transfer performance of R245fa/R134a mixtures under different working conditions were carried out,and the characteristics of flow boiling heat transfer were obtained under the different working conditions,and comparison was developed with those of pure substance *** results demonstrated that a small amount of low-boiling-point components in the high-boiling-point working fluid inhibited boiling heat transfer to some extent,and lowered the average heat transfer coefficient under the non-dryout condition slightly lower than that of the pure substance;however,it also effectively delayed the onset of local dry-out and prevented significant deterioration in thermal transfer performance under the lower mass flow rate and higher heat flux,which could enhance the heat sink's stability.
