Glutathione（GSH）, as the most abundant intracellular biothiol, plays an important role in the redox homeostasis of the organism. Abnormal concentrations of GSH in cells may lead to many malignant diseases, such as cancer, liver damage and neurodegenerative diseases. It is urgent to develop effective methods to detect GSH in living organisms. In this work, a new two-photon ratiometric fluorescent probe Co-GSH based on the coumarin-chalcone dye platform was judiciously developed. Based on the Michael-addition reaction, Co-GSH was able to identify GSH with high selectivity and sensitivity. Furthermore, assisted by laser-scanning confocal microscopy, Co-GSH could specifically response GSH over the other biothiols, including Cys and Hcy, in living heLa cells by using one- and two-photon modes.

目的:探讨慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)急性发作期患者血栓弹力图参数与凝血功能的相关性。方法:选取2019年1月—2021年6月句容市人民医院收治的120例COPD患者作为观察组,选择同期体检健康者60例作为对照组。两组受检者均进行血栓弹力图检测与凝血功能检测。观察组给予常规治疗,比较两组以及观察组治疗前后血栓弹力图参数、凝血功能指标,分析COPD急性发作期患者血栓弹力图参数与凝血功能指标的相关性。结果:观察组凝血反应时间、凝固时间短于对照组,Angle角、最大振幅大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组D-二聚体(D-D)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)水平高于对照组,凝血酶时间(TT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。COPD急性发作期患者凝血反应时间、凝固时间与D-D、FIB呈负相关,与TT、PT、APTT呈正相关;Angle角、最大振幅与D-D、FIB呈正相关,与TT、PT、APTT呈负相关(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组凝血反应时间、凝固时间、TT、PT、APTT长于治疗前,Angle角、最大振幅小于治疗前,D-D、FIB水平低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:COPD急性加重期患者血栓弹力图参数与凝血功能指标具有相关性,并能辅助评估治疗效果。

播期对冀东地区冰草生长和营养品质的影响

为了确定冀东地区秋季播种时期对冰草生长和营养品质的影响,以冰草新品系AZ1513为试验材料,于2020年秋季在河北科技师范学院实验站设置6个播期(10月6日,10月13日,10月20日,10月27日,11月3日,11月9日)进行播种,第二年对冰草的农艺性状(分蘖、株高、产量)与营养品质(粗蛋白CP,粗脂肪EE,粗灰分ASH,中性洗涤纤维NDF和酸性洗涤纤维ADF)等指标运用方差分析和灰色关联分析进行综合评价。不同播种时期对冰草的农艺性状以及营养品质均有显著影响;不同播期下,第2播期植株的分蘖数、株高、干草产量和种子产量最高;播期的延后会减少CP和EE的积累,同时ASH质量分数增加,播期延后还会增加NDF和ADF的质量分数。灰色关联分析结果显示,从3个生育时期的关联度和加权关联度排名来看,第4播期表现最好,其余依次是第3播期、第2播期、第6播期、第1播期,第5播期表现较差。10月中下旬在冀东地区播种冰草的产量和营养品质最优。

Runoff Change of Naoli River in Northeast China in 1955–2009 and Its Influencing Factors

Runoff change and trend of the Naoli River Basin were studied through the time series analysis using the data from the hydrological and meteorological stations. Time series of hydrological data were from 1957 to 2009 for Bao′an station, from 1955 to 2009 for Baoqing station, from 1956 to 2009 for Caizuizi station and from 1978 to 2009 for Hongqiling station. The influences of climate change and human activities on runoff change were investigated, and the causes of hydrological regime change were revealed. The seasonal runoff distribution of the Naoli River was extremely uneven, and the annual change was great. Overall, the annual runoff showed a significant decreasing trend. The annual runoff of Bao′an, Baoqing, and Caizuizi stations in 2009 decreased by 64.1%, 76.3%, and 84.3%, respectively, compared with their beginning data recorded. The wet and dry years of the Naoli River have changed in the study period. The frequency of wet year occurrence decreased and lasted longer, whereas that of dry year occurrence increased. The frequency of dry year occurrence increased from 25.0%-27.8% to 83.9%-87.5%. The years before the 1970s were mostly wet, whereas those after the 1970s were mostly dry. Precipitation reduction and land use changes contributed to the decrease in annual runoff. Rising temperature and water project construction have also contributed important effects on the runoff change of the Naoli River.

Precession–nutation correction for star tracker attitude measurement of STECE satellite

Space Technology Experiment and Climate Exploration （STECE） is a small satellite mis- sion of China for space technology experiment and climate exploration. A new test star tracker and one ASTRO 10 star tracker have been loaded on the STECE satellite to test the new star tracker＇s measurement performance. However, there is no autonomous precession nutation correction func- tion for the test star tracker, which causes an apparent periodic deflection in the inter-boresight angle between the two star trackers with respect to each other of up to - 500 arcsec, so the preces- sion and nutation effect needs to be considered while assessing the test star tracker. This paper researches on the precession-nutation correction for the test star traeker＇s attitude measurement and presents a precession-nutation correction method based on attitude quaternion data. The peri- odic deflection of the inter-boresight angle between the two star trackers has been greatly eliminated after the precession and nutation of the test star tracker＇s attitude data have been corrected by the proposed method and the validity of the proposed algorithm has been demonstrated. The in-flight accuracy of the test star tracker has been assessed like attitude noise and low-frequency errors after the precession-nutation correction.

儿童体育活动的家庭代际传递:家庭亲密度的中介效应

目的采用横向研究设计,考察儿童体育活动的家庭代际传递效应,以及家庭亲密度的中介效应。方法采用体育活动等级量表和家庭亲密度量表(学生版),对662组家庭(儿童年龄11.95±2.091岁,男生49.40%;父亲41.67±3.942岁;母亲38.92±2.787岁)进行横断面调查。结果父亲体育活动、母亲体育活动、家庭亲密度分别对儿童体育活动的正向影响显著(P<0.001),并且,分别解释了61.0%、25.4%和19.7%的变异;父亲体育活动、母亲体育活动不仅对同性子女体育活动的正向影响显著,对异性子女体育活动的正向影响也皆达显著水平(P<0.001);在父亲体育活动或者母亲体育活动影响儿童体育活动时,家庭亲密度皆具备中介效应,并且,中介效应量分别为9.2%和10.9%。结论儿童体育活动存在家庭代际传递效应,而且,父亲体育活动、母亲体育活动对同性或异性子女的体育活动皆具积极的促进和引导功效;父亲或母亲积极的从事体育活动有助于提升家庭亲密度,进而改善儿童体育活动状况,并且,相较而言,父亲更易通过行为表率而实现儿童体育活动的家庭代际传递,母亲则更易通过营造亲密的家庭关系而促成儿童体育活动的家庭代际传递。

The Solar Ring mission, a concept to monitor the Sun and inner heliosphere from multiple perspectives, has been funded for prephase study by the Strategic Priority Program of Chinese Academy of Sciences in space sciences. The Solar Ring is comprised of 6 spacecraft, grouped in three pairs, moving around the Sun in an elliptical orbit in the ecliptic plane. The mission costs,including launch fee, deep-space maneuvers, and deployment time of the ring, are highly relevant to the working orbit, deepspace transfer, and phase angle within a group. The preliminary mission profile is analyzed and designed in this paper. The launch way, two spacecraft with one rocket, is adopted. The deployment time, phasing maneuvers, and C_(3) of launch energy are evaluated for the elliptical orbits with the perihelion between 0.7 and 0.9 AU using the rockets of Long March(LM) 3A and *** simulations show two candidate trajectories: fast deployment within 4 years by LM-3B, medium deployment more than 6 years by cheaper rocket of LM-3A. In order to obtain both fast deployment and low launch cost, another orbit profile is proposed by shortening the phase angle within a group. The suggested working orbits and the corresponding costs of launch,deployment time, and phasing maneuvers will strongly support the science objectives.

Fault Systems and their Control of Deep Gas Accumulations in Xujiaweizi Area

A study of faults and their control of deep gas accumulations has been made on the basis of dividing fault systems in the Xujiaweizi area. The study indicates two sets of fault systems are developed vertically in the Xujiaweizi area, including a lower fault system and an upper fault system. Formed in the period of the Huoshiling Formation to Yingcheng Formation, the lower fault system consists of five fault systems including Xuxi strike-slip extensional fault system, NE-trending extensional fault system, near-EW-trending regulating fault system, Xuzhong strike-slip fault system and Xudong strike-slip fault system. Formed in the period of Qingshankou Formation to Yaojia Formation, the upper fault system was affected mainly by the boundary conditions of the lower fault system, and thus plenty of muiti-directionally distributed dense fault zones were formed in the T2 reflection horizon. The Xuxi fault controlled the formation and distribution of Shahezi coal-measure source rocks, and Xuzhong and Xndong faults controlled the formation and distribution of volcanic reservoirs of Y1 Member and Y3 Member, respectively. In the forming period of the upper fault system, the Xuzhong fault was of successive strong activities and directly connected gas source rock reservoirs and volcanic reservoirs, so it is a strongly-charged direct gas source fault. The volcanic reservoir development zones of good physical properties that may be found near the Xuzhong fault are the favorable target zones for the next exploration of deep gas accumulations in Xujiaweizi area.
