Borophene–graphene heterostructure: Preparation and ultrasensitive humidity sensing

Heterostructure has triggered a surge of interest due to its synergistic effects between two different layers,which contributes to desirable physical properties for extensive potential *** stable borophene is becoming a promising candidate for constructing two-dimensional(2D)heterostructures,but it is rarely prepared by suitable synthesis conditions ***,we demonstrate that a novel heterostructure composed of hydrogenated borophene and graphene can be prepared by heating the mixture of sodium borohydride and few-layered graphene followed by stepwise and in situ thermal decomposition of sodium borohydride under high-purity hydrogen as the carrier *** fabricated borophene–graphene heterostructure humidity sensor shows ultrahigh sensitivity,fast response,and long-time *** sensitivity of the fabricated borophene-based sensor is near 700 times higher than that of pristine graphene one at the relative humidity of 85%*** sensitivity of the sensor is highest among all the reported chemiresistive sensors based on 2D ***,the performance of the borophene–graphene flexible sensor maintains good stability after bending,which shows that the borophene-based heterostructures can be applied in wearable *** observed high performance can be ascribed to the well-established charge transfer mechanism upon H2O molecule *** study further promotes the fundamental studies of interfacial effects and interactions between boron-based 2D heterostructures and chemical species.

Effect of TiO_2 on the Sinterability and Microstructure of Mullite Sythesized from Al(OH)_3 and SiO_2

Using analytical pure Al（ OH）3 , SiO2 , TiO2 as raw materials, effect of TiO2 on the sinterability and microstructure of mullite synthesized from Al （ OH）3 and SiO2 was investigated in this paper by XRD , SEM and EPAX. Results show that TiO2 can promote the sintering property when the amount is below 6%, the sinterability of samples becomes better with the increase of the amount of TiO2, microstructure of samples densify gradually, and the best effect can be achieved when the amount of TiO2 is 6%. It was shown by XRD analysis that no Al2TiO5 present when the amount of TiO2 is below 6%, TiO2 existed in the form of solid-solution and glass phase; When the amount of TiO2 is up to 6%, the sinterability of samples becomes worse with the increase of TiO2 added, microstructure of samples began to loosen, Al2TiO5 can be observed in samples and its amount increase with the increase of TiO2.

Thermodynamic Analysis of Combusion Synthesis and Reaction Hot Pressing of Al_2O_3/B_4C Composite

The equilibrium phases and adiabatic temperature for combustion synthesis and reaction hot pressing of Al 2O 3/B 4C employing ① Al, B 2O 3 and C ② C, B, Al 2O 3 as starting reactants were analyzed by the CALPHAD technique. It is shown that the equilibrium phases at the adiabatic temperature in the combusion system (1) are not the intended composite Al 2O 3/B 4C but other phases. Good agreement with the experimental data was achieved for the calculated adiabatic temperature. The results were discussed with respect to the elimination of the by product in the combustion synthesis. It also revealed that the reactant mixture (2) is a weak exothermic or endothermic reaction system, which can be employed in the reaction hot pressing.

In this paper, we investigated the electrical properties of the Metal-oxide-semiconductor gate stack of Ti/AlO/In P under different annealing conditions. A minimum interface trap density of 3×10cmeVis obtained without postmetallization annealing ***, utilizing Ti/AlO/In P MOS gate stack,we fabricated ultra-thin body buried In0.35 Ga0.65 As channel MOSFETs on Si substrates with optimized on/off trade-off. The 200 nm gate length device with extremely low off-current of 0.6 n A/μm, and on-off ratio of 3.3×10, is demonstrated by employing buried low indium(InGaAs) channel with In P barrier/spacer device structure, giving strong potential for future highperformance and low-power applications.

In order to improve corundum-spinel castables’ explosion-proof performance, the influence of the anti-explosives such as aluminum powder, organic fiber, azodicarbonamide and aluminum lactate on the properties and the resistance to explosion of corundum-spinel castables were researched. The results showed that: all these four additives could improve explosion-proof performance of castables with a proper amount, and couldn’t reduce mechanincal properties obviously. In comparison, aluminum power had the most obvious effect on improving the explosion-proof performance of castables, followed by organic fiber and azodicarbonamide. The castables with compound explosion-proof agents of 0.06% aluminum powder, 0.03% organic fiber and 0.05% aluminum lactate had the best explosion-proof performance, and explosion-proof temperature has climbed to 900 ℃.

Thermochemical Evaluation of Combustion Synthesis of Al_2O_3/B_4C Composite

The equilibrium phase and adiabatic temperature for combustion synthesis of Al_2O_3/B_4C employing Al, B_2O_3 and C as starting materials is analyzed by both conventional and CALPHAD method. The adiabatic temperature calculed by CALPHAD method is significantly lower than that obtained by conventional method. The CALPHAD calculation also reveals that the equilibrium phases presented at the adiabatic temperature are different to the desired composites. The adiabatic temperature in this system can be lowered by introducing Al_2O_3 as diluents. The maximum amount of Al_2O_3 that can be added to the system while maintain a self-sustaining combusion mode is 1.3 mol.

火焰喷涂合成技术是可用于制备金属陶瓷涂层的新技术该工艺的实施，需要对Ｆｅ－Ｔｉ－Ｃ系进行热力学分析，了解合成目标产物Ｆｅ／ＴｉＣ的热力学条件通过利用计算相图技术计算Ｆｅ－Ｔｉ－Ｃ系的相平衡及绝热燃烧温度Ｔａｄ；重点讨论输入焓Ｈ（氧乙炔火焰功率）对体系Ｔａｄ的影响，结果发现，当Ｈ＝０时，满足体系自蔓延高温合成反应热力学条件的Ｆｅ含量＜５７（质量分数．％，下同）；在火焰喷涂合成过程中，输入焓的存在使体系满足热力学的条件放宽，Ｆｅ含量可高达８０．实验结果与计算结果吻合得较好．

An environmental-friendly tap-hole clay was developed using resin as binder,and the effects of pitch addition on tap-hole clay have been *** chromatography and mass spectrometry(GC-MS)analysis results show this tap-hole clay were free of no benzo(a)pyrene(Ba P).The phase composition and micro-structural features treating at various temperatures were investigated by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,coupled with energy dispersive X-ray *** the increase of binder addition,marshall value,bulk density,cold crushing strength,hot modulus of rupture and slag resistance decreased,while apparent porosity increased which has close relationship with the evaporation of resin ***,this also caused the significant linear shrinkage of tap-hole ***,volumetric expansion of mullite formed through decomposition of kyanite or in suit reaction between AlO and Si O2,negated some shrinkage at temperature up to1200-1400℃.Oxidation resistance can be improved by increasing the resin *** is suggested that 17 wt%of resin is helpful to improve the properties of tap-hole clay.

In this paper, silicon oxynitride prepared in laboratory was added in shaped refractory material of AlO-Si C-C to improve its slag resistance and oxidation resistance. Optimum adding quantity of silicon oxynitride powder also has been studied in this paper. The results show that the oxidation resistance and slag resistance of AlO-Si C-C shaped refractory were better while SiNO addition amount was 2% and 3% respectively;adding suitable amount of SiNO can promote to generate vitreous phases in the pores of oxide layers of AlO-Si C-C shaped refractory, thus blocking pores and preventing the spread of the oxygen to oxide test specimens;adding suitable amount of SiNO into AlO-Si C-C shaped refractory can promote to produce more silicon oxide into the slag, therefore improving the viscosity of slag and weakening the slag erosion and penetration to the samples.

针对葡萄的柔性无损采摘要求,基于欠驱动原理和抓持-旋切协同工作方式设计了一种欠驱动双指手葡萄采摘装置,一个电动机通过连杆机构驱动双指四指节手爪从果实中部接近并包络抓取葡萄,复合在双指手上的旋切部件摆动-伸缩带动圆盘刀切断果梗,实现果实与果梗分离。基于此设计思路,首先通过葡萄赤道面直径分析确定了欠驱动手指机构指节尺寸与转角范围,然后通过建立欠驱动手指机构静力学模型,基于传力最优和接触力均布的要求确定了驱动连杆尺寸,结合接触力分析和葡萄挤压破裂试验,获得抓持2 kg葡萄不发生损伤的最大接触力为20 N,再通过手指机构静力学模型求解获得驱动电动机的推力,从而指导驱动电动机的选型。设计了葡萄采摘装置控制系统,通过指节处压力传感器实时反馈接触力实现最大接触力的有效控制。采用加减速梯形控制方式实现了旋切部件运动,圆盘刀转速1 200 r/min可对果梗有效切断。对赤道面直径95~200 mm的葡萄进行50次采摘试验,试验结果表明该装置的采摘成功率为100%,果实挤伤率为5.2%,不考虑视觉定位葡萄与果梗的耗时,完成一次抓持-旋切动作平均耗时29.4 s。
