This paper focuses on the investigation of asymptotic multistability and on local S-asymptoticω-periodicity for nonautonomous fractional-order neural networks(FONNs) with impulses. Several criteria on the existence, uniqueness, and invariant sets of nonautonomous FONNs with impulses are derived by constructing convergent sequences and comparison principles, respectively. In addition, using the Lyapunov direct method, some novel conditions of boundedness and local asymptotic stability of the FONNs discussed are obtained. Also, the sufficient conditions for local S-asymptotic ω-periodicities of the system are presented. Finally, a discussion using two examples verifies the validity of our findings, which imply that global asymptotic stability is a special case of asymptotic multistability.

This paper is devoted to the investigation of stability for a class of coupled impulsive Markovian jump reaction-diffusion systems on networks(CIMJRDSNs). By using graph theory, a systematic method is provided to construct global Lyapunov functions for the CIMJRDSNs. Based on Lyapunov functions and stochastic analysis method, some novel stability principles associated with the topology property of the networks are established.

This paper is devoted to investigating the dynamic output feedback(DOF)control problem of Markovian jump neutral-type stochastic systems with a guaranteed cost *** of the state and measurement equations contain time ***-dependent DOF controllers are first designed such that the closed-loop system is asymptotically stable in mean-square and an adequate performance level of this system is ***,sufficient conditions for the solvability of this problem are derived in the form of linear matrix inequalities(LMIs).A numerical example is presented to reveal the effectiveness of our findings.

This study investigates the global Mittag-Leffler stability(MLS) problem of the equilibrium point for a new fractional-order coupled system(FOCS) on a network without strong connectedness. In particular, an integer-order coupled system is extended into the FOCS on a complex network without strong connectedness. Based on the theory of asymptotically autonomous systems and graph theory, sufficient conditions are derived to ensure the existence, uniqueness, and global MLS of the solutions of this FOCS on a network. Finally, a numerical example is provided to demonstrate the validity and potential of the proposed method for studying the MLS of FOCSs.

In this paper, we implement topological degree theory and Lyapunov-functional methods to obtain the existence and uniqueness of the equilibrium point and its global robust stability for interval Hopfield neural networks with continuously distributed delays. Moreover, the methods used in judging the robust stability are proven practical and easily verifiable.

本文研究了基于滑模控制的一类不确定分数阶广义系统的可容许性和鲁棒无源性问题。首先,设计了一种含有奇异矩阵的分数阶积分型切换函数,对其求分数阶导数推导出等效控制,进而得到滑动模态方程。其次,针对滑动模态方程和系统输出方程,利用线性矩阵不等式技巧,给出了系统滑动模态具有鲁棒无源性和可容许性的充分性判据,并进一步建立了鲁棒无源可容许的可解性条件。同时,设计的分数阶滑模控制律保证了闭环系统状态轨迹能够到达预设的切换面。最后,通过一个仿真实例验证了本文结果的有效性。

This paper is concerned with the state estimation problem of a class of uncertain Markovian jump neutral-type stochastic systems. This kind of systems involves parameter uncertainties, noise disturbances and time-delay. Based on Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional approach, a delay-dependent condition is derived for the existence of state observer. The desired gain matrix and state-feedback controller are presented in terms of linear matrix inequality（LMI）. Finally, a numerical example is provided to illustrate the validity of the obtained results.

Developing electrocatalysts with fast kinetics and long-term stability for alkaline hydrogen oxidation reaction(HOR)and hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)is of considerable importance for the industrial production of green and sustainable ***,an ultrathin Ir-Sb nanowires(Ir-Sb NWs)protected by antimony oxides(SbO_(x))was synthesized as an efficient bifunctional catalyst for both HOR and HER under alkaline *** from the much higher mass activities of Ir-Sb nanowires than those of Ir nanowires(Ir NWs)and commercial Pt/C,the SbO_(x) protective layer also contributes to the maintenance of morphology and anti-CO poisoning ability,leading to the long-term cycling performance in the presence of ***,the Ir-Sb NW/SbO_(x) exhibits the highest catalytic activities,which are about 3.5 and 4.8 times to those of Ir NW/C and commercial Pt/C toward HOR,*** work provides that the ultrathin morphology and H_(2)O-occupied Sb sites can exert the intrinsic high activity of Ir and effectively optimize the absorption of OH*both in alkaline HER/HOR electrolysis.
