The osteogenic differentiation and new bone formation are commonly delayed by bacterial infection of orthopedic implants,which is urgent to be resolved quickly in the *** current paper prepared a strontium-doped elec-trospinning fiber membrane with antibacterial and osteogenic properties by pulse electrochemical ***-lactic acid/hydroxyapatite(PLLA/HA)composite fiber substrate was fabricated by electrospinning technology,and strontium doped SrHA/Cu/Polypyrrole(PPy)composite coating was constructed with pulse electrodeposi-tion method on its *** strontium doping technique,degradation of Sr^(2+)and Cu^(2+),cellular compatibility,and the antibacterial activity of the fiber membrane were *** results revealed that the deposition of phosphorus and calcium on composite fiber was the highest,indicating good biological *** release of Sr^(2+)and Cu^(2+)was stable and gradual due to the modulation of *** composite fiber presented excellent antibacterial performance and the antibacterial rate was close to 100%against Staphylococcus aureus and Es-cherichia ***,it is conducive to the adhesion,spread,and proliferation of vascular endothelial cells and osteoblasts,namely outstanding osteogenesis and angiogenesis *** conclusion,the multifunctional PLLA/HA@SrHA/Cu/PPy composite fiber membrane with good antibacterial and osteogenic activity by electro-spinning technology and pulsed electrochemical deposition method provides an effective strategy for the poor bone healing of infected bone defects.

The emergence of the Ediacara biota soon after the Gaskiers glaciation ca. 580 million years ago(Ma)implies a possible glacial fuse for the evolution of animals. However, the timing of Ediacaran glaciation remains controversial because of poor age constraints on the ～30 Ediacaran glacial deposits known worldwide. In addition, paleomagnetic constraints and a lack of convincing Snowball-like cap carbonates indicate that Ediacaran glaciations likely did not occur at low latitudes. Thus, reconciling the global occurrences without global glaciation remains a paradox. Here, we report that the large amplitude, globally synchronous ca. 571–562 Ma Shuram carbon isotope excursion occurs below the Ediacaran Hankalchough glacial deposit in Tarim, confirming a post-Shuram glaciation. Leveraging paleomagnetic evidence for a～90° reorientation of all continents due to true polar wander, and a non-Snowball condition that rules out low-latitude glaciations, we use paleogeographic reconstructions to further constrain glacial ages. Our results depict a ‘Great Ediacaran Glaciation’ occurring diachronously but continuously from ca.580–560 Ma as different continents migrated through polar–temperate latitudes. The succession of radiation, turnover and extinction of the Ediacara biota strongly reflects glacial–deglacial dynamics.

液晶空间光调制器通过改变驱动电压强度控制液晶分子排布实现对光的调制。紫外区域可用的液晶空间光调制器随光聚合式3D打印等应用的兴起,重要性日益显现。然而绝大多数液晶材料都是有机物,在紫外波段存在光吸收和光反应。为了拓宽液晶材料的应用波段,本文通过选择在应用波段不发生紫外吸收和光反应的官能团,设计了一类可在325~400 nm波段应用不发生光吸收和光反应的液晶材料,并对液晶材料的紫外-可见光光谱进行仿真以验证设计的合理性。将耐紫外液晶化合物配置成混合液晶材料后与常见的两种混合液晶材料的紫外稳定性进行比较。在经过120 min的325 nm紫外光源的辐照后,液晶材料的吸光度和相变温度几乎不变,双折射率变化0.04%,阈值电压变化1.39%,响应时间变化0.32%。

Variability of the Kuroshio in the East China Sea in 1993 and 1994

Based on the hydrographic data obtained by the R/V Chofu Maru of eight cruises of 1993~1994, a modified inverse method is used to compute the velocity, volume and heat transports of the Kuroshio in the East China Sea. The calculated results show that: (1) At Section PN, there are two current cores of the Kuroshio in autumn, one or two cores in other seasons. The main cores always lie over the shelf break. Countercurrents always exist east of and in the deep layer under the Kuroshio. (2) At Section TK, the velocity distribution is more complicated, and it may have one, two or three current cores of the Kuroshio. The current cores often appear in the middle and northern parts of the Tokara Strait. There are westward countercurrents in the southern end and deep layer of the strait, and the countercurrent in the southern end of the strait is the strongest in autumn. (3) At Section A, the Tsushima Warm Current (hereafter TSWC) core lies in the shelf break area, and its Vmax varies between 26~46 cm/s. The Huanghai Warrn Current (hereafter HWC) lies to the west of the TSWC, and it is weaker. (4) In 1993 and 1994 the volume transport (hereafter VT) of the Kuroshio is the smallest in spring, but it is the largest or has a larger value in summer. The average net northward VT of the Kuroshio during the four seasons each year, for example, through Section PN, almost has the same value for 1993 and 1994, but both are smaller than that in 1992. The average net northward VT through Sections PN and TK during the eight cruises are 27. 1×106 and 25. 0 ×106 m3/s, respectively. (5) The average heat transports (hereafter HT) through Sections PN and TK are 1. 99 × 1015 and 1. 78× 1015 W, respectively. (6) At the computation area, heat transfer is from the ocean to the atmosphere in autumn and winter, but the direction reverses in summer, and the direction of heat transfer is uncertain in spring. Based on the hydrographic data of the four cruises in 1992, a modified inverse method is used to compute the velocity, volume and heat transports of the Kuroshio in the East China Sea. The computed results show that: (1)There are two current cores of the Kuroshio at Section PN in spring and autumn, but one core in winter and *** main core always lies over the shelf *** Kuroshio is strongest in spring, secondary in winter and summer and weakest in autumn. (3) The Tsushima Warm Current (TSWC) at action A is strongest in autumn and weakest in winter, and is stronger than the Huanghai Warm Current which lies to the west of the TSWC. (4) The net northeastward volume transport (hereafter VT) through Section PN is largest in summer and smallest in autumn with an average of 28. 0 ×106m3/s in the four cruises of 1992. The net eastward VT at Section TK is also largest in summer. The net northward VT at Section A is largest in autumn. (5) The average heat transport through Section PN during the four cruises is 2. 03×1015 W, and that through Section TK is 2. 00×1015 W during the three cruises. (6) In the computation area, heat transfer is from the ocean to the atmosphere during winter,spring and autumn, but from the atmosphere to the ocean in summer. The average rate of heat transfer is largest in winter, but smallest in summer.

Plate tectonics plays a critical role in modulating atmospheric CO_(2)concentration on the geological timescale(≥106year).A growing consensus on tectonic and Earth’s CO_(2)history in the Cenozoic and deeper time provides solid restrictions and standards for testing tectonic carbon processes against global *** this,modeling the causal relationship between tectonic events and atmospheric CO_(2)levels remains a *** examine the current state of the global tectonic CO_(2)research and suggest a conceptual workflow for numerical experiments that integrates plate tectonics and deep carbon *** tectonic carbon cycle modeling should include at least four modules:(1)simulation of carbon-carrying processes,such as carbon ingassing and outgassing at the scale of minerals;(2)calculation of CO_(2)fluxes in tectonic settings like subduction,mantle plume,and plate rifting;(3)reconstruction of carbon cycling within the plates-scale tectonic scenario,particularly involving the processes of supercontinent convergence and dispersion;and(4)comparison with atmospheric CO_(2)history data and iterations,aiming to find the coincidental link between different tectonic carbon fluxes and climate *** to our analysis,the recent advancements in each of the four modules have paved the path for a more general *** envision that the large variety of carbon transportation parameters across more than ten orders of magnitude in both time and space is the primary technical hurdle in simulating tectonic carbon *** propose a boundary-condition-connected approach for simulating the global carbon cycle to realize carbon exchange between the solid earth and surface spheres.

The atomization characteristics play a key role in the highly efficient combustion of pyrolysis oil derived from waste *** this study,the fuel properties of tire pyrolysis oil(TPO)were initially studied,and then a high-speed camera and a phase Doppler particle analyzer were employed to characterize the atomization feature of *** influence of pressure and nozzle orifice diameter on atomization characteristics such as spray angle,droplet velocity,and droplet size distribution was *** results showed that TPO had a high calorific value of about 43.6 MJ/kg and a low viscosity of 3.84×10^(–6)m^(2)/s at 40℃,which made it have the potential to be used as an alternative *** pressure expanded the spray angle and extended the spray in both the axial and radial *** increasing pressure,spray angle and droplet velocity raised,and the increase in crushing effect of air reduced the Sauter mean diameter(SMD)of the *** obtain proper atomization quality for combustion,the pressure is expected to be higher than 1.25 *** increasing nozzle orifice diameter,droplet velocity increased,and the SMD of the droplets increased as well due to weakened crushing effect of the ***,the pressure must be increased to maintain the atomization quality when using a nozzle with a larger *** to the lower viscosity,the velocity and particle size distribution of TPO droplets after atomization were smaller than those of diesel *** extremely small carbon black contained in TPO also contributed to the breaking of droplets and played a certain role in the size reduction of the oil droplets,but it may cause the risk of nozzle *** summary,TPO showed great atomization characteristics for alternative fuel applications.
