背景与目的:中下段胆管癌临床上主要以下段胆管癌多见,下段胆管癌一般采用胰十二指肠切除术,中段胆管癌可以采用胰十二指肠切除术或胆管癌根治、胆肠吻合术。中下段胆管癌因胆管紧邻肝动脉和门静脉,因此更容易发生门静脉侵犯,因肝动脉有动脉外鞘,因此肝动脉受侵犯相对较少,但一旦侵犯,因为涉及肝动脉切除吻合重建,具有较高技术难度,常需联合肝动脉切除重建才能实现R0切除。目前肝动脉切除重建在临床逐渐成熟,但腹腔镜下完成肝动脉切除重建经验缺乏,需要进一步积累。因此,本研究对3例完成腹腔镜下联合肝动脉切除重建的胆管癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析并评估短期结果,以期为临床实践提供初步经验。方法:回顾性分析2021年11月—2022年11月中国人民解放军陆军军医大学第二附属医院肝胆外科的3例行联合肝动脉切除重建的中下段胆管癌根治术患者的临床资料。结果:3例患者中女性1例,男性2例,年龄分别为61、65、69岁;病例1为胆管中段癌,因肿瘤侵犯右肝动脉和门静脉,且胆管下端切缘阴性,行联合右肝动脉切除重建、门静脉切除重建、胆管癌切除、胆肠吻合术、肝门部胆管整形术、淋巴结清扫术;病例2为胆管下段癌,因肿瘤侵犯替代右肝动脉和门静脉,行联合替代肝动脉切除重建、门静脉切除重建、腹腔镜胰十二指肠切除术(LPD);病例3为胆管下段癌,因肿瘤侵犯胃十二指肠动脉和肝动脉分叉处,行腹腔镜下联合肝动脉切除重建、LPD。术后病例2出现B级胰瘘伴腹腔感染,经治疗12 d后好转拔管出院,病例1、病例3均恢复良好,无胰瘘、胆汁漏发生,复查肝动脉血供良好,3例患者均无30 d内非计划再入院。术后随访可见,病例2术后13个月复查肿瘤标志物升高复发,病例1,病例3复查1年均未见肿瘤复发。结论:中下段胆管癌若同时合并门静脉、肝动脉侵犯时,在行门静脉切除重建时,可以同时行肝动脉/替代右肝切除重建,以提高胆管癌切除率,且安全可行和有效。

青藏高原盐湖区是我国四大现代盐湖区之一,矿产资源十分丰富,所含的资源量及潜在经济价值巨大,其盐湖卤水成矿机制一直是众多学者研究的重点。对西藏西北部37个湖泊地表卤水进行系统采样和分析测试的结果表明,这些盐湖地表卤水中氯化锂的平均品位为0.19~748.20 mg/L,其中洞错盐湖成矿潜力较大,矿床地表卤水锂矿可达中型规模;此外,加琼错、懂布错、别若则错及热帮错同样具有较好的开发利用价值。通过对盐湖卤水成矿条件综合研究分析认为,西藏西北部盐湖卤水成矿可能与新特提斯洋壳俯冲及印度欧亚大陆碰撞作用关系密切。

In order to study the optimization configuration problem of bistatic sonar system,the optimal configuration model of bistatic sonar system was established.The positioning accuracy of the dual-base sonar at different dual-base angles was obtained by calculating the Cramér-Rao lower bound(CRLB)accuracy based on the optimal configuration model.The effect of system time measurement error and angle measurement error on positioning accuracy was analyzed by simulation.The transmitting and receiving sonar are deployed on the same circle centered on the target in the simulation.The results showed that the positioning accuracy was the highest at the bistatic angle of 2π/3.This research had certain reference for the optimal configuration of bistatic/multistatic sonar system.

Tobacco is an important economic crop worldwide.Tobacco leaves contain a large number of natural products.Therefore,the analysis of tobacco composition is crucial for the control of tobacco safety and quality assessment.Microwave plasma torch desorption ionization mass spectrometry(MPT-MS) is an emerging ambient mass spectrometry(AMS) technique that can be used for rapid real-time analysis of s amples without pretreatment.Our work focuses on the chemical composition analysis of tobacco using MPT-MS,and 14 compounds were detected in green flue-cured tobacco leaves,while 30 compounds were detected in cured flue-cured tobacco leaves,which confirms that curing can enhance the flavor of cigarettes.Furthermore,we successfully in situ identified characteristic fragment ions of α/β-CBD(α/β-cembranoids),an important aroma compound in tobacco by MPT-MS.The results demonstrate the capability of MPT-MS for in situ analysis of tobacco components and its potential for evaluating tobacco quality.

For training artificial neural network(ANN),big data either generated by machine or measured from experiments are used as input to"learn"the unspecified functions defining the ANN.The experimental data are fed directly into the optimizer allowing training to be performed according to a predefined loss function.To predict sliding friction and wear at mixed lubrication conditions,in this study a specific ANN structure was so designed that deep learning algorithms and data-driven optimization models can be used.Experimental ball-on-plate friction and wear data were analyzed using the specific training procedure to optimize the weights and biases incorporated into the neural layers of the ANN,and only two independent experimental data sets were used during the ANN optimization procedure.After the training procedure,the ANN is capable to predict the contact and hydrodynamic pressure by adapting the output data according to the tribological condition implemented in the optimization algorithm.

The 2D sandwich model serves as a potent tool in exploring the influence of surface geometry on the combustion attributes of Ammonium perchlorate/Hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene(AP/HTPB)propellant under rapid pressure decay.The thickness of the sandwich propellant is derived from slicing the 3D random particle packing,an approach that enables a more effective examination of the micro-flame structure.Comparative analysis of the predicted burning characteristics has been performed with experimental studies.The findings demonstrate a reasonable agreement,thereby validating the precision and soundness of the model.Based on the typical rapid depressurization environment of solid rocket motor(initial combustion pressure is 3 MPa and the maximum depressurization rate is 1000 MPa/s).A-type(a flatter surface),B-type(AP recesses from the combustion surface),and C-type(AP protrudes from the combustion surface)propellant combustion processes are numerically simulated.Upon comparison of the evolution of gas-phase flame between 0.1 and 1 ms,it is discerned that the flame strength and form created by the three sandwich models differ significantly at the beginning stage of depressurization,with the flame structures gradually becoming harmonized over time.Conclusions are drawn by comparison extinction times:the surface geometry plays a pivotal role in the combustion process,with AP protrusion favoring combustion the most.

Advanced LUAD shows limited response to treatment including immune therapy.With the development of sequencing omics,it is urgent to combine high-throughput multi-omics data to identify new immune checkpoint therapeutic response markers.Using GSE72094(n=386)and GSE31210(n=226)gene expression profile data in the GEO database,we identified genes associated with lung adenocarcinoma(LUAD)death using tools such as“edgeR”and“maftools”and visualized the characteristics of these genes using the“circlize”R package.We constructed a prognostic model based on death-related genes and optimized the model using LASSO-Cox regression methods.By calculating the cell death index(CDI)of each individual,we divided LUAD patients into high and low CDI groups and examined the relationship between CDI and overall survival time by principal component analysis(PCA)and Kaplan-Meier analysis.We also used the“ConsensusClusterPlus”tool for unsupervised clustering of LUAD subtypes based on model genes.In addition,we collected data on the expression of immunomodulatory genes and model genes for each cohort and performed tumor microenvironment analyses.We also used the TIDE algorithm to predict immunotherapy responses in the CDI cohort.Finally,we studied the effect of PRKCD on the proliferation and migration of LUAD cells through cell culture experiments.The study utilized the TCGA-LUAD cohort(n=493)and identified 2,901 genes that are differentially expressed in patients with LUAD.Through KEGG and GO enrichment analysis,these genes were found to be involved in a wide range of biological pathways.The study also used univariate Cox regression models and LASSO regression analyses to identify 17 candidate genes that were best associated with mortality prognostic risk scores.By comparing the overall survival(OS)outcomes of patients with different CDI values,it was found that increased CDI levels were significantly associated with lower OS rates.In addition,the study used unsupervised cluster analysis to divide 115 LUAD patients into two distinct cluste

The partial pressure of atmospheric CO2（pCO2） is determined by the carbon cycle that involves climate, biogeochemistry, and plate tectonics. In this cycle,atmospheric CO2is converted into organic carbon and carbonates by biological activities and silicate weathering, and buried as sediments. The sediments on the ocean floor are subducted into the Earth’s interior, and subsequently converted back into CO2and outgassed into the atmosphere.
