Urea holds promise as an alternative water-oxidation substrate in electrolytic ***-valence nickelbased spinel,especially after heteroatom doping,excels in urea oxidation reactions(UOR).However,traditional spinel synthesis methods with prolonged high-temperature reactions lack kinetic precision,hindering the balance between controlled doping and highly active two-dimensional(2D)porous structures *** significantly impedes the identification of electron configuration-dependent active sites in doped 2D nickel-based ***,we present a microwave shock method for the preparation of 2D porous NiCo_(2)O_(4)*** the transient on-off property of microwave pulses for precise heteroatom doping and 2D porous structural design,non-metal doping(boron,phosphorus,and sulfur)with distinct extranuclear electron disparities serves as straightforward examples for *** tuning of lattice parameter reveals the impact of covalent bond strength on NiCo_(2)O_(4)structural *** introduced defect levels induce unpaired d-electrons in transition metals,enhancing the adsorption of electron-donating amino groups in urea ***,Bode plots confirm the impact mechanism of rapid electron migration caused by reduced band gaps on UOR *** prepared phosphorus-doped 2D porous NiCo_(2)O_(4),with optimal electron configuration control,outperforms most reported *** controlled modification strategy advances understanding theoretical structure-activity mechanisms of high-performance 2D spinels in UOR.

经桡动脉肝肿瘤介入治疗的可行性和安全性

目的评价经桡动脉入路行原发性肝癌介入栓塞化疗的可行性和安全性。方法选取原发性肝癌10例,术前充分评估有肝癌介入栓塞化疗适应证,且无桡动脉入路穿刺禁忌,通过桡动脉血管鞘常规行原发性肝癌介入栓塞化疗术。介入治疗期间评估:①桡动脉穿刺成功率、肝动脉插管成功率和桡动脉痉挛发生率;②术后24小时内桡动脉穿刺点周围出现血肿概率;③超声评估介入手术后1个月桡动静脉瘘、桡动脉假性动脉瘤出现概率,评估穿刺置管后桡动脉有无狭窄和闭塞;④桡动脉介入术后患者满意度。结果①左桡动脉穿刺成功率100%,其中1针穿刺成功7例,2针2例,3针或以上1例,肝总动脉插管成功率100%,没有发生桡动脉痉挛患者;②10例病患介入术后24小时内均没出现桡动脉周围血肿,3例桡动脉穿刺处皮下瘀斑,无需处理和干预;③10例患者术后超声提示桡动脉管腔较术前狭窄,但均未闭塞,均未发现桡动静脉瘘、桡动脉假性瘤等并发症发生;④术后即刻满意度100%;术后1周时满意9例,另外1例因出现左前臂疼痛,满意度90%。结论经桡动脉入路行肝肿瘤介入治疗可行性确切,不良反应少,患者满意度高,值得在临床进一步验证和推广应用。

Plate tectonics theory,established in the 1960s,has been successful in explaining many geological phenomena,processes and events that occurred in the ***,the theory has often struggled to provide a coherent framework in interpreting geological records in continental interior and Precambrian *** dealing with the relationship between plate tectonics and continental geology,continental interior tectonics was often separated from continental margin tectonics in the inheritance and development of their structure and *** separation led to the illusion that the plate tectonics theory is not applicable to Precambrian geology,particularly in explaining the fundamental geological characteristics of Archean *** this illusion does not mean that the Archean continental crust did not originate from a regime of plate tectonics,it led to the development of alternative tectonic models,often involving vertical movements under a regime of stagnant lid tectonics,including not only endogenous processes such as gravitational sagduction,mantle plumes and heat pipes but also exogenous processes such as bolide *** vertical processes were not unique to the Archean but persisted into the *** result from mantle poloidal convection at different depths,not specific to any particular *** the plate tectonics theory from the traditional kinematic model in the 20th century to a holistic kinematic-dynamic model in the 21st century and systematically examining the vertical transport of matter and energy at plate margins,it is evident that plate tectonics can explain the common geological characteristics of Archean cratons,such as lithological associations,structural patterns and metamorphic *** deciphering the structure and composition of convergent plate margins as well as their dynamics,the formation and evolution of continental crust since the Archean can be divided into ancient plate tectonics in the Preca

Hypoxic tumor microenvironment:Destroyer of natural killer cell function

In recent years, immunotherapy has made remarkable progress in treating certain tumors and hematological malignancies. However, the efficacy of natural killer(NK) cells, which are an important subset of innate lymphocytes used in anticancer immunotherapy, remains limited. Hypoxia, a critical characteristic of the tumor microenvironment(TME), is involved in tumor development and resistance to radiotherapy, chemotherapy, and immunotherapy. Moreover, hypoxia contributes to the impairment of NK cell function and may be a significant factor that limits their therapeutic effects. Targeted hypoxia therapy has emerged as a promising research area for enhancing the efficacy of NK cell therapy. Therefore, understanding how the hypoxic TME influences NK cell function is crucial for improving antitumor treatment outcomes.

Cancer cachexia is a multi-organ syndrome and closely related to changes in signal communication between organs,which is mediated by cancer cachexia *** cachexia factors,being the general name of inflammatory factors,circulating proteins,metabolites,and microRNA secreted by tumor or host cells,play a role in secretory or other organs and mediate complex signal communication between organs during cancer *** cachexia factors are also a potential target for the diagnosis and *** pathogenesis of cachexia is unclear and no clear effective treatment is ***,the treatment of cancer cachexia from the perspective of the tumor ecosystem rather than from the perspective of a single molecule and a single organ is urgently *** the point of signal communication between organs mediated by cancer cachexia factors,finding a deeper understanding of the pathogenesis,diagnosis,and treatment of cancer cachexia is of great significance to improve the level of diagnosis and *** review begins with cancer cachexia factors released during the interaction between tumor and host cells,and provides a comprehensive summary of the pathogenesis,diagnosis,and treatment for cancer cachexia,along with a particular sight on multi-organ signal communication mediated by cancer cachexia *** summary aims to deepen medical community’s understanding of cancer cachexia and may conduce to the discovery of new diagnostic and therapeutic targets for cancer cachexia.

Sparse Reconstructive Evidential Clustering for Multi-View Data

Although many multi-view clustering(MVC) algorithms with acceptable performances have been presented, to the best of our knowledge, nearly all of them need to be fed with the correct number of clusters. In addition, these existing algorithms create only the hard and fuzzy partitions for multi-view objects,which are often located in highly-overlapping areas of multi-view feature space. The adoption of hard and fuzzy partition ignores the ambiguity and uncertainty in the assignment of objects, likely leading to performance degradation. To address these issues, we propose a novel sparse reconstructive multi-view evidential clustering algorithm(SRMVEC). Based on a sparse reconstructive procedure, SRMVEC learns a shared affinity matrix across views, and maps multi-view objects to a 2-dimensional humanreadable chart by calculating 2 newly defined mathematical metrics for each object. From this chart, users can detect the number of clusters and select several objects existing in the dataset as cluster centers. Then, SRMVEC derives a credal partition under the framework of evidence theory, improving the fault tolerance of clustering. Ablation studies show the benefits of adopting the sparse reconstructive procedure and evidence theory. Besides,SRMVEC delivers effectiveness on benchmark datasets by outperforming some state-of-the-art methods.

Single Fe atom-anchored manganese dioxide for efficient removal of volatile organic compounds in refrigerator

The efficient and rapid removal of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)holds significant importance for ensuring food quality and human health,particularly within the low-temperature confined spaces in ***,achieving effective VOCs degradation under such conditions poses challenges in terms of activating inert bonds and facilitating mass *** this study,we propose a novel solution by designing a cleaner module that incorporates 1.07%single Fe atom-anchored manganese dioxide catalysts(FeSAs-MnO_(2)).The combination of single Fe atoms and defect-rich MnO_(2) substrate efficiently activates molecular oxygen,leading to enhanced generation of highly reactive oxygen species(ROS).Non-thermal plasma(NTP)and circulating fan are introduced to facilitate the regeneration of catalytic activity and improve mass *** FeSAs-MnO_(2) cleaner module demonstrates exceptional performance in trimethylamine(TMA)removal,achieving a conversion efficiency of 98.9%for 9 ppm within just 9 ***,accelerated aging tests predict an extended service life of up to 45 years for the FeSAs-MnO_(2) cleaner module,surpassing the expected lifespan of refrigerators significantly.

Non-Deterministic Liveness-Enforcing Supervisor Tolerant to Sensor-Reading Modification Attacks

In this paper, we study the supervisory control problem of discrete event systems assuming that cyber-attacks might occur. In particular, we focus on the problem of liveness enforcement and consider a sensor-reading modification attack(SM-attack) that may disguise the occurrence of an event as that of another event by intruding sensor communication channels. To solve the problem, we introduce non-deterministic supervisors in the paper, which associate to every observed sequence a set of possible control actions offline and choose a control action from the set randomly online to control the system. Specifically, given a bounded Petri net(PN) as the reference formalism and an SMattack, an algorithm that synthesizes a liveness-enforcing nondeterministic supervisor tolerant to the SM-attack is proposed for the first time.

Ginkgo biloba extract alleviates fatty liver hemorrhagic syndrome in laying hens via reshaping gut microbiota

Background Ginkgo biloba extract(GBE)is evidenced to be effective in the prevention and alleviation of metabolic disorders,including obesity,diabetes and fatty liver ***,the role of GBE in alleviating fatty liver hemorrhagic syndrome(FLHS)in laying hens and the underlying mechanisms remain to be ***,we investigated the effects of GBE on relieving FLHS with an emphasis on the modulatory role of GBE in chicken gut *** The results showed that GBE treatment ameliorated biochemical blood indicators in high-fat diet(HFD)-induced FLHS laying hen model by decreasing the levels of TG,TC,ALT and *** lipid accumulation and pathological score of liver were also relieved after GBE ***,GBE treatment enhanced the antioxidant activity of liver and serum by increasing GSH,SOD,T-AOC,GSH-PX and reducing MDA,and downregulated the expression of genes related to lipid synthesis(FAS,LXRα,GPAT1,PPARγand Ch REBP1)and inflammatory cytokines(TNF-α,IL-6,TLR4 and NF-κB)in the *** profiling analysis revealed that GBE treatment reshaped the HFD-perturbed gut microbiota,particularly elevated the abundance of Megasphaera in the ***,targeted metabolomic analysis of SCFAs revealed that GBE treatment significantly promoted the production of total SCFAs,acetate and propionate,which were positively correlated with the GBE-enriched gut ***,we confirmed that the GBE-altered gut microbiota was sufficient to alleviate FLHS by fecal microbiota transplantation(FMT).Conclusions We provided evidence that GBE alleviated FLHS in HFD-induced laying hens through reshaping the composition of gut *** findings shed light on mechanism underlying the anti-FLHS efficacy of GBE and lay foundations for future use of GBE as additive to prevent and control FLHS in laying hen industry.

A new 3D plastoelastohydrodynamic lubrication model for rough surfaces

Plastoelastohydrodynamic lubrication of rough surfaces(R-PEHL)is a cutting-edge area of research in interface fluid-structure coupling *** existing R-PEHL model calculates the elastic-plastic deformation of rough surface by the Love equation in a semi-infinite space smooth surface,which deviates from the actual ***,it is an innovative work to study the exact solution of elastic-plastic deformation of rough surface and its influence on the solution results of R-PEHL *** this paper,a new contact calculation model of plastoelastohydrodynamic lubrication(PEHL)with three-dimensional(3D)rough surface is proposed by integrating numerical method of EHL and finite element *** new model eliminates an original error introduced by the assumption of semi-infinite space in contact calculation,providing wide applicability and high *** the given rough surfaces and working conditions,the study reveals that:(1)the oil film pressure calculated by the new model is lower than that of the smooth surface in semi-infinite space by 200–800 MPa;(2)the Mises stress of the new model is 2.5%–26.6%higher than that of the smooth surface in semi-infinite space;(3)compared with the semi-infinite space assumption,the rough surface plastic deformation of the new model is increased by 71%–173%,and the local plastic deformation singularity may appear under the semi-infinite space assumption;(4)the plastic deformation caused by the first contact cycle on the rough surface of the new model accounts for 66.7%–92.9%of the total plastic deformation,and the plastic deformation of the semi-infinite space accounts for 50%–83.3%.This study resolves the contradiction between the smooth surface assumption and the rough surface in the existing R-PEHL model,establishing a solid logic foundation for the accurate solution of R-PEHL model.
