With the increment of the number of Gaussian components, the computation cost increases in the Gaussian mixture probability hypothesis density(GM-PHD) filter. Based on the theory of Chen et al, we propose an improved pruning algorithm for the GM-PHD filter, which utilizes not only the Gaussian components’ means and covariance, but their weights as a new criterion to improve the estimate accuracy of the conventional pruning algorithm for tracking very closely proximity targets. Moreover, it solves the end-less while-loop problem without the need of a second merging step. Simulation results show that this improved algorithm is easier to implement and more robust than the formal ones.

The paper deals with the state estimation of the widely used scaled unscented Kalman filter（UKF）. In particular, the stress is laid on the scaling parameters selection principle for the scaled UKF. Several problems caused by recommended constant scaling parameters are highlighted. On the basis of the analyses, an effective scaled UKF is proposed with self-adaptive scaling parameters,which is easy to understand and implement in engineering. Two typical strong nonlinear examples are given and their simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed principle and algorithm.

玉米秸秆的饲料化利用及其对饲养成本和经济效益的影响

The unscented Kalman filter（UKF） and the cubature Kalman filter（CKF） are the popular nonlinear Gaussian sigma point filters. UKF propagates the sigma points by function evaluations using the unscented transformation（UT） and it is at first glance very different from CKF which is based on the spherical-radial cubature rule. In this paper, some relations between UKF and CKF are analyzed from the perspective of Mahalanobis distance ellipsoid. Two examples are given to demonstrate why UKF and CKF can achieve nearly the same accuracy.

A detecting method based on machine vision was put forward to test the performance of seedmeter with corn and soybean seeds as test samples,in which MATLAB software was applied to process image data and analyze the results.The experimental results showed that the mean value of absolute error of the sowing speed for soybean was 0.004-0.68 seed ？ s-1;the mean value of relative error was from 6.5% to 130%,and there were no significant differences of mean value,standard deviation and coefficient of variation of flowing seeds between manual statistics and MATLAB statistics.The machine vision method was proved to be time-saving,labor-saving and no-touching in the seedmeter precision detecting.

以玉米秸秆灰中的主要元素Mg、Ca、Al、Fe、P、S对应的氧化物或盐为添加剂,做单因素试验,之后选取合适的水平点做六因素四水平正交试验,通过极差法分析正交试验结果,得出各因素对SII值影响的大小顺序依次为P、Mg、Ca、Al、S、Fe,其中P最大,Fe最小。根据极差法测算出的添加剂最优组合,选定合适的添加剂及其添加量,即:MgSO_4、MgO、CaO和Al_2O_3。燃烧测试得出,这种添加剂组合对缓解结渣作用非常明显,SII值可达0.35。

细胞内DNA会受部分外界因素(如紫外辐射,电离辐射和化学毒素)和内部因素(如复制错误)的影响而发生损伤,包括DNA双链断裂、DNA错配和DNA交链等。DNA损伤发生后,损伤部位会被一些蛋白识别,进而招募一系列蛋白至损伤部位,形成一个修复系统。DNA双链断裂是最严重的一种DNA损伤,错误修复往往导致疾病的发生。DNA双链断裂(double strand break, DSB)后,细胞启动RNF8/RNF168信号通路进行修复。RNF8和RNF168是这条通路的枢纽蛋白;53BP和BRCA1是关键的效应蛋白,决定着DSB修复的方式;组蛋白泛素化、磷酸化和甲基化等翻译后修饰是这条通路顺利进行的基本条件;染色质重塑、泛素化酶/去泛素化酶平衡和蛋白稳定性是这条通路的主要调节方式。本综述对RNF8/RNF168信号通路进行了梳理总结,希望其能对相关研究者起到参考作用。

汽车轻量化设计是在确保整车性能的基础上,对汽车整备质量进行最小化的设计。驱动桥的强度及刚度对整车的安全可靠有直接影响,卡车在承载质量以及使用寿命上更高的要求。论文在保证轻卡的强度和安全性能前提下,基于ABAQUS软件对整体后桥的疲劳耐久性做出分析论证。最终定型的85 mm×85 mm×6 mm方管整体冲焊式桥壳、上下半体材料均采用高强度钢QSTE460TM。在各工况条件下,都满足强度及刚度要求,分析结果表明,桥壳的轻量化设计是可行的。
