Precipitation strengthening is an effective approach to enhance the strength of soft magnetic alloys for applications at high temperatures,while inevitably results in deterioration in coercivity due to the pinning effect on the domain wall ***,we realize a good combination of high-temperature strength and ductility(ultimate tensile strength of 564 MPa and elongation of~20%,respectively)as well as low coercivity(6.97 Oe)of FeCo-2V-0.3Cr-0.2Mo soft magnetic alloy through introducing high-density magnetic *** magnetic nanoprecipitates are characterized by FeCo-based phase with disordered body-centered cubic structure,which enables the alloy to have a low *** addition,these nanoprecipitates can impede the dislocation motion and suppress the brittle fracture,which lead to a high tensile strength and *** work provides a guideline to enhance strength and ductility while maintaining low coercivity in soft magnetic alloys via magnetic nanoprecipitates.

In order to solve the problem of high computational complexity in demodulation for multi-h continuous phase modulation(CPM) signal, a maximum cumulative measure combing with the Laurent decomposition(MCM-LD) scheme is proposed to reduce the number of the grid states and the required number of matched filters, which degrades the demodulation complexity at the *** advanced range telemetry(ARTM) Tier Ⅱ CPM signal is adopted to evaluate the performance in simulation. The results show that, compared with the traditional maximum likelihood sequence detection(MLSD), MCM-LD can respectively reduce the numbers of grid states and matched filters from 256 to 32 and 128 to 48 with negligible performance loss, which effectively degrades the computational complexity for multi-h CPM signal.

A homologous gene of basic-helix-loop-helix AtTT8 in Arabidopsis thaliana was identified in juice sac cells of pulp tissues from blood orange(Citrus sinensis cv‘Tarocco’),which was designated as CsTT8 in this ***,the mRNA levels of TT8 with the full-length open reading frame were significantly higher in‘Tarocco’than in mutant fruit lacking pigment in pulp or peel ***,an alternative splicing transcript,Δ15-TT8,with the fourth exon skipped,was also identified from transcripts different in length from that in‘Tarocco’.The mRNA levels ofΔ15-TT8 were higher in mutant fruit lacking pigment in pulp or peel tissues than in the wild ***,the TT8/Δ15-TT8 mRNA level ratio was found to be crucial for sufficient pigment in either pulp or peel ***8 from blood orange fruit demonstrated the capacity for nucleus localization and binding to other *** contrast,Δ15-TT8,lacking the fourth exon,lost its ability to interact with RUBY1 and to localize at the *** a dual luciferase reporter assay and transient overexpression in tobacco,we proved that two regulatory complexes formed by a functional TT8 with different MYB(v-myb avian myeloblastosis viral oncogene homolog)-type partners significantly promoted expression of an anthocyanin biosynthetic gene and a proton pumping gene,leading to anthocyanin and citrate *** findings suggest that TT8,rather than dysfunctionalΔ15-TT8,is possibly involved in modulating anthocyanin biosynthesis and its transport into vacuoles by proton ***,increased mRNA levels of the dysfunctional alternative splicing transcript may act as a negative feedback to downregulate TT8 expression and limit anthocyanin accumulation in blood oranges.

A growing body of evidence has linked the gut microbiota to liver *** manipulation of intestinal microflora has been considered as a promising avenue to promote liver ***,the effects of Lactobacillus gasseri LA39,a potential probiotic,on liver metabolism remain *** studies have investigated the proteomic profile for mining the host biological events affected by microbes,and used the germ-free(GF)mouse model to evaluate host-microbe ***,we explored the effects of *** LA39 gavage on the protein expression profiles of the liver of GF *** results showed that a total of 128 proteins were upregulated,whereas a total of 123 proteins were downregulated by treatment with *** *** bioinformatics analyses suggested that the primary bile acid(BA)biosynthesis pathway in the liver was activated by *** *** differentially expressed proteins(cytochrome P450 family 27 subfamily A member 1(CYP27A1),cytochrome P450 family 7 subfamily B member 1(CYP7B1),and cytochrome P450 family 8 subfamily B member 1(CYP8B1))involved in the primary BA biosynthesis pathway were further validated by western blot *** addition,targeted metabolomic analyses demonstrated that serum and fecalβ-muricholic acid(a primary BA),dehydrolithocholic acid(a secondary BA),and glycolithocholic acid-3-sulfate(a secondary BA)were significantly increased by *** ***,our data revealed that *** LA39 activates the hepatic primary BA biosynthesis and promotes the intestinal secondary BA *** on these findings,we suggest that *** LA39 confers an important function in the gut‒liver axis through regulating BA metabolism.

Study on the influence mechanism of ambient humidity on the temperature rise of decay-like composite insulators

At present,observing the temperature rise of composite insulators is an effective method for the detection of decay-like ***,ambient humidity will affect the temperature rise of composite insulators,which will cause problems in screening the decaylike composite ***,it is urgent to study the temperature rise principle of decay-like insulators and find out the influence mechanism of humidity on temperature *** this study,a four-electrode system is designed to measure the surface current,volume current and interface current of the decay-like short sample and the intact short sample under different *** the equivalent circuit models of short samples and the 500 kV full-size decay-like composite insulator are built to analyse the contribution rates of leakage conductance loss and polarisation loss to temperature *** results show that the contribution rates of the polarisation loss to the temperature rise of two samples are 35.8%and 23.6%in low humidity,while they are 98.3%and 64.4%in high *** the full-size decay-like composite insulator,the contribution rates of polarisation loss to its temperature rise in high or low humidity are more than 99%.In addition,the proportion of polarisation loss increases at first and then decreases with the increase of the length of the decay-like *** conclusions of this study provide a theoretical basis for further understanding the corresponding relationship between decaylike defects and temperature rise and improve the detection rate of decay-like insulators.

The content and distribution pattern of rare earth elements(REEs)in surface sediments from the Eastern and Western Pacifi c Ocean,the Northern and Southern Atlantic Ocean,and the Southwestern Indian Ocean were explored and the resources and geochemical characteristics of REEs in deep-ocean sediments from diff erent oceans were *** total REE abundances(ΣREE)in the diff erent oceans ranged as follows:Eastern Pacifi c,56.88–500.02μg/g;Western Pacifi c,290.68–439.94μg/g;Northern Atlantic,55.33–154.90μg/g;Southern Atlantic,40.83–69.30μg/g;and Southwestern Indian Ocean,20.24–64.76μg/*** corresponding LREE(La-Eu)/HREE(Gd-Lu)average values were 5.18,5.86,9.01,5.21,and 4.59,which indicated that the light REEs were all evidently enriched.δEu andδCe showed slight Eu-negative anomalies and signifi cant Ce-positive anomalies in all *** the contents of REEs in the sediments varied among the diff erent oceans,the distribution patterns of REEs were similar,and the correlation coeffi cient was greater than *** the Eastern Pacifi c sediments,ΣREE showed a signifi cantly positive correlation with Co,Cu,Zn,Mn,Mo and a weak correlation with *** the Western Pacifi c and Southern Atlantic sediments,ΣREE presented no obvious correlation and a weakly negative correlation with Co,Cu,Zn,Mn,Mo and Fe,respectively.ΣREE in the Southwestern Indian Ocean sediments positively correlated with Cu,Zn,Mn,Mo,Fe,and had a weakly negative correlation with Co.

Selecting a good site for ground-based astronomy is very important. Based on the ERA-Interim global reanalysis data, this paper studied the atmospheric conditions of the Qitai Telescope(QTT) site from the aspects of absolute humidity, mixing ratio and precipitable water vapor(PWV). Error estimations of meteorological parameters are also analyzed. These primary results show that the QTT site has obvious advantages in terms of conditions with much less atmospheric water vapor than two well-known existing sites with 100-meter-aperture radio telescopes in the world. In addition, due to the influence of atmospheric water vapor on radio observations, the atmospheric transmittance for each frequency band of the site are simulated, and the atmospheric opacity is also calculated as well as Planck radiation brightness. Based on these results, the effective observational time of different bands is further estimated.
