The increase of total organic carbon content of the late Oligocene-early Miocene terrigenously-dominated marine shales in the shallower depth intervals was reported in the Ying-Qiong Basin,South China Sea.The organic enriched lower Sanya Formation shales(early Miocene)have biomarker characteristics of tropical/subtropical plants,with abundant high molecular weight n-alkanes,angiosperm-derived oleanane,rearranged oleananesⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅱ,tricyclic/tetracyclic terpanes including des-A-oleanane,X,*,Y,Z,Z1 and bicadinanes W,T,T1,R.The biomarker characteristics are suggestive of larger influx of the dominant tropical/subtropical angiosperms in flora under a warming and more humid climate during depositions of the lower Sanya Formation(early Miocene)than the older Lingshui Formation(late Oligocene).The tropical/subtropical angiosperm input was thought as the prime control of terrigenous organic matter enrichment relative to the redox condition,and the coeval sea level changes and seafloor spreading in the South China Sea.Enrichment of the terrigenous organic matter in the early Miocene shales is likely in association with the coeval peak East Asian summer monsoon intensity in the South China Sea.

The Xihu Depression in the East China Sea Shelf Basin is a large petroliferous sedimentary depression,in which oil and gas reservoirs were mainly discovered in the Pinghu Slope and the central inversion zone.The oil-gas source correlation in the Xihu Depression was analyzed by hydrocarbon generating thermal simulation data via gold-tube pyrolysis experiments.The results indicated that the oil and gas in the Xihu Depression were mainly derived from coal measure source rocks of the Eocene Pinghu Formation.Therefore,the identification of coal seams is extremely crucial for evaluating coal measure source rocks in the Pinghu Formation in the Xihu Depression.Geochemical and petrological characterization pointed to input of terrigenous organic matter and redox conditions of the depositional environment as factors that govern the ability of the coal measure source rocks in hydrocarbon generation in the Xihu Depression.In this regard,the sedimentary organic facies in the Pinghu Formation were classified into four predominantly terrigenous and one mixed-source subfacies,which all varied in carbon and hydrogen content.The coal measure source rocks in the carbon-and hydrogen-rich tidal flat-lagoon exhibited the highest hydrocarbon generation potential,whereas the mudstone in the neritic facies was the poorest in its hydrocarbon yield.These results suggested that the coal measure source rocks in the Pinghu Formation likely developed in the Hangzhou Slope and the Tiantai Slope,both representing promising sources for oil and gas exploration.

Bi_(2)O_(2)CO_(3)(BOC)/Bi_(4)O_5Br_(2)(BOB)/reduced graphene oxide(rGO)Z-scheme heterojunction with promising photocatalytic properties was synthesized via a facile one-pot room-temperature method.Ultra-thin nanosheets of BOC and BOB were grown in situ on r GO.The formed 2D/2D direct Z-scheme heterojunction of BOC/BOB with oxygen vacancies(OVs)effectively leads to lower negative electron reduction potential of BOB as well as higher positive hole oxidation potential of BOC,showing improved reduction/oxidation ability.Particularly,rGO is an acceptor of the electrons from the conduction band of BOC.Its dual roles significantly improve the transfer performance of photo-induced charge carriers and accelerate their separation.With layered nanosheet structure,rich OVs,high specific surface area,and increased utilization efficiency of visible light,the multiple synergistic effects of BOC/BOB/rGO can achieve effective generation and separation of the electron-holes,thereby generating more·O_(2)^(-)and h^(+).The photocatalytic reduction efficiency of CO_(2)to CO(12.91μmol/(g·hr))is three times higher than that of BOC(4.18μmol/(g·hr)).Moreover,it also achieved almost 100%removal of Rhodamine B and cyanobacterial cells within 2 hours.

During maize endosperm filling,sucrose not only serves as a source of carbon skeletons for storage-reserve synthesis but also acts as a stimulus to promote this process.However,the molecular mechanisms underlying sucrose and endosperm filling are poorly understood.In this study,we found that sucrose promotes the expression of endosperm-filling hub gene Opaque2(O2),coordinating with storage-reserve accumulation.We showed that the protein kinase SnRK1a1 can attenuate O2-mediated transactivation,but sucrose can release this suppression.Biochemical assays revealed that SnRK1a1 phosphorylates O2 at serine 41(S41),negatively affecting its protein stability and transactivation ability.We observed that mutation of SnRK1a1 results in larger seeds with increased kernel weight and storage reserves,while overexpression of SnRK1a1 causes the opposite effect.Overexpression of the native O2(O2-OE),phospho-dead(O2-SA),and phospho-mimetic(O2-SD)variants all increased 100-kernel weight.Although O2-SA seeds exhibit smaller kernel size,they have higher accumulation of starch and proteins,resulting in larger vitreous endosperm and increased test weight.O2-SD seeds display larger kernel size but unchanged levels of storage reserves and test weight.O2-OE seeds show elevated kernel dimensions and nutrient storage,like a mixture of O2-SA and O2-SD seeds.Collectively,our study discovers a novel regulatory mechanism of maize endosperm filling.Identification of S41 as a SnRK1-mediated phosphorylation site in O2 offers a potential engineering target for enhancing storage-reserve accumulation and yield in maize.

Oil Source of Reservoirs in the Hinterland of the Junggar Basin

Through oil-oil and oil-source correlation and combined with the comprehensive study of hydrocarbon generation and accumulation history, the oil sources of typical reservoirs of different geologic periods in the hinterland of the Junggar basin are revealed. It is concluded that the crude oils in the study area can be classified into four types： The oil in the area of well Zhuang-1 and well Sha-1 belongs to type-I, which was generated from Cretaceous to Paleogene （K-E） and its source rocks are distributed in the Fengcheng formation of the Permian in the western depression to the well Pen-1. The oil in the area of well Yong-6 （K1 tg） belongs to type-Ⅱ, which was generated from Cretaceous to Paleogene and its source rocks are distributed in the Wuerhe formation of the Permian in the Changji depression. The oil in the area of well Yong-6 （J2x） belongs to type-III, which was generated at the end of the Paleogene and its source rocks are distributed in the coal measures of the Jurassic in the Changji depression. The oil of well Zheng-1 and well Yong-1 belongs to type-IV, which was generated in the Paleogene, and its source rocks are distributed in the Wuerhe formation of the Lower Permian and coal measures of the Jurassic. It is indicated that the hydrocarbon accumulation history in the study area was controlled by the tectonic evolution history of the Che-Mo palaeohigh and the hydrocarbon generation history of well Pen-1 in the western depression and Changji depression.

油气是由沉积盆地内岩石中的有机质生成的。通过对全球含油气盆地进行深入、系统研究,认识到全球油气田的分布很不均匀,油气只在少数沉积岩层段内富集成藏。油气分布具有明显的"源控"性,寻找新的含油气盆地必须首先寻找烃源岩。沉积盆地内生物生长所需的营养物质主要来源于河流,河流注入沉积盆地的营养物质控制了生物繁衍程度,进而控制了烃源岩的有机质丰度,而烃源岩有机质丰度控制了沉积盆地的油气生成量和油气资源富集程度。地球上油气主要分布于河流—湖泊体系、河流—海湾体系和河流—三角洲体系,其中,河流—湖泊体系是地球上重要的含油领域。湖相石油主要是由湖泊中的藻类死亡后形成的沉积有机质生成,藻类生长主要取决于河流注入湖水中的营养物质,这些营养物质可以促进裂谷期藻类生长,为优质烃源岩的形成提供保障。河流—海湾体系是全球海相石油分布的主要场所。海湾是河流的入海口,河流带来丰富的矿物质促进了藻类等水生生物生长并大量繁殖,且海湾相对闭塞,均有利于有机质保存。世界上分布最广、储量最多的天然气是由煤系烃源岩生成的煤型气,河流—三角洲体系是煤型气的主要分布场所。河流带来的泥沙是高等植物生长的肥沃土壤,河流—三角洲平原上的原生高等植物为煤系气源岩的形成提供了雄厚的物质基础;三角洲储层发育,储-盖配置好,有利于天然气富集成藏。

Oil-source correlation of the pre-Tertiary in the Huanghua Depression:Insights from stable carbon isotopes and molecular markers

Stable carbon isotopes were used together with molecular markers to constrain genetic relationships between sandstone extracts and potential source rocks in the pre-Tertiary in the Huanghua Depression,North China.Comparison of the extracts from Permo-Carboniferous terrigenous mudstones and Ordovician marine carbonates indicated that their prominent differences are in stable carbon isotopes,molecular markers and thermal maturity.Although the extracts of the Mesozoic and Lower Permian Xiashihezi Formation sandstones have some similar iso-topic characteristics,molecular markers data provide a good correlation between the Upper Jurassic-Lower Cretaceous oils and the Upper Carboniferous Taiyuan Formation mudstones,and between the Lower Permian Xiashihezi Formation oils and the Lower Permian mudstones.The results showed that the Upper Jurassic-Lower Cretaceous sandstone oils were derived chiefly from the Upper Carboniferous Taiyuan Formation terrigenous mudstones and that the Lower Permian Xiashihezi Formation oils were sourced from the Lower Permian Shanxi Formation and Xiashihezi Formation terrigenous mudstones.

Benefiting from the abrupt phase changes within subwavelength thicknesses,metasurfaces have been widely applied for lightweight and compact optical systems.Simultaneous broadband and high-efficiency characteristics are highly attractive for the practical implementation of metasurfaces.However,current metasurface devices mostly adopt discrete micro/nano structures,which rarely realize both merits simultaneously.In this paper,dielectric metasurfaces composed of quasi-continuous nanostrips are proposed to overcome this limitation.Via quasi-continuous nanostrips metasurface,a normal focusing metalens and a superoscillatory lens overcoming the diffraction limit are designed and experimentally demonstrated.The quasi-continuous metadevices can operate in a broadband wavelength ranging from 450 nm to 1000nm and keep a high power efficiency.The average efficiency of the fabricated metalens reaches 54.24%,showing a significant improvement compared to the previously reported metalenses with the same thickness.The proposed methodology can be easily extended to design other metadevices with the advantages of broadband and high-efficiency in practical optical systems.

交叉眼技术是对抗单脉冲雷达最有效的方式之一。针对交叉眼干扰多侧重于仿真建模、实验设计及实施复杂等特点,基于交叉眼干扰原理、单脉冲测角原理和矢量网络分析仪幅相精确测量等特性,设计了基于喇叭天线、微带天线、幅相调节器和非脉冲矢量网络分析仪组成的非反向交叉眼干扰实验系统。在微波暗室环境下,先后开展了基于矢量网络分析仪的测角实验和非反向交叉眼干扰实验,并通过建立干扰天线相位中心电磁仿真模型,对误差展开了分析。实验和仿真结果表明:交叉眼干扰下实验测量的角度值与理论角度值随相位差变化趋势一致,其理论最大角度值与实际最大角度值误差不超过2°,对应的交叉眼增益误差小于0.5;基于矢量网络分析仪设计的非反向交叉眼实验系统可行,可模拟非反向交叉眼干扰对被动单脉冲雷达干扰,亦可部分模拟反向交叉眼干扰应用场景,为交叉眼干扰机设计和测试提供一定的指导。

基于DSP的磁致伸缩传感器位移测量研究

高分辨力时间量检测是磁致伸缩位移传感器实现高准确度测量的关键技术之一。利用TM320LF2407DSP的捕获功能实现高分辨力时间量检测,介绍了整个系统的组成原理和软硬件设计,获得了理想的测量结果。
