The vast majority of high-performance perovskite solar cells(PSCs) are based on a formamidinium lead iodide(FAPbI_(3))-dominant composition. Nevertheless, the FA-based perovskite films suffer from undesirable phase transition and defects-induced non-ideal interfacial recombination, which significantly induces energy loss and hinders the improvement of device performance. Herein, we employed 4-fluorophenylmethylammonium iodide(F-PMAI) to modulate surface structure and energy level alignment of the FA-based perovskite films. The superior optoelectronic films were obtained with reduced trap density, pure α-phase FAPbI_(3) and favorable energy band bending. The lifetime of photogenerated charge carriers increased from 489.3 ns to 1010.6 ns, and a more “p-type” perovskite film was obtained by the post-treatment with F-PMAI. Following this strategy, we demonstrated an improved power conversion efficiency of 22.59% for the FA-based PSCs with an open-circuit voltage loss of 399 m V.

Methylammonium-free perovskite solar cells have attracted a great deal of attention owing to the optimal bandgap towards the Shockley-Queisser optimum and the improved thermal stability of FAPbI perovskite. Nevertheless, FAPbI devices suffer from a large voltage deficit further limiting the improvement of performance. Herein, a surface reconstruction strategy to constituted 2 D/3 D heterojunction via imidazole hydrobromide post-treatment is proposed. The formation 2 D/3 D heterostructure endows the MA-free perovskite film with decent energy-level alignment and reduced non-radiative recombination, which enhances the quasi-Fermi level splitting further to minimize the voltage deficit in the device. Consequently, this strategy leads to a significantly increased power conversion efficiency of 23.25 % for FACsPbI perovskite solar cells, along with an optimal voltage deficit of 0.384 V. This work may trigger the development of surface reconstruction that constitutes suitable interface to the perovskite film to maximize the open-circuit voltage and thus the power conversion efficiency of perovskite solar cells.

Single-cell transcriptomics reveals tumor landscape in ovarian carcinosarcoma

Lithium iodide is mixed into the perovskite precursor solution as an additive.X-ray diffraction, field-emission scanning electron microscopy, steady-state photoluminescence,ultraviolet–visible absorption spectra, and electrochemical impedance spectra are used to characterize and analyze the perovskite solar cells prepared from this solution. It is found that the LiI additive can improve the crystallinity and the quality of perovskite crystal,enhance the light absorbance and the charge carrier extraction of the perovskite films, and reduce the charge-transfer resistance of the device. As a consequence, the open-circuit voltage and the fill factor of the perovskite solar cells increase. Under optimal conditions,the LiI-containing perovskite solar cell can achieve a power conversion efficiency of 16.53% whereas the device based on a perovskite without added LiI has an efficiency of 14.22% under the same experimental conditions. The simple process and significant improvement in the performance render this method promising.

The article introduces a finite element procedure using the bilinear quadrilateral element or four-node rectangular element(namely Q4 element) based on a refined first-order shear deformation theory(rFSDT) and Monte Carlo simulation(MCS), so-called refined stochastic finite element method to investigate the random vibration of functionally graded material(FGM) plates subjected to the moving *** advantage of the proposed method is to use r-FSDT to improve the accuracy of classical FSDT, satisfy the stress-free condition at the plate boundaries, and combine with MCS to analyze the vibration of the FGM plate when the parameter inputs are random quantities following a normal distribution. The obtained results show that the distribution characteristics of the vibration response of the FGM plate depend on the standard deviation of the input parameters and the velocity of the moving ***, the numerical results in this study are expected to contribute to improving the understanding of FGM plates subjected to moving loads with uncertain input parameters.

Incorporating a selenium(Se)positive electrode into aluminum(Al)-ion batteries is an effective strategy for improving the overall battery ***,the cycling stability of Se positive electrodes has challenges due to the dissolution of intermediate reaction *** this work,we aim to harness the advantages of Se while reducing its limitations by preparing a core-shell mesoporous carbon hollow sphere with a titanium nitride(C@TiN)host to load 63.9wt%Se as the positive electrode material for Al-Se *** the physical and chemical confinement offered by the hollow mesoporous carbon and TiN,the obtained core-shell mesoporous carbon hollow spheres coated with Se(Se@C@TiN)display superior utilization of the active material and remarkable cycling *** a result,Al-Se batteries equipped with the as-prepared Se@C@TiN composite positive electrodes show an initial discharge specific capacity of 377 mAh·g^(-1)at a current density of 1000 mA·g^(-1)while maintaining a discharge specific capacity of 86.0 mAh·g^(-1)over 200 *** improved cycling performance is ascribed to the high electrical conductivity of the core-shell mesoporous carbon hollow spheres and the unique three-dimensional hierarchical architecture of Se@C@TiN.

With the development of satellite miniaturization and remote sensing,the establishment of microsatellite constellations is an inevitable *** to their limited size,weight,and power,spaceborne storage systems with excellent scalability,performance,and reliability are still one of the technical bottlenecks of remote sensing *** on the commercial off-the-shelf field-programmable gate array and memory devices,a spaceborne advanced storage system(SASS)is proposed in this *** work provides a dynamic programming,queue scheduling multiple-input multiple-output cache technique and a high-speed,high-reliability NAND flash controller for multiple microsatellite payload *** results show that SASS has outstanding scalability with a maximum write rate of 2429 Mb/s and preserves at least 78.53%of the performance when a single NAND flash *** scheduling technique effectively shortens the data scheduling time,and the data remapping method of the NAND flash controller can reduce the retention error by at least 50.73%and the program disturbance error by at least 37.80%.
