Surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)platform,which enables trace analyte detection,has important application *** structuring/modifying the surface of the SERSsubstrate,analyte in highly diluted solutions can be concentrated into localized active areas for highly sensitive ***,subject to the difficulty of the fabrication process,itremains challenging to balance hot-spot construction and the concentration capacity of analyte ***,preparing SERS substrates with densely ordered hot spots andefficient concentration capacity is of great significance for highly sensitive ***,we propose an Ag and fluoroalkyl-modified hierarchical armour substrate(Ag/F-HA),which has a double-layer stacking design to combine analyte concentration with hotspot *** microarmour structure is fabricated by femtosecond-laser processing to serve as asuperhydrophobic and low-adhesive surface to concentrate analyte,while the anodic aluminium oxide(Aao)template creates a nanopillar array serving as dense and ordered hot *** the synergistic action of hot spots and analyte concentration,Ag/F-HA achieves a detectionlimit down to 10^(-7)M doxorubicin(DOX)molecules with a RSD of 7.69%.Additionally,Ag/F-HA exhibits excellent robustness to resist external disturbances such as liquid splash or *** on our strategy,SERS substrates with directional analyte concentrations are further explored by patterning microcone arrays with *** work opens a way to the realistic implementation of SERS in diverse scenarios.

The interaction of MgO-MgAl_(2)O_(4)-based and MgO-Cr_(2)O_(3)-based refractories with X70 molten steel was studied by immersion experiments at 1560℃.The effects of immersion time(30 and 60 min)on the contents of total oxygen(TO),Al,Nb,Si,Mn,and Cr as well as the composition,number density,and size distribution of inclusions in the molten steel were *** influence of the penetration and erosion degree of the molten steel to the refractory on the steel-refractory interface layer was *** results show that,at 1560℃,the MgO-MgAl_(2)O_(4)-based refractory can better control the contents of TO and the composition of molten steel compared with the MgO-Cr_(2)O_(3)-based *** TO content is only 16×10^(-4) wt.%in the molten steel after reacted with the Mg0-MgAl_(2)O_(4)-based refractory at the end point of refining,4 accounting for 11.5%of that reacted with the MgO-Cr_(2)O_(3)-based refractory(139×10^(-4) wt.%).The number density of inclusions is only 14 mm^(-2),and the average size ofinclusions is only 1.31μm,with thelargest proportion of inclusions in 1-2μm(70%).The Al_(2)O_(3)-MnS-Cao complex inclusions in the original steel changed to complex inclusions dominated by Cr-Nb-Mn-S-O and ***_(2)O_(3),corresponding to the MgO-Cr_(2)O_(3)-based and MgO-MgAl_(2)O_(4)-based refractories,*** ***_(2)O_(3) layer was formed at the reaction interface between MgO-MgAl_(2)O_(4)-based refractory and molten steel,which is helpful to restrict the erosion of refractories and the pollution of molten *** damage mechanism of the MgO-Cr_(2)O_(3)-based refractory is mainly permeation and chemical reaction,while the damage of the MgO-MgAl_(2)O_(4)-based refractory is mainlyscouring erosion.

Challenges in applying REE-based thermobarometers: Insights from mafic-ultramafic granulites in Indian southern granulite terrain

The dispatch of integrated energy systems in coal mines(IES-CM)with mine-associated supplies is vital for efficient energy utilization and carbon emissions ***,IES-CM dispatch is highly challenging due to its feature as multi-objective and strong *** constrained multi-objective evolutionary algorithms often fall into locally feasible domains with poorly distributed Pareto front,which greatly deteriorates dispatch *** tackle this problem,we transform the traditional dispatch model of IES-CM into two tasks:the main task with all constraints and the helper task with constraint *** we propose a constraint adaptive multi-tasking differential evolution algorithm(CA-MTDE)to optimize these two tasks *** helper task with constraint adaptive is developed to obtain infeasible solutions near the feasible *** purpose of this infeasible solution is to transfer guiding knowledge to help the main task move away from local ***,a dynamic dual-learning strategy using DE/current-to-rand/1 and DE/current-to-best/1 is developed to maintain task diversity and ***,we comprehensively evaluate the performance of CA-MTDE by applying it to a coal mine in Shanxi Province,considering two IES-CM *** demonstrate the feasibility of CA-MTDE and its ability to generate a Pareto front with exceptional convergence,diversity,and distribution.

Effects of biochar produced from distiller grains on agronomic performances of sorghum(Sorghum bicolor L.) and greenhouse gas emissions from soil

Aromatic liquor breweries produce massive distiller grains containing a high percentage of rice husks that necessitate harmless treatment and resource utilization. These husk-rich distiller grains can be pyrolyzed in the Ni-based catalyst system at a relatively low temperature（480?C） into combustible gas,which is used in liquor distillation, and biochar（BDG） with high mineral nutrients and good surface properties. A 3-year field experiment（2018–2020） was established to understand the effects of BDG on sorghum agronomic performances and greenhouse gas emissions from the soil. The results showed that BDG had higher mineral nutrient（N, P, K, and S） contents, larger cation exchange capacity, and better surface structure than those prepared using the traditional method at 400 and 600?C. Compared with sole chemical fertilizer（CF）, the combination of CF and BDG（CF+BDG） increased sorghum nutrient（N, P, and K） uptake, yield, fertilizer use efficiency, and economic benefit. Cumulative CO2emission from the soil changed little between with and without BDG,indicating the microbial stability of BDG. The effective adsorption of NH3or NH4+by BDG upon N application may reduce N loss through NH3and N2O emissions and increase the efficiency of fertilizer N use. Cumulative CH4emission ranged from 32.45 to 44.86 g ha-1, which could be overlooked as a greenhouse gas in the sorghum field. Moreover, CF+BDG significantly decreased NH3and N2O emissions for the production of each unit of sorghum grains and the CO2emission from the land for the production of a certain amount of sorghum grains. Therefore, CF+BDG exhibited better agronomic and environmental performances in sorghum cultivation.

Electrochemical nitrogen reduction reaction(ENRR) provides a promising strategy to achieve sustainable synthesis of ammonia. However, despite great efforts devoted to this research field, the problems such as low energy efficiency and weak selectivity still impede its practical implementation. Most of the research to date has been concentrated on creating sophisticated electrocatalysts, and adequate knowledge of electrolytes is still lacking. Herein, the recent progress in electrolytes for ENRR, including alkaline, neutral,acidic, water-in-salt, organic, ionic liquid, and mixed water-organic electrolytes, is thoroughly reviewed to obtain an in-depth understanding of their effects on electrocatalytic performance. Recently developed representative electrocatalysts in various types of electrolytes are also introduced, and future research priorities of different electrolytes are proposed to develop new and efficient ENRR systems.
