Intuitively,the solvation structure featuring stronger interacted sheath in deep eutectic solution（DES）electrolyte would result in sluggish interfacial charge transfer and intense polarization,which obstructs its practical application in emerging Zn based ***,here we discover a Zn‖organic battery with exceptional kinetics properties enabled by a hydrated DES electrolyte,which can render higher discharge capacity,smaller voltage polarization,and faster kinetics of charge transfer in comparison with conventional aqueous 3 M ZnCl2electrolyte,though its viscosity is two orders of magnitude higher than the *** improved kinetics of charge transfer and ion diffusion is demonstrated to originate from the local electron structure regulation of cathode in hydrated DES ***,the DES electrolyte has also been shown to restrict parasitic reaction associated with active water by preferential urea-molecular adsorption on Zn surface and stronger water trapping in solvation structure,giving rise to long-term stable dendrite-free Zn plating/*** work provides a new rationale for understanding electrochemical behaviors of organic cathodes in DES electrolyte,which is conducive to the development of high-performance Zn‖organic batteries.

Control crosslink network and chain connectivity are essential to develop shape memory polymers(SMPs)with high shape memory capabilities,adjustable response temperature,and satisfying mechanistical *** this study,novel poly(ε-caprolactone)(PCL)-poly(2-vinyl)ethylene glycol(PVEG)copolymers bearing multi-pendant vinyl groups is synthesized by branched-selective allylic etherification polymerization of vinylethylene carbonate(VEC)with linear and tetra-arm PCLs under a synergistic catalysis of palladium complex and boron *** thiol-ene photo-click reaction of PCL-PVEG copolymers with multifunctional thiols can rapidly access a serious crosslinked SMPs with high shape memory *** thermal properties,mechanical properties and response temperature of the obtained SMPs are tunable by the variation of PCL prepolymers,vinyl contents and functionality of ***,high elastic modulus in the rubbery plateau region can be maintained effectively owing to high-density topological networks of the PCL *** addition,the utility of the present SMPs is further demonstrated by the post-functionalization via thiol-ene photo-click chemistry.

Lithium argyrodites with high ionic conductivity and low cost are considered as one of the most prospective solid electrolytes for all-solid-state lithium ***,the poor chemical stability and compatibility with lithium metal limit their ***,Li_(5.4)PS_(4.4)Cl1.4I0.2solid electrolyte with high ionic conductivity of 11.49 m S ccm^(-1)and improved chemical stability is synthesized by iodine *** ultra-thin Li_(5.4)PS_(4.4)Cl_(1.4)I_(0.2)membrane with thickness of 10μm can be obtained by wet coating process,exhibiting a high ionic conductivity of 2.09 mS ccm^(-1)and low areal resistance of 1.17Ωcm^(-2).Moreover,iodine doping could in-situ form LiI at the lithium/electrolyte interface and improve the critical current density of Li_(5.4)PS_(4.4)Cl_(1.6)from 0.8 to 1.35 mA cm^(-2).The resultant LiCoO_(2)/Li_(5.4)PS_(4.4)Cl_(1.4)I_(0.2)/Li battery shows excellent cycling stability at 1 C,with a reversible specific capacity of 110.1 mA h g^(-1)and a retention of 80.5% after 1000 *** addition,the assembled LiCoO_(2)/Li_(5.4)PS_(4.4)Cl_(1.4)I_(0.2)membrane/Li pouch cell delivers an initial discharge capacity of 110.4 mA h g^(-1)and 80.5% capacity retention after 100 cycles.

Satellite-based positioning navigation and timing(PNT) system is the most fundamental and convenient application system in PNT fields now and in the future, thus the satellite-based PNT service system should be more and more robust, reliable and easy to be applied. Aiming at the weak service performance of the existing BeiDou constellation in the Antarctic and Arctic regions and the possible discontinuous problems in the autonomous orbit determination using BeiDou terminals on board of low earth orbit(LEO) satellites, we propose a scheme to optimize the BeiDou constellation configuration. A relatively optimized deep space PNT service constellation is designed in order to overcome the weak service capability of the BeiDou navigation constellation in deep space. We find that more satellites in the same orbital plane have better positioning geometry than increasing the number of constellation orbital planes. Furthermore, the idea of resilient satellite-based PNT service mode combining deep, high, medium, and low earth orbit navigation constellations is proposed, in order to improve the service capability of multi navigation constellations. To strengthen the satellite PNT service ability, the resilient strategies of on-board phased array antenna, on-board atomic clocks and satellite signal generator are proposed, in which the adaptively possible adjustment of signal power, signal frequency, signal modulation waveform and information format are discussed. Some examples to demonstrate the resilient satellite-based PNT application modes are given.

Background Early stage （FIGO stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ） endometrioid endometrial adenocarcinoma （EEA） is very common in clinical ***,patients with the early stage EEA show various clinical behaviors due to biological ***,we aimed to discover distinct classes of tumors based on gene expression profiling,and analyze whether the molecular classification correlated with the histopathological stages or other clinical *** Hierarchical clustering was performed for class discovery in 28 eady stage EEA samples using a special cDNA microarray chip containing 492 genes designed for endometrial *** between clinicopathologic parameters and our classification were *** the significance analysis of microarrays （SAM） array was used to identify the signature genes according to the tumor grade and myometrial *** Three tumor subtypes （subtypes Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ） were identified by hierarchical clustering,each subtype had different clinicopathological factors,such as tumor grade,myometrial invasion status,and FIGO ***,SAM analysis showed 34 up-regulated genes in high grade tumors,and 38 up-regulated genes and 1 down-regulated in deep myometrial invasive *** overlap genes between these two high-risk factors were markedly up-regulated in subtype Ⅰ,but down-regulated in subtype Ⅲ.Conclusion We have identified novel molecular subtypes in early stage *** gene signatures characterize each tumor subtype,which could be used for recognizing the tumor risk and providing a basis for further treatment stratification.
