BACKGrOUnD Left ventricular(LV)remodeling and diastolic function in people with heart failure(HF)are correlated with ir.n status;however,the causality is *** Mendelian r.ndomization(Mr)study investigated the bidirectional causal relationship between systemic ir.n parameters and LV structure and function in a preserved ejection fraction *** Tr.nsferr.n saturation(TSAT),total ir.n binding capacity(TIBC),and serum ir.n and ferritin levels were extracted as instrumental variables for ir.n parameters from meta-analyses of public genome-wide association *** without myocardial infarction history,HF,or LV ejection fraction(LVEF)n=16,923)in the UK Biobank Cardiovascular Magnetic resonance Imaging Study constituted the outcome *** dataset included LV end-diastolic volume,LV endsystolic volume,LV mass(LVM),and LVM-to-end-diastolic volume ratio(LVMVr).We used a two-sample bidirectional Mr study with inverse variance weighting(IVW)as the primary analysis method and estimation methods using differ.nt algorithms to improve the robustness of the *** In the IVW analysis,one standard deviation(SD)increased in TSAT significantly correlated with decreased LVMVr(β=-0.1365;95%confidence interval[CI]:-0.2092 to-0.0638;P=0.0002)after Bonferr.ni ***,no significant relationships were observed between other ir.n and LV *** Bonferr.ni correction,reverse Mr analysis showed that one SD increase in LVEF significantly correlated with decreased TSAT(β=-0.0699;95%CI:-0.1087 to-0.0311;P=0.0004).no heterogeneity or pleiotropic effects evidence was observed in the *** We demonstrated a causal relationship between TSAT and LV remodeling and function in a preserved ejection fraction population.

Maize(Zea mays L.)-soybean(Glycine max ***.)relay intercropping provides a way to enhance land ***,the late-planted soybean suffers from shading by the *** maize harvest,how the recovery growth influences the leaf and nodule traits remains unclear.A three-year field experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of genotypes,i.e.,supernodulating(nts1007),nandou 12(nD12),and Guixia 3(GX3),and crop configurations,i.e.,the interspecific row spacing of 45(I45),60(I60),75 cm(I75),and sole soybean(SS),on soybean recovery growth and n *** results showed that intercropping reduced the soybean total leaf area(LA)by reducing both the leaf number(Ln)and unit leaflet area(LUA),and it reduced the nodule dry weight(nW)by reducing both the nodule number.nn)and nodule diameter.nD)compared with the *** correlation and pr.ncipal component analysis(PCA)indicated a co-variability of the leaf and nodule traits in response to the genotype and crop configuration *** the recovery growth stages,the compensatory growth promoted soybean growth to reduce the gaps of leaf and nodule traits between intercropping and *** relative growth rates of ureide(rGr_U)and nitrogen(rGr.n)accumulation were higher in intercropping than in *** achieved more significant sucrose and starch contents compared with ***12 and GX3 showed more robust compensatory growth than nts1007 in *** the recovery growth of relay intercropping soybean improved biomass and nitrogen accumulation,nD12 gained a more significant partial land equivalent ratio(pLEr)than *** I60 treatment achieved more robust compensation effects on biomass and n accumulation than the other ***,I60 showed a higher.nodule sucrose content and greater shoot ureide and n accumulation than ***,intercropping nD12 with maize using an interspecific row spacing of 60 cm was optimal for both yield advantage and n accumulation.

Let n≥2 be an integer. We give necessary and sufficient conditions for an integral quadratic form over dyadic local fields to be n-universal by using invariants from Beli's theory of bases of norm ***, we provide a minimal set for testing n-universal quadratic forms over dyadic local fields, as an analogue of Bhargava and Hanke's 290-theorem(or Conway and Schneeberger's 15-theorem) on universal quadratic forms with integer coefficients.

2,2,7,7-Tetrakis-(n,n-di-p-methoxyphenylamine)-9,9-spirobifluor.ne(Spiro-OMeTAD)has been identified as the most widely used and effective hole tr.nsporting material(HTM)in perovskite solar cells(PSCs).However,the complicated multistep synthesis and low intr.nsic hole mobility of Spiro-OMe TAD limit its commercialized ***,developing highly efficient HTMs with less synthetic steps becomes increasingly ***,understanding hot carriers tr.nsfer dynamics at the interface of perovskite layer and hole tr.nsport layer is crucial for further enhancing PSCs performance towards Shockley-Queisser limit,which still lacks full investigation to ***,a new HTM based on tetraphenylethene(WP1)was successfully synthesized by a simple one-step reaction *** was found that WP1-based HTM exhibits more matched energy level,higher hole mobility and conductivity than those of the control Spiro-OMe *** femtosecond tr.nsient absorption results reveal that the tr.nsfer rate of hot holes in perovskite/WP1 sample is four times higher than that of perovskite/Spiro-OMeTAD,thereby helping enhance the device ***,the efficiency of PSCs is enhanced to 24.04%(WP1)from 22.85%(Spiro-OMeTAD).Moreover,the un-encapsulated device prepared with WP1 exhibits better long-term stability,retaining 87%of its initial PCE value after stor.ng for 72 days under air envir.nment,while the refer.nce device shows76%of its initial *** work indicates that simple tetraphenylethene-based organic small molecule could be a very promising HTM candidate for highly efficient PSCs,and gives some significant insights for understanding intr.nsic hot carriers tr.nsfer dynamics in device.

The oil production of the multi-fractured horizontal wells(MFHWs) declines quickly in unconventional oil reservoirs due to the fast depletion of natural energy. Gas injection has been acknowledged as an effective method to improve oil recovery factor from unconventional oil reservoirs. Hydrocarbon gas huff-n-puff becomes preferable when the CO_(2) source is limited. However, the impact of complex fracture networks and well interfer.nce on the EOr performance of multiple MFHWs is still unclear. The optimal gas huff-n-puff parameters are significant for enhancing oil recovery. This work aims to optimize the hydrocarbon gas injection and production parameters for multiple MFHWs with complex fracture networks in unconventional oil reservoirs. Firstly, the numerical model based on unstructured grids is developed to characterize the complex fracture networks and capture the dynamic fracture ***, the PVT phase behavior simulation was carried out to provide the fluid model for.numerical simulation. Thirdly, the optimal parameters for hydrocarbon gas huff-n-puff were obtained. Finally, the dominant factors of hydrocarbon gas huff-n-puff under complex fracture networks are obtained by fuzzy mathematical method. results reveal that the curr.nt pressure of hydrocarbon gas injection can achieve miscible displacement. The optimal injection and production parameters are obtained by single-factor analysis to analyze the effect of individual parameter. Gas injection time is the dominant factor of hydrocarbon gas huff-n-puff in unconventional oil reservoirs with complex fracture networks. This work can offer engineers guidance for hydrocarbon gas huff-n-puff of multiple MFHWs consider.ng the complex fracture networks.

n-Methylation of amines with CO_(2) and H2 is a potential approach for CO_(2) utilization because n-methylated amines can be used as solvents and organic intermediates. In_(2)O_(3)-supported Cu (Cu/In_(2)O_(3)) acts as an effective heterogeneous catalyst for.n-methylation reaction of n-methylaniline (MA) with CO_(2) and H_(2),showing higher.n,n-dimethylaniline (DMA) selectivity than other supported Cu catalysts. On one hand,the dispersion of Cu can be improved by the defective In_(2)O_(3) support. On the other hand,In_(2)O_(3) support is active in the dissociative adsorption of CO_(2) through C—O bond breaking. In addition,the H_(2) dissociation ability of In_(2)O_(3) can also be enhanced by Cu. The combination of Cu and In_(2)O_(3) is effective in the activation of CO_(2),the adsorption of intermediate n-methylformanilide (MFA),the hydrogenation of MFA to DMA and the prohibition of C—n bond cleavage side reactions,thereby enhancing the reaction rate of MA conversion and the selectivity to DMA.
