Urban underground infrastructures(UUIs)are a vital component of built capital for urban ***,many cities are now home to a multitude of disused or underutilized UUIs,not least aged purpose-built underground facilities,causing a waste of valuable underground space resource *** the process of urban renewal,adaptive reuse can be an attractive solution to breathe new life into underutilized UUIs,while addressing some of the modern problems of the built environment by an economically feasible ***,there is a prevalent absence in the current literature of the overarching planning and decision-making approaches for an adaptive reuse development of underutilized *** the intention of addressing this shortfall,this paper first lays out development strategies,then sets the generic patterns for adaptive reuse of disused or underutilized *** the city of Qingdao,China as a case study,detailed planning and decision-making approaches with the aid of multi-source data and spatial analysis tools are *** is anticipated that the findings of this research will assist the adaptive reuse development of UUIs in providing theoretical guidance and empirical evidence,thereby enhancing the role of urban underground space use in contributing to urban revitalization and urban sustainability.

Urban underground space(UUS)development has been acknowledged as a positive contribution to urban resilience(UR).Such contribution has been qualitatively addressed in recent years,but only quantitatively discussed in few *** evaluation methods for UR are widely used in China and around the world,but the role of underground space is barely *** paper provides a way to bridge this gap on the city scale.A UR evaluation framework was carefully constructed that covers the basic aspects and elements of *** contributions of UUS to UR were identified and integrated into the UR evaluation framework,and the measurement methods for each indicator related to UUS were determined.A case study of 19 sample cities in China were conducted using the integrated evaluation *** analysis and clustering analysis were further adopted to interpret the evaluation results,mainly with three indicators reflecting the level of UUS development,namely UUS area(m^(2)),UUS density(104 m^(2)/km^(2))and UUS area per capita(m^(2)/person).The results showed a strong correlation between UUS area and *** average proportion of UR provided by UUS in the 19 sample cities was 16.46%,while the maximum figure reached 29.20%.The sample cities were clustered into four categories based on the relationship between the proportion of UR provided by UUS,UUS area,and GDP per capita,where both high and low UUS area tend to provide less proportion of resilience than the medium UUS *** suggestions for UUS utilization were proposed to assist cities in achieving urban resilience.

As an essential elastomer used in edge technologies, fluorosilicone rubber(FSR) suffers serious oxidative ageing problem when serving at high temperature. Cerium oxide is generally used as an antioxidant additive but remains unsatisfactory. In order to obtain better antioxidant effect on improving the thermal stability of FSR, a kind of cerium-containing polymethylphenyl silicone(PSI-Ce) was synthesized and the structure was verified by Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and proton nuclear magnetic resonance(1HNMR). Due to the homogeneous dispersion on molecular scale, PSI-Ce imposed much better antioxidant effect than the commercial CeO2 did, no matter from isothermal degradation at 320 ℃ or thermal-oxidative ageing test at 230 ℃. In particular, after ageing for 72 h,FSR/PSI-Ce(2 phr) maintained 82% of tensile strength and 63% of elongation at break, in comparison to the corresponding values of 48%and 42% for FSR/CeO2(2 phr). Moreover, 2 phr PSI-Ce was equivalent to 0.046 phr CeO2 according to cerium element conservation.

High efficiency and flexible inverted organic solar cells have been fabricated using solution-processed silver nanowire/zinc oxide composite transparent electrodes. The transparent electrodes showed a low sheet resistance of -13 ff）.sq-1 and high transmittance of -93% as well as superior mechanical flexibility. Power conversion efficiencies of -7.57% and -7.21% were achieved for devices fabricated on glass and plastic substrate, respectively. Moreover, the flexible devices did not show any degradation in their performance even after being folded with a radius of-480 μm.

Effects of Flower Buds Extract of Tussilago farfara on Focal Cerebral Ischemia in Rats and Inflammatory Response in BV2 Microglia

Objective： To investigate the effects of the flower buds extract of Tussilago farfara Linné（Farfarae Flos; FF） on focal cerebral ischemia through regulation of inflammatory responses in activated microglia. Methods： Brain ischemia was induced in Sprague-Dawley rats by a transient middle cerebral artery occlusion（t MCAO） for 90 min and reperfusion for 24 h. Twenty rats were randomly divided into 4 groups（n=5 per group）： normal, t MCAO-induced ischemic control, t MCAO plus FF extract 300 mg/kg-treated, and t MCAO plus MK-801 1 mg/kg-treated as reference drug. FF extract（300 mg/kg, p.o.） or MK-801（1 mg/kg, i.p.） was administered after reperfusion. Brain infarction was measured by 2,3,5,-triphenyltetrazolium chloride staining. Neuronal damage was observed by haematoxylin eosin, Nissl staining and immunohistochemistry using anti-neuronal nuclei（Neu N）, anti-glial fibril ary acidic protein（GFAP）, and antiCD11 b/c（OX42） antibodies in ischemic brain. The expressions of inducible nitric oxide synthase（i NOS）, tumor necrosis factor（TNF-α）, and hypoxia-inducible factor-1 a（HIF-1α） were determined by Western blot. BV2 microglial cel s were treated with FF extract or its main bioactive compound, tussilagone with or without lipopolysaccharide（LPS）. Nitric oxide（NO） production was measured in culture medium by Griess assay. The expressions of i NOS, COX-2 and pro-inflammatory cytokines mRNA were analyzed by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction. The expression of i NOS, and COX-2 proteins, the phosphorylation of ERK1/2, JNK, and p38 MAPK and the nuclear expression of NF-κB p65 in BV2 cells were determined by Western blot. Results： FF extract significantly decreased brain infarctions in ischemic rats（P〈0.01）. The neuronal death and the microglia/astrocytes activation in ischemic brains were inhibited by FF extract. The biosorption properties of dead sulfate reducing bacteria （SRB） for the removal of Cu（Ⅱ） and Fe（Ⅲ） from aqueous solutions was studied. The effects of the biosorbent concentration, the initial pH value and the temperature on the biosorption of Cu（Ⅱ） and Fe（Ⅲ） by the SRB were investigated. FTIR analysis verified that the hydroxyl, carbonyl and amine functional groups of the SRB biosorbent were involved in the biosorption process. For both Cu（Ⅱ） and Fe（Ⅲ）, an increase in the SRB biosorbent concentration resulted in an increase in the removal percentage but a decrease in the amount of specific metal biosorption. The maximum specific metal biosorption was 93.25 mg·g^-1 at pH 4.5 for Cu（Ⅱ） and 88.29 mg· g^-1 at pH 3.5 for Fe（Ⅲ）. The temperature did not have a significant effect on biosorption. In a binary metal system, the specific biosorption capacity for the target metal decreased when another metal ion was added. For both the single metal and binary metal systems, the biosorption of Cu（Ⅱ） and Fe（Ⅲ） onto a SRB biosorbent was better represented by a Langmuir model than by a Freundlich model.

Magnetic TiO2/SiO2/NiFe204 composite photocatalytic particles with high crystalline TiO2 shell were synthesized via a mild solution route. The prepared composite particles were characterized with X-ray diffraction（XRD）, transmission electron microscopy（TEM）, high resolution transmission electron microscopy（HRTEM）, scanning electron microscopy（SEM）, ultraviolet-visible（UV-Vis） spectroscopy and vibrating sample magnetometer（VSM）. The results show that the obtained TiO2/SiO2/NiFe2O4 composite particles were composed of spherical nanoparticles, about 30 nm in diameter, with several NiFe/O4 fine particles about 20 nm in diameter as cores and silica as coatings and barrier layers between the magnetic cores and titania shells. The photocatalytic activity of the composite photocatalytic particles was also investigated for the degradation of Basic Violet 5BN（BV5） under UV irradiation. About 97% of original BV5 decomposed in 360 min in the presence of magnetic composite nanoparticles under UV light. The synthesized magnetic composite nanoparticles exhibited high photocatalytic efficiency that would find potential application to cleaning polluted water with the help of magnetic separation.

Fabrication of Barrier Ribs for PDP by Capillary Infiltration Process and Their Sintering Behavior

Closed-cell type barrier ribs such as meander, honeycomb, SDR, and waffle types were produced using capillary molding process. Sintering of the ribs revealed that the ribs with asymmetric geometry such as meander and SDR type became distorted severely by the sintering process, but the ribs with symmetric geometry such as honeycomb and waffle type maintained their green state morphology. After sintering, the ribs were coated with green phosphor using osmosis coating process and its luminance characteristics were evaluated. The results indicated that the luminance and its efficiency is improved by using closed-cell type ribs with the new phosphor forming technology.

In the medium‐voltage silicon carbide device power module,the higher voltage level will induce higher electric field stress in critical internal points such as the edge of the conductor on the direct bonded copper(DBC)*** can lead to partial discharge and subsequently accelerated ageing of the insulating medium in the ***,it is important to reduce the high electric field ***,the related technical methods of electric field control are reviewed and compared by combining the ease of implementation in real power module and the field control *** addition,systematic explanations of the electric field drift and influencing factors of the electric field strength under different voltage types within different module structures are ***,for half‐bridge power modules with different substrates structures,sug-gestions on how to implement non‐linear field‐dependent materials to reduce the electric field strength are given.
