To ensure the safe performance of deep-sea mining vehicles(DSMVs),it is necessary to study the mechanical characteristics of the interaction between the seabed soil and the track *** rotation and digging motions of the track plate are important links in the contact between the driving mechanism of the DSMV and seabed *** this study,a numerical simulation is conducted using the coupled Eulerian–Lagrangian(CEL)large deformation numerical method to investigate the interaction between the track plate of the DSMV and the seabed soil under two working conditions:rotating condition and digging ***,a soil numerical model is established based on the elastoplastic mechanical characterization using the basic physical and mechanical properties of the seabed soil obtained by in situ ***,the soil disturbance mechanism and the dynamic mechanical response of the track plate under rotating and digging conditions are obtained through the analysis of the sensitivity of the motion parameters,the grouser structure,the layered soil features and the soil *** results indicate that the above parameters remarkably influence the interaction between the DSMV and the seabed ***,it is important to consider the rotating and digging motion of the DSMV in practical engineering to develop a detailed optimization design of the track plate.

Various electromagnetic signals are excited by the beam in the acceleration and beam-diagnostic elements of a particle *** is important to obtain time-domain waveforms of these signals with high temporal resolution for research,such as the study of beam–cavity interactions and bunch-by-bunch parameter ***,a signal reconstruction algorithm with ultrahigh spatiotemporal resolution and bunch phase compensation based on equivalent sampling is proposed in this *** with traditional equivalent sampling,the use of phase compensation and setting the bunch signal zero-crossing point as the time reference can construct a more accurate reconstructed *** basic principles of the method,simulation,and experimental comparison are also *** on the beam test platform of the Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility(SSRF)and the method of experimental verification,the factors that affect the reconstructed signal quality are analyzed and discussed,including the depth of the sampled data,quantization noise of analog-to-digital converter,beam transverse oscillation,and longitudinal *** results of the beam experiments show that under the user operation conditions of the SSRF,a beam excitation signal with an amplitude uncertainty of 2%can be reconstructed.

Covalent organic frameworks(COFs) are attractive porous crystalline materials with extremely high stability, easy functionalization, and open channels, which are expected to be unique ion conductors/transporters in lithium ion batteries(LIBs). Despite recent advances, low ion conductivity and low transference number, resulting in low charging/discharging rate, low energy density, and short battery life, are the main issues that limit their direct application as solid electrolytes in LIBs. Here, we designed and synthesized a novel polyimide COF, namely, TAPA-PDI-COF, with abundant C=O groups, which has been successfully employed as high-performance solid electrolytes by doping TAPA-PDI-COF and succinonitrile(SN). Both the well-defined nanochannels of COFs and SN confined in the well-aligned channels restricted the free migration of anions, while C=O on COFs and CN groups of SN enhanced Li^(+) transport, thus achieving a high ion conductivity of 0.102 m S cm^(-1)at 80 °C and a high lithium-ion transference number of 0.855 at room temperature. According to density functional theory(DFT)calculations, Li-ion migration mainly adopted in-plane transport rather than the axial pathway, which may be due to the shorter hopping distances in the planar pathway. The results suggest an effective strategy for the design and development of all-solidstate ionic conductors for achieving high-performance LIBs.

A case of angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma （AITL） which was misdiagnosed as adult Still＇s disease was presented. The clinical and laboratory characteristics of this case and related literatures were analyzed and reviewed. The patient was finally diagnosed as AITL （Ann Arbor classification： Stage IIIB） secondary to cranial astrocytoma （WHO classification： Stage III）, complicated with severe pulmonary infection because of long time treatment of corticosteroid and misdiagnosis （about one and a half year）. It is concluded that AITL is a rare disease which was easily misdiagnosed. The diagnosis of AITL should combine the clinical manifestation with pathological biopsy as well as corresponding immunohistochemical tests.

Since the use of a quantum channel is very expensive for transmitting large messages, it is vital to develop an effective quantum compression encoding scheme that is easy to implement. Given that, with the single-photon spin-orbit entanglement, we propose a quantum secret sharing scheme using orbital angular momentum onto multiple spin states based on Fibonacci compression encoding. In our proposed scheme, we can represent the frequency of any secret message which is typically collection of bits encodings of text or integers as a bitstring using the base Fibonacci sequence, which is encoded multiple spin states for secret shares transmitted to participants. We demonstrate that Fibonacci compression encoding carries excellent properties that enable us to achieve more robust quantum secret sharing schemes with fewer number of photons.

Background Smoking causes frequent asthma attacks, leading to a rapid decline in lung function in patients with asthma, and it can also reduce the therapeutic effect of glucocorticoids in patients with asthma. Therefore, the present study aimed to investigate the effect of cigarette smoke on the expression of myeloid differentiation factor 88 （MyD88） in marrow dendritic cells （DCs） in asthmatic rats, and to explore the molecular mechanism of cigarette smoke exposure on asthma by DCs. Methods Forty Wistar rats were randomly divided into the following groups： control, smoke exposure, asthma, and asthma combined with smoke exposure. The animal model was established, and then rat bone marrow-derived DCs were collected. Additionally, rat spleen lymphocytes and bone marrow-derived DCs were cultured together for mixed lymphocyte responses. Interferon （IFN）-gamma and interleukin （IL）-4, IL-10, and IL-12 expressions were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）. MyD88 expression was determined by Western blotting. The proliferation of lymphocytes was examined with methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium （MTT） colorimetric assay. Results MyD88 expression was decreased in the asthma combined with smoke exposure group compared to the asthma group （P 〈0.01）, and IL-10 and IL-12 expressions were decreased in the asthma combined with smoke exposure group compared to control group （P 〈0.01）. In addition, DCs stimulating activity on allogeneic lymphocytes were significantly decreased in the smoke exposure combined with asthma group compared to the control and asthma groups （P 〈0.01）. After allogeneic mixed lymphocyte responses, IL-4 expression was increased and IFN-gamma was decreased in the asthma group and the asthma combined with smoke exposure group compared to control group （P 〈0.01）. Pesticides and its degradation products,being well–known residues in soil,have recently been detected in many water bodies as pollutants of emerging concerns,and thus there is a contemporary demand to develop viable and cost–effective techniques for the removal of related organic pollutants in aqueous ***,a visible-light-responsive Fenton system was constructed with iron–doped bismuth oxybromides(Fe–BiOBr)as the *** the advantage of sustainable Fe(Ⅲ)/Fe(Ⅱ)conversion and optimized H_(2)O_(2)utilization,the optimal Fe–BiOBr–2 catalyst showed an excellent atrazine removal efficiency of 97.61%in 120 min,which is superior than the traditional homogeneous Fenton and the majority of heterogeneous processes documented in the *** this photo–Fenton system,hydroxyl(·OH)and superoxide(·O_(2)^(-))radicals were dominant active species contributed to the oxidative degradation of *** to the production of various active radicals,five degradation pathways were proposed based on the identification of intermediates and degradation ***,this work not only demonstrates a fundamental insight into creating highly efficient and atom economic photo-Fenton systems,but also provides a complementary strategy for the treatment of organic pollutants in water.
