Low-rank matrix decomposition with first-order total variation(TV)regularization exhibits excellent performance in exploration of image *** advantage of its excellent performance in image denoising,we apply it to improve the robustness of deep neural ***,although TV regularization can improve the robustness of the model,it reduces the accuracy of normal samples due to its *** our work,we develop a new low-rank matrix recovery model,called LRTGV,which incorporates total generalized variation(TGV)regularization into the reweighted low-rank matrix recovery *** the proposed model,TGV is used to better reconstruct texture information without *** reweighted nuclear norm and Li-norm can enhance the global structure ***,the proposed LRTGV can destroy the structure of adversarial noise while re-enhancing the global structure and local texture of the *** solve the challenging optimal model issue,we propose an algorithm based on the alternating direction method of *** results show that the proposed algorithm has a certain defense capability against black-box attacks,and outperforms state-of-the-art low-rank matrix recovery methods in image restoration.

The problem of art forgery and infringement is becoming increasingly prominent,since diverse self-media contents with all kinds of art pieces are released on the Internet every *** art paintings,object detection and localization provide an efficient and ef-fective means of art authentication and copyright ***,the acquisition of a precise detector requires large amounts of ex-pensive pixel-level *** alleviate this,we propose a novel weakly supervised object localization(WSOL)with background su-perposition erasing(BSE),which recognizes objects with inexpensive image-level ***,integrated adversarial erasing(IAE)for vanilla convolutional neural network(CNN)dropouts the most discriminative region by leveraging high-level semantic ***,a background suppression module(BSM)limits the activation area of the IAE to the object region through a self-guidance ***,in the inference phase,we utilize the refined importance map(RIM)of middle features to obtain class-agnostic loc-alization *** experiments are conducted on paintings,CUB-200-2011 and ILSVRC to validate the effectiveness of our BSE.

We first study the rational maps between projective spaces by looking at their restrictions on linear subspaces, and then explain how the consideration of linear subspaces can be used to obtain rigidity theorems for the CR maps between real hyperquadrics. While most of the rigidity statements in this paper are well known, the proofs here are given in a manner such that the role played by linear subspaces is highlighted. We also use similar methods to prove a rigidity theorem related to the CR maps into the intersection of two real hyperquadrics of a particular simple form.

The human gastrointestinal tract is populated with a diverse microbial *** vast genetic and metabolic potential of the gut microbiome underpins its ubiquity in nearly every aspect of human biology,including health maintenance,development,aging,and *** advent of new sequencing technologies and culture-independent methods has allowed researchers to move beyond correlative studies toward mechanistic explorations to shed light on microbiome–host *** has unveiled the bidirectional communication between the gut microbiome and the central nervous system,referred to as the“microbiota–gut–brain axis”.The microbiota–gut–brain axis represents an important regulator of glial functions,making it an actionable target to ameliorate the development and progression of neurodegenerative *** this review,we discuss the mechanisms of the microbiota–gut–brain axis in neurodegenerative *** the gut microbiome provides essential cues to microglia,astrocytes,and oligodendrocytes,we examine the communications between gut microbiota and these glial cells during healthy states and neurodegenerative ***,we discuss the mechanisms of the microbiota–gut–brain axis in neurodegenerative diseases using a metabolite-centric approach,while also examining the role of gut microbiota-related neurotransmitters and gut ***,we examine the potential of targeting the intestinal barrier,blood–brain barrier,meninges,and peripheral immune system to counteract glial dysfunction in ***,we conclude by assessing the pre-clinical and clinical evidence of probiotics,prebiotics,and fecal microbiota transplantation in neurodegenerative diseases.A thorough comprehension of the microbiota–gut–brain axis will foster the development of effective therapeutic interventions for the management of neurodegenerative diseases.

We aim to evaluate prostate health index as an additional risk-stratification tool in patients with Prostate Imaging Reporting and Data System score 3 lesions on multiparametric magnetic resonance *** with biochemical or clinical suspicion of having prostate cancer who underwent multiparametric magnetic resonance imaging in two tertiary centers(Queen Mary hospital and Princess Margaret hospital,h.ng Kong,China)between January 2017 and June 2022 were ***-magnetic resonance imaging fusion biopsies were performed after prostate health index *** who only had Prostate Imaging Reporting and Data System score 3 lesions were further stratified into four prostate health index risk groups and the cancer detection rates were *** of the 747 patients,47.3%had Prostate Imaging Reporting and Data System score 3 lesions *** detection rate of clinically significant prostate cancer in this group was 15.0%.The cancer detection rates of clinically significant prostate cancer had statistically significant differences:5.3%in prostate health indexhealth index 25.0-34.9,17.9%in prostate health index 35.0-54.9,and 52.6%in prostate health index≥55.0(Png the patients,26.9%could have avoided a biopsy with a prostate health indexhe expense of a 5.3%risk of missing clinically significant prostate *** health index could be used as an additional risk stratification tool for patients with Prostate Imaging Reporting and Data System score 3 *** could be avoided in patients with low prostate health index,with a small risk of missing clinically significant prostate cancer.

The classical Alexander’s Theorem states that every proper holomorphic self-mapping of a complex unit ball of dimension at least 2 is an automorphism. Since then, the study of proper holomorphic mappings has become an important topic in several complex variables. Bounded symmetric domains, which include the complex unit balls, are among the most important domains in complex Euclidean spaces, due to the fact that they possess a lot of symmetries and are the universal covering spaces of various important mathematical objects. henkin and Novikov proved that the analogue of Alexander’s Theorem is also true for irreducible bounded symmetric domains of higher rank. These rigidity results for proper holomorphic mappings among bounded symmetric domains have been, by the efforts of a lot of people, extended to the cases with positive co-dimension or rank difference. The purpose of this article is to give a survey for these developments. In addition, we also include a section discussing some generalizations to the hartogs domains over irreducible bounded symmetric domains.

human fallopian tubes (FTs) play important roles in the whole reproductive process. FTs are the site for the final maturation of gametes, fertilization, transport of preimplantation embryos, and early embryonic development before entering the uterus. All these functions are critical in the establishment of a successful pregnancy. When the embryo is in transit through the FT, the FT microenvironment ch.nges through endocrine, paracrine, autocrine, and juxtacrine mechanisms which involve various hormones and bioactive substances mainly from the neighboring cells. Therefore, the interactions between the embryo and the FT may be the earliest embryo-maternal communications that are essential for the establishment of pregnancy. This review critically discusses the evidence of various hormonal and bioactive mediated control of the microenvironment in the FTs during the earliest embryo-maternal communications. Moreover, we highlight existing gaps in the knowledge and the importance of exploring more of the physiology of FTs which will hold the key to producing high-quality embryos for patients seekingin vitro fertilization (IVF) treatments.

The oyster mushroom(Pleurotus spp.)is one of the most widely cultivated mushroom species *** present study investigated the effect of synbiotics on the growth and quality of Pleurotus ostreatus and Pleurotus *** synbiotics formulations were applied by spraying mushroom samples daily and measuring their growth parameters,yield,biological efficiency,proximate composition,mineral content,total phenolic content(TPC),and diphenyl-1-picryl-hydrazyl(DPPh)radical scavenging *** demonstrated that the most significant yield of oyster mushrooms was harvested from synbiotics sprayed with inulin and Lactobacillus casei(56.92 g).Likewise,the highest biological efficiency obtained with a similar synbiotic was 12.65%.Combining inulin and *** was the most effective method of improving the mushrooms'growth performance and nutrient content in both ***,synbiotics that combined inulin and *** resulted in the highest TPC(20.550 mg gallic acid equivalent(GAE)/g dry extract(DE))in white oyster mushrooms(***).In comparison,in grey mushroom(***)the highest TPC was yielded by ***(1.098 mg GAE/g DE)followed by inulin and ***(1.079 mg GAE/g DE).The DPPh results indicated that the oyster mushroom could be an efficient *** results revealed that applying synbiotics improved the mushrooms'quality by increasing their antioxidant capacity with higher amounts of phenolic compounds and offering better health benefits with the increased levels of mineral ***,these studies demonstrated the potential of using synbiotics as a biofertilizer,which is helpful for mushroom cultivation;therefore,it might solve the challenge of inconsistent quality mushroom growers face.

In recent years,with the continuous development of deep learning and knowledge graph reasoning methods,more and more researchers have shown great interest in improving knowledge graph reasoning methods by inferring missing facts through *** search.ng paths on the knowledge graph and making fact and link predictions based on these paths,deep learning-based Reinforcement Learning(RL)agents can demonstrate good performance and ***,deep reinforcement learning-based knowledge reasoning methods have rapidly emerged in recent years and have become a hot research ***,even in a small and fixed knowledge graph reasoning action space,there are still a large number of invalid *** often leads to the interruption of RL agents’wandering due to the selection of invalid actions,resulting in a significant decrease in the success rate of path *** order to improve the success rate of RL agents in the early stages of path search,this article proposes a knowledge reasoning method based on Deep Transfer Reinforcement Learning path(DTRLpath).Before supervised pre-training and retraining,a pre-task of search.ng for effective actions in a single step is *** RL agent is first trained in the pre-task to improve its ability to search for effective ***,the trained agent is transferred to the target reasoning task for path search training,which improves its success rate in search.ng for target task ***,based on the comparative experimental results on the FB15K-237 and NELL-995 datasets,it can be concluded that the proposed method significantly improves the success rate of path search and outperforms similar methods in most reasoning tasks.
