There are a lot of researches on qualitative aseismatic measures for buried gas pipeline crossing movable *** a few of them are quantitative,especially in the size and shape of the *** paper first established the finite element model of the strain of buried pipeline crossing a fault which effected by the size and shape of the *** it obtained new soil spring stiffness which considered different buried depth,bottom width of trench,trench slope and elastic modulus of *** mechanical analysis model of pipeline is established,and the limit state equation of pipeline is *** reliability and sensitivity of the natural gas pipeline under fault action are analysed by a Monte Carlo method,and the error and accuracy are *** the pipeline is under tension,the sensitivity from large to small is buried depth,sand friction angle,pipe diameter,pipeline displacement,trench bottom width,trench depth,clay cohesion,trench slope and clay friction angle;when the pipeline is under pressure,the trench depth and clay cohesion have great *** findings of this study provide a reference for pipeline design and safety evaluation under fault action.

The Pub Med,MEDLINE databases and China National Knowledge Infrastructure（CNKI）were searched for information regarding the etiology and pathogenesis of conjunctivochalasis（CCh）and the synthesis and degradation of elastic *** analysis of the literature,we found elastic fibers was a complex protein molecule from the structure and composition;the degradation of elastic fibers was one of the histopathological features of the disease;the vast majority of the factors related to the pathogenesis of CCh ultimately pointed to abnormal elastic *** reasonably speculating,we considered that abnormal elastic fibers cause the conjunctival *** conclusion,we hypothesize that elastic fibers play an important role in the pathogenesis of *** on the mechanism of synthesis,degradation of elastic fibers are helpful to clarify the pathogenesis of the disease and to find effective treatment methods.

The Grey Analysis, Kriging and Selection Index of Flower Yield in Rugosa Rose

The analysis of grey system, kriging interpolation, and integration selection index were employed to investigate the relationships between the flower yield/plant （FY） and 15 other quantitative traits of 20 rugosa rose cultivars. The result showed that： The grey relational grade （GRG） of the number of flowers/plant （NF）, the number of branches/plant （NB）, the width of floral bud （WB）, and the weight/flower （WF） to the FY were larger （〉 0.5）; FY improved with the increase of NF and NB. Moreover, the indirect selection of either trait could not achieve improvement of FY. It is necessary to improve FY by multi-trait selection. The integration selection index （ISI） equation of FY was established with the characters NF, NB, WB, and WF： I= 0.3187x1 - 318.6x2 ＋ 670.1 x4 ＋ 6.3xa, index heritability = 0.8014, selective response of the integration breeding value = 245.8811. This will provide a theoretic basis for the genetic breeding of rugosa rose.

Effect of long-term topical latanoprost medication on conjunctival thickness in patients with glaucoma

AIM： To investigate the effect of long-term use of topically administered latanoprost on conjunctival thickness（CT） and conjunctival epithelium thickness（CET） in the patients with glaucoma. METHODS： A series of 106 glaucomatous patients were included. Of the 106 eyes, 55 eyes were treated with latanoprost eye drops once a day（latanoprost group）, while 51 eyes were treated with carteolol hydrochloride eye drops（carteolol group）. All the included patients completed a 2-year follow-up. CT and CET were measured with optical coherence tomography（OCT） in all patients at presentation and at 2-year visit, respectively. Statistical analysis was then performed to compare the change in CT and CET. RESULTS： At presentation, there was no difference in CET（t=0.400, P=0.689） or CT（t=1.14, P=0.259） between the two groups. No significant difference was found in CET（61.65±5.35 μm at baseline, 60.36±6.36 μm at 2-year follow-up, respectively; t=1.977, P=0.0531）, while there was a significant decrease in CT from 201.45±14.99 μm at baseline to 167.81±14.57 μm at 2-year visit（t=14.1407, P〈0.001） in the latanoprost group. At 2-year follow-up, no statistically difference was found in CET（62.24±5.27 μm; t=1.086, P=0.282） or CT（201.23±12.45 μm; t=1.44, P=0.154） compared to it at baseline（CET： 61.23±5.42 μm; CT： 198.76±13.68 μm, respectively） in the carteolol group. CONCLUSION： A significant decrease in conjunctival thickness is found in glaucoma patients treated with long-term topical latanoprost; its potential effect on the outcome of filtration surgery should be considered.

AIM:To investigate the effect of latanoprost eye drops on the conjunctival ***:Twenty-four healthy New Zealand White rabbits weighing 1.5 to 2.0 kg were randomly divided into three groups:latanoprost group(n=8)administered with latanoprost eye drops once a day for 2 mo,carteolol group(n=8)administered with carteolol eye drops once a day for 2 mo,and control group(n=8)without any *** conjunctival tissues in the three groups were extracted to investigate the expression levels of 5’-nucleotidase(5’-Nase)by Western blot,reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR),and immunofluorescence staining,***:The protein expression level of 5’-Nase was significantly higher in latanoprost group than carteolol group(F=231.175,P0.05).The m RNA expression level of 5’-Nase in the latanoprost group was also significantly higher than carteolol group(F=71.169 P<0.005)and control group(P<0.005).The conjunctival lymphatics were positive immunofluorescence stained with the 5’-Nase antibodies in the latanoprost group and not stained in the control ***:Latanoprost eye drops can induce conjunctival lymphangiogenesis which may be concerned in clinical implications.

HRPDF: A Software-Based Heterogeneous Redundant Proactive Defense Framework for Programmable Logic Controller

Programmable logic controllers(PLCs)play a critical role in many industrial control systems,yet face increasingly serious cyber *** this paper,we propose a novel PLC-compatible software-based defense mechanism,called Heterogeneous Redundant Proactive Defense Framework(HRPDF).We propose a heterogeneous PLC architecture in HRPDF,including multiple heterogeneous,equivalent,and synchronous runtimes,which can thwart multiple types of attacks against PLC without the need of external *** ensure the availability of PLC,we also design an inter-process communication algorithm that minimizes the overhead of *** implement a prototype system of HRPDF and test it in a real-world PLC and an OpenPLC-based device,*** results show that HRPDF can defend against multiple types of attacks with 10.22%additional CPU and 5.56%additional memory overhead,and about 0.6 ms additional time overhead.

A preliminary study on the establishment of an animal model of conjunctivochalasis

AIM： To explore a feasible method on the establishment of an animal model of conjunctivochalasis （CCH）. METHODS： Twelve clean-grade New Zealand white rabbits were divided into four groups （n=3/group）： the control group （one received no interventions, and the others underwent subconjunctival injection of sterile water）, the matrix metalloproteinases （MMPs） group （administered subconjunctival injection of MMP-3）, the aging group （administered subcutaneous injection of D-galactose）, the tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF-α） solution group （administered eye drops of TNF-α）. Anterior segment photography, conjunctival tissue light microscopy and transmission electron microscopy （TEM） were performed after 12wk. RESULTS： Among all groups, the MMPs group had the following changes： the looser connection between the inferior bulbar conjunctiva and sclera; the more disordered collagen fibers （Trichrome staining） and the broken elastic fibers （Aldehyde-fuchsin staining）; the focal necrosis of fibroblasts （TEM）. CONCLUSION： Administration of MMPs may be a feasible method for the establishment of an animal model of CCH.

It has been reported that up to 12% of patients underwent non-cardiac surgery or invasive procedures within the first year after the coronary stent implantation. Premature dis- continuation of antiplatelet therapy is associated with a sig- nificant increase in mortality and major adverse cardiac events, in particular, stent thrombosis. Thus, postpone- ment of elective surgery is advocated during the first year after the coronary stent implantation.

We propose a silicon polarization-diversity coherent receiver for wavelength-multiplexing transmission without using the large-footprint arrayed waveguide grating(AWG).We have integrated our proposed coherent receiver on the silicon-on-insulator(SOI) platform for high-capacity *** the proposed coherent receiver,high-frequency photocurrent signals from other wavelengths are suppressed by electrical low-pass ***,the signal-signal beat interference(SSBI) generated from each wavelength is eliminated by the balanced *** two features lend to the proposed coherent receiver being free of the mm-scale *** have demonstrated our proposed coherent receiver to detect a 1.12-Tb/s wavelength-division-multiplexed and polarization-division-multiplexed 16-ary quadrature amplitude modulation(PDM-16-QAM) *** compact footprint of the silicon chip promises small-form-factor receivers for future ultra-high-capacity coherent communication systems that require a high integration level and low fabrication cost.
