OBJECTIVE: To explore the early hemostatic mechanism of Jianpi Yiqi Shexue decoction(健脾益气摄血方, JYSD) in treating immune thrombocytopathy(ITP), based on the functional homeostasis of brain-intestine axis and blood neurotransmitter METHODS: Non-drug treatment cases: Healthy volunteers were selected as normal control group and compared with patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding, gastrointestinal tumors with bleeding and ITP, to detect the changes of blood 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT), β-endorphin(β-EP), vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP) and compare the changes of blood neurotransmitters in patients with different disease symptoms. Drug treatment cases: According to the randomized controlled multicenter clinical trial, 272 ITP patients were randomly divided into three groups: treatment group(JYSD) combined group(JYSD + Prednisone) control group(Prednisone). The changes of blood neurotransmitter(5-HT, β-EP, VIP) before and after treatment were detected on the basis of peripheral blood platelet(PLT) and grade score. RESULTS: Non-drug treatment cases: compared with the normal control group, the 5-HT level was higher, and the VIP and β-EP levels were both lower in the ITP group(P < 0.001), and the 5-HT, VIP and β-EP levels in the Gastrointestinal tumors with bleeding group were also lower compared with the normal control group(P < 0.05, 0.001). Drug treatment cases: The PLT grading scores of the combination group and the control group after treatment were lower than that before treatment(P < 0.05, 0.001). The PLT grading score of the 3 groups were compared in pairs after treatment: the combination group was the lowest among the 3 groups, which was better than the treatment group, but no better than the control group(vs the treatment group, P = 0.005, vs the control group, P = 0.709). This study,grounded in Waxman fusion method,introduces an algorithm for the fusion of visible and infrared images,tailored to a two-level lighting environment,inspired by the mathematical model of the visual receptive field of rattlesnakes and the two-mode cells'*** research presented here is segmented into three *** the first segment,we design a preprocessing module to judge the ambient light intensity and divide the lighting environment into two levels:day and *** second segment proposes two distinct network structures designed specifically for these daytime and nighttime *** the daytime images,where visible light information is predominant,we feed the ON-VIS signal and the IR-enhanced visual signal into the central excitation and surrounding suppression regions of the ON-center receptive field in the B channel,***,for nighttime images where infrared information takes precedence,the ON-IR signal and the Visual-enhanced IR signal are separately input into the central excitation and surrounding suppression regions of the ON-center receptive field in the B *** outcome is a pseudo-color fused *** third segment employs five different no-reference image quality assessment methods to evaluate the quality of thirteen sets of pseudo-color images produced by fusing infrared and visible *** images are then compared with those obtained by six other methods cited in the relevant *** empirical results indicate that this study's outcomes surpass the comparative results in terms of average gradient and spatial *** one or two sets of fused images underperformed in terms of standard deviation and entropy when compared to the control *** sets of fused images did not perform as well as the comparison in the QAB/F *** conclusion,the fused images generated through the proposed method show superior performance in terms of scene detail,visual perception,and image sharpness

In natural and artificial systems,reversible reactions are commonly asymmetric with respect to the time scale and nature of the stimuli which drive the forward and backward *** applications for which switching behavior is required,it is desirable that the reversible reaction goes as close to symmetric as possible;however,such systems are ***,we report an example of ultraviolet(UV)-visible light-regulated asymmetric reversible structural switching involving a diene-based coordination polymer,CP1 and its monocyclobutane product,*** is possible to cycle at least ten times through a forward [2+2] photocycloaddition reaction and the reverse,photocleavage reaction.A single cycle can be completed within a few *** transformation is accompanied by fast and distinct fluorescence changes,arising from optimisation of the reaction *** functional theory calculations allow rationalisation of the asymmetric reversible transformation between CP1 and CP1a rather than between CP1 and its dicyclobutane product *** work provides a clear illustration of reversible structural switching which approaches symmetric behaviour with respect to reaction rate and *** insights gained from this work also assist in the design of fast,reversible switching materials.

Shaped charge warhead is important for enhancing the damage performance of underwater *** paper used finite element analysis software and based on JPC water penetration experiments to examine the influence of liner parameters(wall thickness,material),charge aspect ratio,and stand-off distance on the movement characteristics of JPC in *** findings reveal that the head diameter of the JPC increases and experiences significant erosion after entering the water,the effective length of the JPC in water undergoes two distinct phases:a growth phase and a decrease phase,with the velocity of the JPC decaying *** the liner thickness,stand-off distance and the charge aspect ratio can improve the erosion resistance and the velocity retention capacity of the *** optimal ranges for liner thickness and stand-off distance are 0.0363D_(k) to 0.0545D_(k)(D_(k) is the charge diameter),the stand-off distance should be within 1.0D_(k).After the charge aspect ratio higher than 1.25,the charge structure exerts minimal influence the movement characteristics of the JPC in *** density plays a crucial role in the velocity decay pattern of the JPC during *** with higher densities exhibit superior velocity retention capabilities in water,with the velocity decay pattern converging if the densities are ***,copper,tantalum and tungsten liners are deemed appropriate for underwater shaped charge ***,the results will provide an important reference for the design of underwater shaped charge warhead.

Fouling caused by excess metal ions in hard water can negatively impact the performance of the circulating cooling water system(CCWS)by depositing ions on the heat exchanger's ***,the operation optimization of CCWS often prioritizes short-term flow velocity optimization for minimizing power consumption,without considering ***,low flow velocity promotes ***,it's crucial to balance fouling and energy/water conservation for optimal CCWS long-term *** study proposes a mixed-integer nonlinear programming(MINLP)model to achieve this *** model considers fouling in the pipeline,dynamic concentration cycle,and variable frequency drive to optimize the synergy between heat transfer,pressure drop,and *** optimizing the concentration cycle of the CCWS,water conservation and fouling control can be *** model can obtain the optimal operating parameters for different operation intervals,including the number of pumps,frequency,and valve local resistance *** experiments on cycle and environmental temperature reveal that as the cycle increases,the marginal benefits of energy/water conservation *** periods with minimal impact on fouling rate,energy/water conservation can be achieved by increasing the cycle while maintaining a low fouling ***,the proposed model has significant energy/water saving effects and can comprehensively optimize the CCWS through its incorporation of fouling and cycle optimization.
