Tandem solar cells(TSCs)such as III–V/silicon and perovskite/silicon TSCs hold the promise of overcoming the power conversion efficiency(PCE)limit of conventional single-junction solar cells[1–3].Direct growth and vacuum bonding have been proposed to fabricate TSCs[4].However,vacuum bonding and direct growth on textured silicon solar cells face various challenges,such as the required flat surfaces and conformational fabrication techniques[5].

The isolated hybrid AC/DC multi-energy microgrid(IH-MEMG)offers an effective solution for meeting the electrical,heating,and cooling energy demands of remote and off-grid *** an IH-MEMG,system transient dynamics(i.e.,frequency or voltage of the electricity network)and economics are critical aspects that pose the greatest concern to ***,these aspects are generally investigated separately owing to their different time *** integrate these aspects from the scope of real-time control,this study proposes a bi-layer coordinated power regulation strategy considering system dynamics and economics for the ***,coupling relationships among multiple sub-networks are analyzed,and a frequency-voltage coupling model between the AC and DC sides is ***,a bi-layer coordinated power regulation strategy is developed for the IH-MEMG with output characteristics of different components involved:the primary layer includes a multi-entity power support mechanism used to improve the dynamics of the electricity network,wherein a cooperation principle of the combined cooling,heating,and power(CCHP)unit and energy storage unit(ESU)is designed in detailed;meanwhile,the secondary layer includes a real-time economics-oriented optimization framework used to adjust the power references of multiple units generated from the primary layer for cost efficiency improvement(notably,the primary layer can work independently).Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed strategy is verified through comprehensive simulations under varying operation scenarios.

Geostatistics-block-based characterization of the relationship between rock mass quality and powder factor and its application on open-pit limit optimization

Accurately predicting the powder factor during blasting is essential for sustainable production planning in low-grade *** research presents a method for predicting powder factor based on the heterogeneity of rock mass rating(RMR).Considering a low-grade metal mine as an example,this study exploited geostatistical methods to obtain independent RMR for each block unit.A three-dimensional spatial distribution model for the powder factor was developed on the basis of the relationships between the RMR and the powder ***,models for blasting cost and mining value were built and employed to optimize the open-pit *** multi-variable model based on the RMR performed well in predicting the powder factor,achieving a correlation coefficient of 0.88(root mean square error of 4.3)and considerably outperforming the uniaxial compressive strength *** model optimization,the mean size and standard deviation of the fragments in the blast pile decreased by 8.5%and 35.1%,respectively,whereas the boulder yield and its standard deviation decreased by 33.3%and 58.8%,***,optimizing the open-pit limit using this method reduced the amount of rock,increased the amount of ore,and lowered blasting costs,thereby enhancing the economic efficiency of the *** study provides valuable insights for blasting design and mining decisions,demonstrating the advantages and potential applications of powder factor prediction based on the heterogeneity of rock mass quality.

D-serine and D-aspartate are involved in N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor(NMDAR)-related physiological and pathological ***-t RNA deacylase 1(DTD1)may biochemically contribute to D-serine or D-aspartate ***,it is unclear thus far whether DTD1 regulates D-serine or D-aspartate content in neurobiological *** the present research,we found that DTD1 was essential to maintain the D-serine or D-aspartate homeostasis,which was consistent with the phenomenon that DTD1-deficiency resulted in changes in the quantity changes of functional NMDAR subunits in postsynaptic ***,DTD1 played a considerable role in regulating dendritic morphology and synaptic *** a consequence,DTD1 affected neurobiological events,including the synaptic strength of the CA3-to-CA1 circuit,dendritic spine density of hippocampal pyramidal neurons,and behavioral performance of mice in the Morris water *** findings highlight the important role of DTD1 in synaptic transmission,neuronal morphology,and spatial learning and memory and suggest an undisclosed mechanism of DTD1 that participates the regulation of D-serine or D-aspartate homeostasis in hippocampal neurons.

Diabetic wound healing remains a major challenge due to the excess hyperglycemia microenvironment,massively bacterial infections,macrophage dysfunction,and persistent *** comprehensively solve these problems,novel multifunctional materials are highly ***,a versatile and intelligent hydrogel (Cu2S@FePPOPTPM@GOx@Gel) is ***2S@FePPOPTPM@GOx with hollow morphology and controllable size was rationally designed and fabricated by using Cu2S nanocubes as a template,followed by in situ growth of FePPOPTPMand loading glucose oxidase （GOx）,*** infection occurs,the Schiff base bonds in Cu2S@FePPOPTPM@GOx@Gel can controllably release Cu2S@FePPOPTPM@GOx based on its excellent dynamic pH-responsiveness,thereby synergically reducing blood glucose levels and killing bacteria achieved relying on the excellent catalytic activity of GOx towards glucose and its promoted peroxidelike activity of *** experiments on diabetic wound model in vivo demonstrated that Cu2S@FePPOPTPM@GOx@Gel promoted wound healing and skin regeneration,which was attributed to its antibacterial properties,alleviating inflammation,stimulating vascular regeneration,and encouraging M2 polarization of *** work provides a novel strategy for the construction of a microenvironment-responsive and antibiotics-free drug delivery platform to treat diabetic wounds,as well as broad prospects of nanomaterials in the clinical treatment of chronic wounds.

Creeping reservoir landslides experience slow， ongoing deformation driven by cyclical hydrological conditions， posing a significant threat to hydropower infrastructure and nearby communities. Long-term high consolidation pressure leads to the formation of a dense soil matrix unique structure in slip zone soils， significantly affecting the reservoir landslides evolution. However， current studies often fail to adequately describe and incorporate the structural and creep properties of intact slip zone soils， results in a lack of precision and efficiency when simulating the progressive evolution process of creeping reservoir landslides. This study conducted a series of large-scale direct shear creep test in the intact slip zone soil from No.1 linjiang landslide of Huangtupo landslide in Three Gorges Reservoir area (TGRA)， to study the creep behavior and long-term strength. Subsequently， a seepage-mechanical-deformation (SMD) block model， offering higher computational efficiency and the ability to dynamically adapt to real-time hydrological boundary conditions， was developed to provide an ovel framework for simulating the progressive evolution of the No.1 linjiang landslide. The experimental results indicate that that the intact slip zone soil exhibits distinct creep behavior characteristics and has obtained long-term strength. The performance of the proposed SMD block model is further validated by its close alignment with monitoring data， with root-mean-square errors (RMSE) of 2.556 mm and 1.167 mm for the rear and front monitoring points of the landslide， respectively， over one hydrological year. Furthermore， the simulation results highlight that the primary deformations occur at the front and rear of the landslide， with the middle section acting as an anti-sliding barrier. Background: Pancreatic cancer is one of the most lethal malignancies, with postoperative recurrence severely affecting patient survival and prognosis. This study aims to develop and validate a clinical prediction model for postoperative recurrence in pancreatic cancer patients, incorporating multiple preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative factors to assist clinical decision-making. Methods: A retrospective study was conducted on 216 patients who underwent surgical treatment for pancreatic malignancy at the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University between January 2015 and January 2023. An independent external validation cohort of 76 patients from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University was used to validate the model. Seven independent risk factors for postoperative recurrence were identified through univariate and multivariate Cox regression analyses. The model’s performance was evaluated using the concordance index (C-index) and ROC curves, and its accuracy and clinical value were assessed using calibration curves and decision curve analysis (DCA). Results: The predictive model demonstrated good discriminatory power, with a C-index of 0.72 in the training cohort and 0.66 in the validation cohort. The ROC curves for predicting recurrence at 3, 6, and 12 months postoperatively showed AUC values ranging from 0.72 to 0.83, indicating strong predictive value. Calibration curves and DCA confirmed the model’s accuracy and clinical utility. Conclusion: This study successfully developed and validated a clinical prediction model that incorporates seven independent risk factors for postoperative recurrence in pancreatic cancer. The model provides a useful tool for predicting recurrence risk, aiding in the identification of high-risk patients, and informing clinical decision-making.

Tumor recurrence, the Gordian knot of liver transplantation for malignancies, may be attributed to many parameters. The technique of the “classical” recipient hepatectomy is believed to be one of the potential reasons to cause tumor evasion because of the possible increase of circulating tumor cells, thus leading to an increased recurrent rate. On this background, the no-touch oncological recipient hepatectomy technique has been developed. A comprehensive review of the development and the key surgical steps of the no-touch recipient hepatectomy is presented. This technique might improve clinical outcomes, especially for those recipients who are at a high risk for tumor recurrence. Multicenter prospective studies should be set up to further validate the prognostic role of this technique in patients with liver cancer treated with liver transplantation.
