Tunable bandgaps make halide perovskites promising candidates for developing tandem solar cells(TSCs),a strategy to break the radiative limit of 33.7%for single-junction solar *** perovskites with market-dominant crystalline silicon(c-Si)is particularly attractive;simple estimates based on the bandgap matching indicate that the efficiency limit in such tandem device is as high as 46%.However,state-of-the-art perovskite/c-Si TSCs only achieve an efficiency of~32.5%,implying significant challenges and also rich *** this review,we start with the operating mechanism and efficiency limit of TSCs,followed by systematical discussions on wide-bandgap perovskite front cells,interface selective contacts,and electrical interconnection layer,as well as photon management for highly efficient perovskite/c-Si *** highlight the challenges in this field and provide our understanding of future research directions toward highly efficient and stable large-scale wide-bandgap perovskite front cells for the commercialization of perovskite/c-Si TSCs.

Effect of oxide inclusions on MnS precipitates and tensile mechanical property of high-strength low-alloy steel

The key role of oxide inclusions on the microstructure and mechanical property of a high-strength low-alloy steel was *** field emission scanning electron microscope equipped with energy-dispersive spectrometry was used to characterize MnS *** inclusions play an important role in the shape control of MnS *** oxides fovored to decrease the size and the aspect ratio of MnS *** less oxide inclusions in the steel,approximately over 16.7%MnS precipitates were with aspect ratio a>5 and pure MnS precipitates accounted for 75.9%in ***,with more oxide inclusions in the steel,only 7.4%MnS precipitates were with a>5 and pure MnS precipitates accounted for 60.1%in *** of MnS by oxide inclusions improved the strength and inhibited the *** oxide inclusions in the steel increased the yield strength and tensile strength of the steel in both longitudinal and transverse directions,and lowered the anisotropy of the mechanical property.

Different from the classical configuration CuO/CeO2 catalyst,the inverse configuration CeO2 /CuO catalyst （atomic ratio of Ce/Cu=10/100） was prepared by impregnation *** calcination temperatures were selected to investigate the interaction between CeO2 and CuO *** is found that as calcination temperature increased from 500 to 900 C,sintering of CeO2 particles on the support occurred together with the diffusion of a portion of Ce 4＋ ions into CuO crystals,forming solid *** of interface complex Ce-O-Cu was suggested by TPR *** catalyst calcined at 700 C gives the highest activity for preferential oxidation of CO in excess H2 stream.

This review aims to discuss the application and development of three-dimensional printing(3DP) technology in the field of rock mechanics and the mechanical behaviors of 3D-printed specimens on the basis of various available printing *** review begins with a brief description of the concepts and principles associated with 3DP, and then systematically elaborates the five major applications of 3DP technology in the field of rock mechanics, namely, the preparation of rock(including pre-flawed rock) specimens, preparation of joints, preparation of geophysical models, reconstruction of complex rock structures, and performance of bridging experimental testing and numerical ***, the mechanical performance of 3D-printed specimens created using six different printing materials, such as polymers, resin,gypsum, sand, ceramics, and rock-like geological materials, is reviewed in ***, some improvements that can make these 3D-printed specimens close to natural rocks and some limitations of 3DP technology in the application of rock mechanics are *** prospects that are required to be investigated in the future are also ***, a brief summary is *** review suggests that 3DP technology, especially when integrated with other advanced technologies, such as computed tomography scanning and 3D scanning, has great potential in rock mechanics field.

Rare earth elements(REE)are strategic resources and the recycling of REE in alternative resources is urgent and gets increasingly ***,the separation of REE in these alternative resources is still a challenge due to the low concentration of REE and multi coexisted ions in acidic *** this study,the species distribution of REE within the pH 0-8.0 was *** SBA-15 originated from coal fly ash was modified by two steps with(3-aminopropyl)triethoxysilane(APTES)and diethylenetriaminepentaacetic dianhydride(DTPADA)to obtain DTPADA-SBA-15 adsorbent,which was applied to the selective adsorption of *** results showed that DTPADA-SBA-15 possessed excellent adsorption performance on the selective adsorption of REE,including Eu,Gd,Tb,Nd and Sm,in acidic solution(pH 2)with multi competing *** FT-IR and Zeta potential characterization verified that the chemical adsorption through the coordination of O in DTPADA-SBA-15 with REE was dominant at lower pH *** study of adsorption kinetics indicated that the adsorption of rare earth metal ions followed pseudosecond-order kinetic,of which the adsorption process followed the Langmuir isotherm model.

Pyrite is the most abundant sulfide semiconductor mineral with excellent optical ***,few reports have investigated its photocatalytic activity because of the low photogenerated carrier separation *** this work,a Z-scheme FeS_(2)/Fe_(2)O_(3)composite photocatalyst was fabricated in situ via structural transformation of pyrite through heat treatment.A remarkably enhanced photocatalytic performance was observed over the FeS_(2)/Fe_(2)O_(3)composite *** with the pristine pyrite,the degradation efficiency of carbamazepine(CBZ)reached 65%at the added hexavalent chromium(Cr(Ⅵ))concentration of 20 mg/L and the Cr(Ⅵ)was nearly completely reduced in the mixed system using FeS_(2)/Fe_(2)O_(3)within 30 min under simulated solar light *** enhanced photocatalytic activity can be attributed to the efficient separation and transfer of photogenerated carriers in the FeS_(2)/Fe_(2)O_(3)composite *** facilitated the generation of·OH,hole(h^(+))and·O_(2)^(-)species,which participated in the photocatalytic reaction with *** on the measurement of the active species and electric properties,a Z-scheme electron transfer pathway was proposed for the FeS_(2)/Fe_(2)O_(3)composite *** work broadens the application potential of pyrite in environmental remediation.

MAUN:Memory-Augmented Deep Unfolding Network for Hyperspectral Image Reconstruction

Spectral compressive imaging has emerged as a powerful technique to collect the 3D spectral information as 2D *** algorithm for restoring the original 3D hyperspectral images(HSIs)from compressive measurements is pivotal in the imaging *** approaches painstakingly designed networks to directly map compressive measurements to HSIs,resulting in the lack of interpretability without exploiting the imaging *** some recent works have introduced the deep unfolding framework for explainable reconstruction,the performance of these methods is still limited by the weak information transmission between iterative *** this paper,we propose a Memory-Augmented deep Unfolding Network,termed MAUN,for explainable and accurate HSI ***,MAUN implements a novel CNN scheme to facilitate a better extrapolation step of the fast iterative shrinkage-thresholding algorithm,introducing an extra momentum incorporation step for each iteration to alleviate the information ***,to exploit the high correlation of intermediate images from neighboring iterations,we customize a cross-stage transformer(CSFormer)as the deep denoiser to simultaneously capture self-similarity from both in-stage and cross-stage features,which is the first attempt to model the long-distance dependencies between iteration *** experiments demonstrate that the proposed MAUN is superior to other state-of-the-art methods both visually and *** code is publicly available at https://***/HuQ1an/MAUN.

With e-commerce concentrating retailers and customers onto one platform,logistics companies(e.g.,JD Logistics)have launched integrated supply chain solutions for corporate customers(e.g.,online retailers)with warehousing,transportation,last-mile delivery,and other value-added *** platform’s concentration of business flows leads to the consolidation of logistics resources,which allows us to coordinate supply chain operations across different corporate *** paper studies the stochastic joint replenishment problem of coordinating multiple suppliers and multiple products to gain the economies of scale of the replenishment setup cost and the warehouse inbound operational *** this end,we develop stochastic joint replenishment models based on the general-integer policy(SJRM-GIP)for the multi-supplier and multi-product problems and further reformulate the resulted nonlinear optimization models into equivalent mixed integer second-order conic programs(MISOCPs)when the inbound operational cost takes the square-root ***,we propose generalized Benders decomposition(GBD)algorithms to solve the MISOCPs by exploiting the Lagrangian duality,convexity,and submodularity of the *** reduce the computational burden of the SJRM-GIP,we further propose an SJRM based on the power-of-two policy and extend the proposed GBD *** numerical experiments based on practical datasets show that the stochastic joint replenishment across multiple suppliers and multiple products would deliver 13∼20%cost savings compared to the independent replenishment benchmark,and on average the proposed GBD algorithm based on the enhanced gradient cut can achieve more than 90%computational time reduction for large-size problem instances compared to the Gurobi *** power-of-two policy is capable of providing high-quality solutions with high computational efficiency.
