采用共沉淀法合成铝锂层状双氢氧化物(AlLi-LDH)并进行提锂试验。AlLi-LDH的空间群为P32或C2/m,微观形貌呈直径为5~10μm的规则球形。AlLi-LDH吸附Li^(+)后,空间群转化为P32。当Li^(+)浓度为95.4 mg/L时,1 h后锂吸附量为8.98 mg/g;吸附48 h后,吸附量增加到16.50 mg/g;根据二级吸附模型预测Li^(+)吸附总量为17.57 mg/g。当Mg^(2+)/Li^(+)的质量比为1067时,Mg^(2+)/Li^(+)分离系数为29536。空间群为P32时,Li-O的相互作用强度变弱,且相互作用属于静电效应。具有P32空间基团的AlLi-LDH更容易吸附和解吸Li^(+)。

Lithium is critical for economic growth since it is the primary component of ***^(+)is one of the main impurity ions in solution during the separation and enrichment of Li^(+).According to the size-matching effect between the cavities of crown ethers and Li+,crown ethers can selectively adsorb Li^(+).Herein,1,8-dihydroxyl-4,4,5,5-tetramethylbenzo-14-crown-4 was synthesized and used to extract lithium from a Li^(+)/Na^(+)mixed *** functional theory(DFT)was used to explore the properties of complexes with *** results show that the interactions between crown ethers and metal ions are due to electrostatic *** functional groups can synergistically extract Li^(+)/Na^(+)from solutions with the oxygen atom in the crown ether *** stability of the complex is also enhanced by van der Waals interactions between the butyrate acid root and crown ether.1,8-dihydroxyl-4,4,5,5-tetramethylbenzo-14-crown-4 has a stronger interaction with lithium butyrate than with sodium butyrate for most *** adsorption selectivity for Li+is proportional to the number of ether oxygen atoms that interact with Li^(+).The Li^(+)extraction efficiency increases from 3.93%to 20.93%in lithium hydroxide solution with the presence of butyrate acid *** the butyrate acid root is added to the mixed Li^(+)/Na^(+)solution,the Li^(+)extraction efficiency increases from 6.54%to 31.20%,while the Li^(+)/Na^(+)separation coefficient decreases from33.25 to 1.32.

Platinum(Pt)is a critical raw material for automotive catalytic converters due to its high-temperature stability,corrosion resistance and catalytic activity,whereas its limited primary resources and uneven distribution make it hard to meet the growing demand of *** automotive catalyst(SAC)is currently the most important secondary resource of platinum,of which the platinum content is much higher than that of the primary platinum *** recovery process of platinum from spent automobile catalyst mainly consists of pretreatment followed by enrichment and refining,involving pyro-and hydrometallurgical techniques,among which enrichment and refining processes are extremely important for platinum recovery from spent automobile *** paper provides an overview of the technologies for platinum recovery from spent automotive *** emphasis is placed on the processes of enrichment and refining based on hydrometallurgical *** directions of research and development of platinum recovery from spent automobile catalyst are also proposed.

The mineral transition and formation mechanism of calcium aluminate compounds in CaO-Al2O3-Na2O system during the hightemperature sintering process were systematically investigated using DSC-TG,XRD,SEM-EDS,FTIR,and Raman spectra,and the crystal structure of Na4Ca3(AlO2)10 was also simulated by Material Studio *** results indicated that the minerals formed during the sintering process included Na4Ca3(AlO2)10,CaO·Al2O3,and 12 CaO·7 Al2O3,and the content of Na4Ca3(AlO2)10 could reach 92 wt%when sintered at 1200°C for 30 *** main formation stage of Na4Ca3(AlO2)10 occurred at temperatures from 970 to 1100°C,and the content could reach82 wt%when the reaction temperature increased to 1100°*** crystal system of Na4Ca3(AlO2)10 was tetragonal,and the cells preferred to grow along crystal planes(110)and(210).The formation of Na4Ca3(AlO2)10 was an exothermic reaction that followed a secondary reaction model,and its activation energy was 223.97 kJ/mol.

The Belt and Road Initiative(BRI)is a central policy within China’s regional development and foreign trade *** trade has typically depended on economic valuation of resources,while the embedded environmental value is rarely *** situation exists in most BRI trade *** address BRI environmental sustainability issues,we consider the role of pivotal Chinese provinces and their key trade partners(ASEAN countries)as an illustration for the environmental value of resource *** accounting is used as the valuation tool for a sample period of seventeen *** results include:(1)Emergy valuations show sustainability of sample provinces decreased over time;(2)ASEAN countries such as Indonesia,Malaysia,Singapore,Thailand,and Vietnam play significant resource roles for provincial economic systems;(3)Diverse trends in trade between pivotal provinces and ASEAN countries resulted in an unbalanced trade structure from *** implications are proposed to promote a more globally sustainable and fair trade using BRI as an established trade policy.

Long-term operation optimization of circulating cooling water systems under fouling conditions

Fouling caused by excess metal ions in hard water can negatively impact the performance of the circulating cooling water system(CCWS)by depositing ions on the heat exchanger's ***,the operation optimization of CCWS often prioritizes short-term flow velocity optimization for minimizing power consumption,without considering ***,low flow velocity promotes ***,it's crucial to balance fouling and energy/water conservation for optimal CCWS long-term *** study proposes a mixed-integer nonlinear programming(MINLP)model to achieve this *** model considers fouling in the pipeline,dynamic concentration cycle,and variable frequency drive to optimize the synergy between heat transfer,pressure drop,and *** optimizing the concentration cycle of the CCWS,water conservation and fouling control can be *** model can obtain the optimal operating parameters for different operation intervals,including the number of pumps,frequency,and valve local resistance *** experiments on cycle and environmental temperature reveal that as the cycle increases,the marginal benefits of energy/water conservation *** periods with minimal impact on fouling rate,energy/water conservation can be achieved by increasing the cycle while maintaining a low fouling ***,the proposed model has significant energy/water saving effects and can comprehensively optimize the CCWS through its incorporation of fouling and cycle optimization.

The climate in the Tibetan Plateau(TP)has undergone significant change in recent decades,mainly in thermal and water conditions,which plays a crucial role in phenological changes in vegetation spring ***,how the start of the thermal growing season(SOS-T)and the start of the rainy season(SORS)as key climatic factors affect vegetation green-up remains *** that these factors characterize thermal and water conditions required for vegetation green-up,this study investigated changes in the SOS-T and SORS from 1961 to 2022,using observation-based datasets with long time *** found that the SOS-T and SORS have advanced across the TP in 1961-2022 and have shown a spatial pattern of advancement in the east and delay in the west in ***,the co-effect of temperature and precipitation change on the start of vegetation growing season(SOS-V)in 2000-2022 was *** across TP,the SOS-V had an early onset of 1.3 d per decade during 2000-2022,corresponding to advanced SOS-T and ***,the SOS-V generally occurred nearly at the same time as the SOS-T in the high-altitude meadow region.A substantial delay in the SOS-V relative to the SOS-T was observed in the desert,shrub,grassland and forest regions and generally kept pace with the ***,for 50%of the vegetated regions on the TP,inter-annual variation in the delay in the SOS-V relative to the SOS-T was dominated by precipitation change,which was profound in warm-climate *** study highlights the co-regulation of precipitation and temperature change in the SOS-V in different vegetation cover regions in the TP,offering a scientific foundation for comprehending the impact of climate change and prospects for vegetation phenology on the TP.
