Mesoporous materials have attracted increasing attention due to their wide application. In this paper, the Na4Ge9020 microspheres were firstly prepared by solvothermal method. Then, the as-prepared Na4Ge9020 microspheres were dispersed into Bi（NO3）3 solution, and the Bi4（GeO4）3 microspheres with mesoporous structure were formed due to the solid-state reaction between bismuth nitrate and Na4Ge9020. The morphology, structure and optical properties were characterized by SEM, EDS, XRD, FITR, BET and UV-Vis diffuse reflectance analysis. The as-prepared products exhibited excellent photocatalytic performance for degradation of reactive brilliant red X-3B under the UV light irradi- ation. A possible photocatalytic mechanism was discussed as well.

Vaccinations are essential for preventing and treating disease,especially cancer nanovaccines,which have gained considerable interest recently for their strong anti-tumor immune *** can prompt the immune system to generate antibodies and activate various immune cells,leading to a response against tumor tissues and reducing the negative effects and recurrence risks of traditional chemotherapy and *** enhance the flexibility and targeting of vaccines,nanovaccines utilize nanotechnology to encapsulate or carry antigens at the nanoscale level,enabling more controlled and precise drug delivery to enhance immune *** nanovaccines function by encapsulating tumor-specific antigens or tumor-associated antigens within *** small size of these nanomaterials allows for precise targeting of T cells,dendritic cells,or cancer cells,thereby eliciting a more potent anti-tumor *** this paper,we focus on the classification of carriers for cancer nanovaccines,the roles of different target cells,and clinically tested cancer nanovaccines,discussing strategies for effectively inducing cytotoxic T lymphocytes responses and optimizing antigen presentation,while also looking ahead to the translational challenges of moving from animal experiments to clinical trials.

Under the assumption of integral m-Bakry-émery Ricci curvature, we give an Escobar-LichnerowiczReilly type eigenvalue estimate for the weighted p-Laplacian on compact smooth metric measure spaces with or without boundaries. This conclusion is a generalization and improvement of Wang-Li’s result in the case of integral Bakry-émery Ricci curvature, and of Seto-Wei’s one to the compact metric measure space setting. Our main tools are the weighted p-Bochner formula and the weighted p-Reilly formula.

The atmospheric corrosion monitoring(ACM)technique has been widely employed to track the real-time corrosion behavior of metal ***,limited studies have applied ACM to the corrosion protection properties of organic *** study compared a bare epoxy coating with one containing zinc phosphate corrosion inhibitors,both applied on ACM sensors,to observe their corrosion protection properties over *** with artificial damage via scratches were exposed to immersion and alternating dry and wet environments,which allowed for monitoring galvanic corrosion currents in *** the corrosion tests,the ACM currents of the zinc phosphate/epoxy coating were considerably lower than those of the blank epoxy *** trend in ACM current variations closely matched the results obtained from regular electrochemical tests and surface *** alignment highlights the potential of the ACM technique in evaluating the corrosion protection capabilities of organic *** with the blank epoxy coating,the zinc phosphate/epoxy coating showed much-decreased ACM current values that confirmed the effective inhibition of zinc phosphate against steel corrosion beneath the damaged coating.

Mitochondrial Rho-GTPase 1 (MIRO1) is an outer mitochondrial membrane protein which regulates mitochondrial transport and mitophagy in mitosis. In present study, we reported the crucial roles of MIRO1 in mammalian oocyte meiosis and its potential relationship with aging. We found that MIRO1 expressed in mouse and porcine oocytes, and its expression decreased in aged mice. MIRO1 deficiency caused the failure of meiotic resumption and polar body extrusion in both mouse and porcine oocytes, which could be rescued by exogenous MIRO1supplementation. Mass spectrometry data indicated that MIRO1 associated with several cytoskeleton and cell cycle-related proteins, and MIRO1 regulated motor protein Dynein for microtubule-organizing centers (MTOCs) dynamics at germinal vesicle (GV) stage, which determined meiotic resumption. Furthermore, we found that MIRO1 regulated Aurora A and kinesin family member 11 (KIF11) for meiotic spindle assembly in oocytes. Besides, MIRO1 associated with several mitochondria-related proteins dynamic-related protein 1 (DRP1),Parkin and lysosomal-associated membrane protein 2 (LAMP2) for mitochondrial dynamics and mitophagy during oocyte meiosis. Taken together, our results suggested that MIRO1 played pivotal roles in meiotic resumption, spindle assembly and mitochondrial function in mouse and porcine oocytes, and its insufficiency might contribute to the oocyte maturation defects during aging.

Depleting fossil energy sources and conventional polluting power generation pose a threat to sustainable *** generation from ubiquitous and spontaneous phase transitions between liquid and gaseous water has been considered a promising strategy for mitigating the energy *** materials with unique flexibility,processability,multifunctionality,and practicability have been widely applied for fibrous materials-based hydroelectricity generation(FHG).In this review,the power generation mechanisms,design principles,and electricity enhancement factors of FHG are first ***,the fabrication strategies and characteristics of varied constructions including 1D fiber,1D yarn,2D fabric,2D membrane,3D fibrous framework,and 3D fibrous gel are ***,the advanced functions of FHG during water harvesting,proton dissociation,ion separation,and charge accumulation processes are analyzed in ***,the potential applications including power supply,energy storage,electrical sensor,and information expression are also ***,some existing challenges are considered and prospects for future development are sincerely proposed.

In this study, we fabricated multifunctional metastructures from carbon fiber-reinforced plastic composites using additive manufacturing technology. These metastructures are characterized by their lightweight, load-bearing capacity, and broadband low-frequency sound absorption properties. The metastructure consists of 36 unit cells, and non-local coupling mechanism was considered for designing the sound absorption performance. We developed an acoustic impedance theory tailored for the metastructure, facilitating an analysis of thermal and viscous dissipation mechanisms. It is proven theoretically and experimentally that the proposed composite metastructure can achieve a noise reduction with an average sound absorption coefficient greater than 0.9 across frequencies in the rage of 330–1500 Hz. We also studied the metastructure’s quasi-static and cyclic compression performance, confirming its efficient absorption capabilities after cyclic compression. The proposed design and additive manufacturing method for composite metastructures provides a novel pathway for creating lightweight, multifunctional structures with diverse applications, such as aerospace engineering.

Enantioselective separations of racemates using porous materials are highly attractive and significant in both fundamental research and technological applications. However, achieving controlled chiral pore surfaces to create the necessary driving force for enantiomer discrimination poses a fundamental challenge. Herein, we demonstrate that chiral covalent organic frameworks(COFs) possess the essential characteristics for effective enantioseparations through synthetic control over pore surfaces. We synthesized three 3D chiral COFs (CCOFs) featuring abundant chiral recognition sites on the pore walls via the condensation of enantiopure dialdehyde of 2,2′-dihydroxy-1,1′-binaphthyl and tetraamine. All CCOFs with high stability exhibit an 11-fold interpenetrated framework with tubular open channels, decorated with dihydroxyl or diethoxyl groups. The CCOFs with dihydroxyl groups serve as solid adsorbents for the adsorptive separation and solid-phase extraction of various chiral 1-phenylethanol-derived enantiomers, particularly racemic drugs, achieving up to 98%enantiomeric excess. In contrast, the CCOF with diethoxy groups is unable to resolve the racemates. These CCOF materials can be recycled and reused without any apparent loss of performance. Density functional theory (DFT) calculations reveal that the enantiospecific recognition arises from the well-organized chiral inner sphere and multiple chiral host-guest interactions.

In this paper, we construct a single-qubit dephasing noise channel based on the nuclear magnetic resonance（NMR） system by employing the bath-engineering technology, and achieve the construction of the tunable non-Markovian environment in the dephasing noise channel. Our findings indicate that for the single-qubit system, the transition of system dynamics from Markovian to non-Markovian can be achieved by adjusting the base frequency of the noise power spectrum. However, the base frequency corresponding to this phase transition point is not fixed, and there is a certain relationship between it and the total evolution time of the single-qubit system. Through our research, we discovered a fundamental relationship: if the single-qubit system dynamics undergoe a transition from Markovian to non-Markovian at ω0within 0-2t ms, shortening the evolution time to 0-t ms results in an increase of the phase transition point to 2ω0. This insight offers crucial guidance for artificially crafting non-Markovian environments across arbitrary time scales in single-qubit systems, and it is not limited by the type of noise. Apart from system dynamics, quantum coherence is also a focal point of our research. We find that when the system dynamics exhibit non-Markovian behavior, the quantum coherence of the single-qubit system experiences revivals. Notably, the timing of these coherence revivals aligns with the instants of the non-Markovianity enhancement. Therefore, our research also serves as a pivotal foundation for the artificial manipulation and realization of quantum coherence revivals within diverse single-qubit systems.

Hydrogel scaffolds have numerous potential applications in the tissue engineering ***,tough hydrogel scaffolds implanted in vivo are seldom reported because it is difficult to balance biocompatibility and high mechanical *** by Chinese ramen,we propose a universal fabricating method(printing-P,training-T,cross-linking-C,PTC&PCT)for tough hydrogel scaffolds to fill this ***,3D printing fabricates a hydrogel scaffold with desired structures(P).Then,the scaffold could have extraordinarily high mechanical properties and functional surface structure by cycle mechanical training with salting-out assistance(T).Finally,the training results are fixed by photo-cross-linking processing(C).The tough gelatin hydrogel scaffolds exhibit excellent tensile strength of 6.66 MPa(622-fold untreated)and have excellent ***,this scaffold possesses functional surface structures from nanometer to micron to millimeter,which can efficiently induce directional cell ***,this strategy can produce bionic human tissue with mechanical properties of 10 kPa-10 MPa by changing the type of salt,and many hydrogels,such as gelatin and silk,could be improved with PTC or PCT *** experiments show that this scaffold can effectively promote the new generation of muscle fibers,blood vessels,and nerves within 4 weeks,prompting the rapid regeneration of large-volume muscle loss injuries.
