Electric transport properties and temperature stability of magnetoresistance of composite system between La_(8/9)Sr_(1/45)Na_(4/45)MnO_3 and Sb_2O_3

The samples ofLa8/9Sr1/45Na4/45MnO3 （LSNMO）/x/2（Sb2O3） were prepared by the solid-state reaction method. The electric transport properties and the temperature stabil-ity of magnetoresistance （MR） of the samples were studied through the measurements of X-ray diffraction patterns, resistivity-temperature （ρ-T） curves, mass magnetization-temperature （σ-T） curves, and magnetoresistance-temper-ature （MR-T） curves. The results indicate that the p-Tcurves of the original material LSNMO show two peaks, and the phenomenon of two peaks of ρ-T curves disappears for the composite samples, which can be explained by a competition between surface-phase resistivity induced by boundary-dependent scattering and body-phase resistivity induced by paramagnetism-ferromagnetism transition. For all the sam-ples in the low temperature range, MR increases continu-ously with the decrease of temperature, which shows a characteristic of low-field magnetoresistance. However, MR basically keeps the same in the high temperature range. The paramagnetism-ferromagnetism transition is observed in the high temperature range due to a composite between perov-skite manganite and insulator, which can enhance the tem-perature of MR appearance in the high temperature range and make it to appear near room temperature. For the sample with x = 0.12, MR remains constant at the value of 7.5 % in the temperature range of 300-260 K, which achieves a tem-perature stability of MR near room temperature. In addition,for the sample with x = 0.16, MR is above 6.8 % in the high temperature range of 318-252 K （△T = 66 K）. MR almost remains constant in this temperature range, which favors the practical application of MR.

Abnormal electric transport property and magnetoresistance stability of La-Sr-K-Mn-O system

The perovskite samples La1-x（Sr1-yKy）xMnO3 （y = 0.0, 0.2, 04, 0.6, 0.8） were prepared by the solid-state reaction method with comparatively low sintering tem- perature and with comparatively short sintering time, and the electric transport property and temperature stability of MR of this system were studied. The p-T curves show the abnormal phenomenon that with the increase of K doping amount, resistivity increases, and the insulator-metal transition temperature decreases, which is because the influence of the occupation disorder degree of A-site ions σ2 on the electric transport property of perovskite manga- nites is larger than that of the radius of A-site ions （rA）. In the temperature range below 225 K, MR increases contin- uously with the decrease of temperature, which is the characteristic of low-field magnetoresistance; in the com- paratively wide temperature range near 250 K, the MR- T curves of all the samples are comparatively fiat, and the value of MR almost does not change with temperature, which shows the temperature stability of magnetoresis- tance, and can be explained by the competition between the low-field magnetoresistance induced by spin-dependent tunneling of surface phase and the intrinsic magnetoresis- tance of grain phase. The magnetoresistance value of the sample with y = 0.8 keeps at （7.92 ±0.36） % in the very wide temperature range of 225-275 K, and this is a goodreference for the preparation of this kind of sample with practical application value in the future.

Temperature stability of magnetoresistance (MR) and MR enhancement in La_(1-x)(Sr_(1-y)Ag_y)_x MnO_3 system

Polycrystalline samples of Lal-x（Srl-yAgy）x MnO3 （y = 0.0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 1.0） were prepared by the solid-state reaction method. The temperature stability of magnetoresistance and magnetoresistance enhancement in Lal_x（Srl_yAgy）~MnO3 system with both univalent and bivalent elements doped at A site and with unchanged value of Mn~＋/Mn4＋ ratio were explored through the measurements of X-ray diffraction patterns, magnetiza- tion-temperature （M-T） curves, resistivity-temperature （p-T） curves and magnetoresistance-temperature （MR-T） curves. The results are as follows： there are two peaks in the p-T curves of the samples with Ag doping, one is caused by resistance change during the paramagnetism- ferromagnetism transition, and the other is from boundary- dependent scattering of conduction electrons on the boundaries of grains. The peak value of MR increases with increasing Ag doping content, and it increases from 8.2 % for y ---- 0.2 to 29.6 % for y ---- 1.0 under the magnetic field of B = 0.8 T; MR remains a constant of 12 % in the temperature range of 218-168 K for the sample with y = 1.0, and the temperature stability of MR is in favor of the practical application of MR.

The global spin alignment of vector mesons has been observed by the STAR collaboration at the Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider(RHIC)at Brookhaven National Laboratory(BNL).It provides a unique opportunity to probe the correlation between the po-larized quark and antiquark in the strongly coupled quark-gluon plasma(sQGP)produced in relativistic heavy ion collisions,opening a new window to explore the properties of *** addition,spin alignments of vector mesons have also been observed in other high-energy particle collisions such as e^(+)e^(−)annihilations at high energies where hadron production is dominated by quark fragmentation *** results obtained are quite different from those obtained in heavy ion collisions where quark coalescence/combination mechanism dominates suggesting strong dependence on hadronization *** comprehensive studies in different hadronization processes are *** this article,we present a brief review of theoretical and experimen-tal advances in the study of vector meson’s spin alignments in a variety of high-energy particle collisions,with emphasis on hadronization mechanisms.

Transient Stability Preventive Control Based on Graph Convolution Neural Network and Transfer Deep Reinforcement Learning

This study proposes a new transient-stability preventive control (TSPC) method based on graph convolutional neural networks (GCNN) and transfer deep reinforcement learning (DRL) to address non-convergence problems of traditional optimization algorithms and slow training speed of artificial intelligence algorithms for TSPC. First, a transient stability assessor (TSA) with GCNN is developed to assess current-power-flow state. Sensitivities of the transient-stability index relative to the generators are approximately calculated using TSA;generators with significant influence able to narrow action space are identified. Subsequently, the Markov decision-making process of TSPC is derived by introducing the process of TSPC. A DRL for TSPC is constructed by adding entropy to twin delayed deep deterministic policy gradient (TD3). Knowledge learned by TSA is transferred to DRL based on transfer learning, which improves learning efficiency. Finally, case studies based on the IEEE 39-bus system and an actual power grid prove the effectiveness of the proposed method. Comparisons performed with reference algorithms in literature demonstrate the proposed method has better performance in both control effect and speed.

Atomic-scale insights into microscopic mechanisms of grain boundary segregation in Al−Cu alloys

This study aims to clarify the mechanisms for the grain boundary(GB)segregation through investigating the absorption of excess solute atoms at GBs in Al−Cu alloys by using the hybrid molecular dynamics/Monte Carlo *** segregation mechanisms,substitutional and interstitial mechanisms,are *** intergranular defects,including dislocations,steps and vacancies,and the intervals in structural units are conductive to the prevalence of interstitial *** substitutional mechanism is favored by the highly ordered twin ***,the two mechanisms affect the GB structure *** is quantified that interstitial mechanism is less destructive to GB structure than substitutional one,and often leads to a segregation level being up to about 6 times higher than the *** findings contribute to atomic scale insights into the microscopic mechanisms about how solute atoms are absorbed by GB structures,and clarify the correlation among intergranular structures,segregation mechanisms and kinetics.

Inland lakes in arid Central Asia are particularly susceptible to the impact of climate change and human *** Lake,the largest salt inland lake in Xinjiang,Northwest China,has experienced rapid shrinkage,with human activities identified as the primary influencing ***,it remains unclear how human water use in different sectors,such as irrigation,husbandry,and industry,is responsible for the long-term change and seasonal variability of the lake area under changing *** study aims to address this knowledge gap by developing an integrated hydrological-socioeconomic-lake model that simulates the changes in the Ebinur Lake area during the period of 1950–*** simulated lake area changes under different model experiments were then compared with separate the impacts of climate change and human water use of different *** results indicate that climate change,irrigation,husbandry,and industry water uses have contributed+5%,-79%,-25%,and-1%of the long-term change in the lake area,*** climate change alone increasing the lake area,the increase in human water use has resulted in the persistent decline of Ebinur ***,husbandry water use emerges as a significant contributor to lake shrinkage,accounting for approximately one-third of the impact of ***,irrigation water use has contributed to the enhanced seasonal variability,as indicated by the difference between the maximum and minimum monthly lake area in a *** difference has increased from 120 km2in the 1950s to 183 km2in the 2010s.

Landscape of four different stages of human gastric cancer revealed by single-cell sequencing

BACKGROUND Gastric cancer(GC)poses a substantial risk to human health due to its high prevalence and mortality ***,current therapeutic strategies remain ***-cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-seq)offers the potential to provide comprehensive insights into GC *** To explore the distribution and dynamic changes of cell populations in the GC tumor microenvironment using scRNA-seq *** Cancerous tissues and paracancerous tissues were obtained from patients diagnosed with GC at various stages(I,II,III,and IV).Single-cell suspensions were prepared and analyzed using scRNA-seq to examine transcriptome profiles and cell-cell ***,quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR)and flow cytometry were applied for measuring the expression of cluster of differentiation(CD)2,CD3D,CD3E,cytokeratin 19,cytokeratin 8,and epithelial cell adhesion *** Transcriptome data from 73645 single cells across eight tissues of four patients were categorized into 25 distinct cell clusters,representing 10 different cell *** were observed in these cell type *** adjacent epithelial cells in stages II and III exhibited a degenerative ***,the quantity of CD4 T cells and CD8 T cells were evidently elevated in cancerous *** analysis displayed a remarkable increase in interaction between B cells and other mast cells in stages II,III,and IV of *** findings were further validated through qRT-PCR and flow cytometry,demonstrating elevated T cells and declined epithelial cells within the cancerous *** This study provides a comprehensive analysis of cell dynamics across GC stages,highlighting key interactions within the tumor *** findings offer valuable insights for developing novel therapeutic strategies.
