LC公司是SERVEONE集团进军中国市场所成立的分公司,其成立已有十余年,集团成长、扩张期间不仅借助国外先进技术和成功管理经验,尤其是积极引进集团公司已有的成熟技术和优秀管理策略,而且主动结合中国市场特色,总结出本土发展的经验,目前已经取得了一定的业绩。然而,近几年中国物流市场发展迅速,物流企业竞争激烈,LC公司面临了中国本土物流企业和进入中国市场的外资物流企业双重压力,营销业绩忽高忽低。因此,如何合理利用企业资源优势,把握发展机遇,推行满足自身发展要求的营销策略,从而提高LC公司销售额和销售利润,增加竞争能力,获得更加有利的发展空间,这是LC公司需要解决的问题,也是本文的研究意义和实际应用价值所在。本文在梳理国内外关于物流行业、企业相关研究资料基础上,对LC公司相关的环境进行分析,具体运用PEST模型分析其所处市场的宏观环境、用波特五力模型分析其所处行业环境。分析发现,中国政府对物流行业发展非常重视,提供的政策、配套等支持力度较大,市场宏观环境对LC公司的发展壮大比较有利;而行业竞争非常激烈,行业发展水平相对较低,进入门槛低、新增物流公司数量众多,各物流企业层次高低不同、服务质量不等,同国际发达的物流行业相比较还存在一定的差距。另外,通过SWOT模型分析LC公司内外部环境发现,LC公司具有一定的发展优势,包括长时间本土经营积累了一定的适合当地发展的实践经验,公司储备的专业人才比例较高,自建物流运输体系,受到地方政府的扶持等优势;同时,也存在人才梯队建设不到位、缺乏战略发展模式及相关发展路径和保障机制,推广力度不够等发展劣势。最后,探讨LC公司的营销目标及市场地位,以4P理论为指导确定LC公司在营销策略上需要调整,并制定相关措施,从人力资源、制度、财务、组织和服务五个方面来保障营销策略实施。通过营销策略的改进实施来提高LC公司的竞争能力,打造品牌效应,为其未来在中国市场发展开拓提供支持。

A sustainable production of electricity is essential for low carbon green growth in South Korea. Although wind energy is unlimited in potential, both intermittency and volatility should be tackled for smart grid integration in future. To cope with this, many works have been done for wind speed and power forecasting. It is shown that statistical techniques are useful for short-term forecasting of wind power. This paper presents a statistical wind speed forecasting. The wavelet decomposition is employed as a de-noising technique. An illustration will be given by real-world dataset. According to the result, the MAD （mean absolute deviation） is improved as much as 10%.

Background: Ultrasonic energy devices are utilized for transection, incision, and hemostasis in traditional open and laparoscopic procedures. The Harmonic HD 1000i Shears, designed to deliver a precise amount of thermal energy during tissue transection and vessel sealing, has been utilized in many specialties. This study aimed to confirm real-world safety and performance of the Harmonic device in two thoracoscopic procedures: lobectomy and segmentectomy. Methods: The primary endpoint of this retrospective, observational, single-arm study was rate of post-operative blood transfusions related to study device or procedure. Secondary endpoints included occurrence of intra- and post-operative adverse events (AEs) or complications device- or procedure-related, and rate of required additional hemostatic measures. Adults included those who underwent thoracoscopic lobectomy or segmentectomy where HD 1000i shears were used while excluding those where additional advanced energy devices were used. The study was conducted at Severance Hospital, Yonsei University Health System, South Korea from May 1, 2018, to November 30, 2020. Results: Subjects included n = 766 lobectomies (mean age 63.79, 52% male) and n = 215 segmentectomies (mean age 63.19, 54% male). Estimated blood loss was 50 mL (0 min, 3200 max) and 20 mL (0 min, 800 max), intraoperative transfusion rate 0.001% and 0%, intraoperative complication/AE rate 1% and 2%, and post-operative complication/AE rate 9% and 4% in the lobectomy and segmentectomy groups, respectively. Median operative times were 108 min. (35 min, 395 max) for lobectomies and 105 min. (32 min, 574 max) for segmentectomies. Conclusion: Given the low rate of blood loss and intra- and post-operative complication/AE rates, HD 1000i can be used confidently for thoracoscopic pulmonary resection in adults.

介绍新加坡中央医院针灸门诊的规范化管理。通过对门诊基础建设逐渐改进,医务人员再培训,操作过程严格消毒,医疗仪器定期检查,病历书写、保存和处理统一管理,开展公众中医知识教育等,逐渐形成了一套与现代化医院相适应的规范化管理制度,使临床治疗效率和质量不断提高。自1998年4月至2012年12月,治疗患者74 654人次,日诊量渐增,避免了针灸异常状况的发生,多次通过国内外国际医疗卫生机构认证联合委员会定期的严格审查。此外,针灸门诊还承担了3项新加坡健保集团的科研项目。

目的用环磷酰胺(cyclophosphamide,Cy)建立大鼠免疫抑制和免疫亢进模型,并从免疫器官、免疫细胞、抗体和细胞因子等方面对该模型进行评价。方法 SD大鼠随机分为A、B、C三大组,所有大鼠腹腔注射100μg鸡卵清白蛋白(ovalbumin,OVA)进行免疫,B组大鼠于免疫OVA后6 h,以不同的方式腹腔注射不同剂量的Cy,C组大鼠于免疫OVA前3 d,以不同的方式腹腔注射不同剂量的Cy,A组为对照组。结果免疫OVA后6 h,一次性注射不同剂量Cy(125、100 mg/kg),能使大鼠产生明显的免疫抑制,免疫OVA前3 d注射不同剂量Cy,超大剂量时(225 mg/kg)依然会引起动物的免疫抑制,小剂量(20 mg/kg)一次注射或者更小剂量(每天5 mg/kg,连续3d)注射在不同时间点均能引起机体免疫亢进。结论为免疫抑制和免疫亢进模型的建立提供方法和数据支持具有重要参考意义。

Korea imports about 97% of its energy resources as its available energy resources are extremely limited. Thus, the role of nuclear power in electricity generation is expected to become more important in future years. A fast reactor system is one of the most promising options for electricity generation with an efficient utilization of uranium resources and a reduction of radioactive wastes. Based on the experiences gained during the development of the conceptual designs for KALIMER （Korea advanced liquid metal reactor）, the KAERI （Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute） is currently developing advanced SFR （sodium cooled fast reactor） design concepts that can better meet the Gen IV （Generation IV） technology goals. The long-term advanced SFR development plan will be carried out toward the construction of an advanced SFR demonstration plant by 2028. Advanced concept design studies and the development of the advanced SFR technologies necessary for its commercialization and basic key technologies carried out by KAERI are included in this paper.

AIM: To evaluate the results of hip reconstruction with extensive excision for tumor confined to the femoral head and neck. METHODS: We designed a resection preserving the greater trochanter and lower portion of calcar femorale, and utilized conventional total hip prosthesis. We retrospectively reviewed 7 patients, who underwent a wide resection and reconstruction using conventional hip prosthesis. There were 3 men and 4 women and their mean age was 42.5 years(22 to 65 years). The histologic diagnosis of each patient was low-grade osteosarcoma, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, liposclerosing myxofibroma, intraosseous lipoma, chondroblastoma, giant cell tumor and focal intramedullary fibrosis. RESULTS: One patient with lymphoma died due to disease dissemination at 10 mo postoperatively and the remaining 6 patients were followed for a mean of 4.7 years(3 to 6 years). All patients were able to return to their daily activities and no patient had local recurrence. No radiographic signs of loosening, wear, and osteolysis were found at the last follow-up. CONCLUSION: Trochanter/calcar-preserving resectionof the proximal femur and reconstruction using conventional total hip prosthesis, is a satisfactory treatment for tumors confined to the femoral head and neck.
