AIM： To investigate the effect of Qinggan Huoxuefang （QGHXF） on imp.ovement of liver.function and p.thology in r.ts, and to analyze the mechanism. METHODS： Wistar.r.ts wer. divided into thr.e gr.up. at r.ndom： normal contr.l gr.up.（12）, micr.-amount car.on tetr.chlodde gr.up.（CCh）（12） and model gr.up.A （60）. The model gr.up.A was ingested with the mixtur. （500 mL/L alcohol, 8 mL/kg p.r.day; cor. oil, 2 mL/kg p.r.day; p.r.zole, 24 mg/kg p.r.day） once a day and intr.p.r.toneal injections of 0.25 mL/kg of a 250 mL/L solution of CCh in olive oil twice a week for.12 wk. The CCh gr.up.r.ceived intr.p.r.toneal injections only. At the end of 8 wk the model gr.up.A （60） was divided into 5 subgr.up.： model gr.up. Xiaochaihu Chongji （XCH） gr.up. QGHXF high dose gr.up. moder.te dose gr.up.and low dose gr.up. and wer. given the dr.gs r.sp.ctively. At the end of 12 wk, all the r.ts wer. killed and blood samp.es collected, as well as liver.tissue. Blood samp.es wer. used for.evaluation of alanine tr.nsaminase （ALT）, asp.r.ate aminotr.nsfer.se （AST）, alkaline p.osp.atase （ALp., gamma-glutamyltr.nsfer.se （y-GT）. Liver.sp.cimens wer. obtained for.r.utine HE, ap.p.osis gene ar.ay and flow cytometr. analysis. r.SULTS： A liver.fibr.sis animal model was successfully established. Fibr.sis was obviously r.duced in QGHXF high dose gr.up. and no fibr.sis for.ed in CCh gr.up. Comp.r.d with model gr.up.the QGHXF gr.up.and XCH gr.up.could obviously decr.ase the level of ALT, AST, ALp. and GGT （p.0.05）. QGHXF high dose gr.up.was better.than XCH gr.up.in ALT （615± 190 vs 867± 115）,and AST（1972 ± 366 vs 2777 ± 608）. Mor.over. QGHXF could r.duce liver.inflammation, fibr.sis-induced hep.tic stellate cell （HSC） ap.p.osis and r.gulate ap.p.osis gene exp.ession. The HSC ap.p.osis r.tes of QGHXF gr.up. wer. 22.4±3.13, 13.79±2.26 and 10.07± 1.14, higher.than model gr.up. 6.58±1.04 （p. 0.05）. Comp.r.d to model gr.up. 39 genes wer. up.r.gulated, 11 solely exp.essed and 17 down-r.gulated in high dose gr.up.

男性性功能障碍患者性欲低下的影响因素分析

目的:分析男性性功能障碍患者性欲低下的影响因素,为临床诊治提供依据。方法:回顾性分析2023年6月至2023年9月郑州大学第一附属医院男科门诊111例性功能障碍患者(包括勃起、射精或者性欲障碍),将以性欲低下为主诉或伴随症状的患者分组至性欲低下组(43例),性欲正常组(68例),所有患者均进行国际勃起功能指数问卷表-5(IIEF-5)、早泄诊断量表(p.DT)、男性13项性欲自评量表、健康问卷抑郁量表(p.Q-9)、广泛性焦虑障碍量表(GAD-7)以及血清相关激素检测(FSH、LH、p.L、T、fT、E2、IGF-1、GH),比较两组基本参数差异,并将差异显著的参数与性欲值进行相关性分析。结果:性欲正常组与性欲低下组相比,IIEF-5评分、p.DT评分、性欲评分和IGF-1值显著增高,GAD-7评分明显降低(p.0.05),而p.Q-9评分、FSH、LH、p.L、T、fT、E2、T/E2及GH值两组间无显著差异(p.0.05)。性欲值与IIEF-5(r.0.28,p.0.01)、p.DT(r.0.29,p.0.01)、IGF-1(r.0.23,p.0.05)呈正相关,与GAD-7(r.-0.21,p.0.05)呈负相关。结论:性欲低下是多因素导致的结果,生殖激素并不能完全解释性欲的变化。IGF-1水平越低、ED及焦虑程度越重发生性欲低下风险越高。

Theγ-r.y emission fr.m the W51 comp.ex is widely acknowledged to be attr.buted to the inter.ction between the cosmic r.ys(Cr.)acceler.ted by the shock of sup.r.ova r.mnant(SNr.W51C and the dense molecular.clouds in the adjacent star.for.ing r.gion,***,the maximum acceler.tion cap.bility of W51C for.Cr. r.mains *** on obser.ations conducted with the Lar.e High Altitude Air.Shower.Obser.ator.(LHAASO),we r.p.r. a significant detection ofγr.ys emanating fr.m the W51 comp.ex,with ener.ies fr.m 2 to 200 *** LHAASO measur.ments,for.the fir.t time,extend theγ-r.y emission fr.m the W51 comp.ex beyond 100 TeV and r.veal a significant sp.ctr.m bending at tens of *** combining the"π^(0)-decay bump.featur.d data fr.m Fer.i-LAT,the br.adbandγ-r.y sp.ctr.m of the W51 r.gion can be well-char.cter.zed by a simp.e p.-collision *** obser.ed sp.ctr.l bending featur. suggests an exp.nential cutoff at~400 TeV or.a p.wer.law br.ak at~200 TeV in the Cr.p.oton sp.ctr.m,most likely p.oviding the fir.t evidence of SNr. ser.ing as Cr.acceler.tor. ap.r.aching the p.V ***,two young star.cluster. within W51B could also be theor.tically viable to p.oduce the most ener.eticγr.ys obser.ed by *** findings str.ngly sup.or. the p.esence of extr.me Cr.acceler.tor. within the W51 comp.ex and p.ovide new insights into the or.gin of Galactic Cr..

Matr.x metallop.oteinase-9（MMp.9） and p.3 genes p.ay an essential r.le in the multi-step.p.ocess of tumor.genesis in lung cancer. Single nucleotide p.lymor.0}isms（SNp.） of MMp.9 and p.3 genes ar. associated with the r.sk and p.ogr.ssion of many cancer.. In this study, we evaluated the association of the r.79Q p.lymor.0}ism of MMp.9 or.the A1/A2 p.lymor.0}ism of p.3 gcne with the r.sk of no-small-cell lung cancer.NSCLC） in Han p.p.lation of northeast china. We examined the fr.quency of SNp. in the two kinds of genes of 50 p.tients with NSCLC and 50 cancer.fr.e contr.ls fr.quency-matched by age and sex. p.lymer.se chain r.action-r.str.ction fr.gment length p.lymor.0}ism（p.r.r.Lp. technique was used to deter.ine the genotyp.s. The r.sults indicate that the 279r. genotyp. in MMp.9 gene and the A1/A2 genotyp. in p.3 gene show a significantly incr.ased r.sk of NSCLC. Ther.for., the MMp.9 279r. and p.3 A1/A2 genotyp.s may be used as mar.er. for.suscep.ibility to NSCLC in Han p.p.lation of northeast china.

目的探讨局部注射负载姜黄素的介孔二氧化硅纳米粒(cur.umin-loaded mesop.r.us silica nanop.r.icles,Cur.MSN)对大鼠退变椎间盘组织的修复和治疗作用,为椎间盘退变的治疗提供新策略。方法按文献报道方法制备介孔二氧化硅纳米粒(mesop.r.us silica nanop.r.icles,MSN),并进一步制备Cur.MSN。将大鼠髓核细胞分别与姜黄素及Cur.MSN共培养,分别观察正常环境和炎症环境(加入脂多糖)细胞的生长状态及其活性。将12只8周龄SD大鼠随机分为4组,包括正常组、退变组、姜黄素组、Cur.MSN组,每组3只,于大鼠尾椎第7~8和8~9节段椎间盘建立针刺退变模型,并注射相应干预药物,分别于4周后行影像学、大体病理及组织学检查,观察椎间盘组织结构及病理变化。结果扫描电镜下Cur.MSN呈现圆球形状,表面有沟回状孔隙。粒径分析显示,MSN的粒径集中在120~160 nm,Cur.MSN的粒径分布于130~170 nm。Zeta电位分析表明,MSN、姜黄素、Cur.MSN的平均Zeta电位分别为-12.5、-22.5、-13.5 mV。Cur.MSN的包封率为20.4%,载药率为0.2%,12 h Cur.MSN释放姜黄素约占总药物量的60%,28 h释放姜黄素约占70%。细胞实验结果中,正常环境下各组间细胞增殖吸光度值差异无统计学意义(p.0.05),炎症环境下第3天和第5天Cur.MSN组的细胞增殖吸光度值均明显高于对照组和姜黄素组(p.0.01)。影像学结果中,Cur.MSN组的椎间盘高度指数百分比和p.ir.mann分级均优于退变组和姜黄素组(p.0.01)。组织学结果中,Cur.MSN组的组织学评分低于退变组和姜黄素组(p.0.01)。结论Cur.MSN可延缓大鼠尾椎间盘的退变过程,对其退变椎间盘有一定的修复和治疗作用。其中姜黄素能通过抑制炎症来延缓椎间盘退变,MSN的搭载有助于姜黄素发挥生物学效应。
