The relationship between the level of activation markers of platelets in peripheral blood around operation and lung cancer

Objective: To investigate the relationship between the activation markers of platelets and the lung cancer. Meth- ods: Based on international stages of lung cancer in 1997, lung cancer patients of 120 cases diagnosed by pathology as well as with operation indication were selected as the experimental group. During the process of experiment, 60 cases concluded as healthy in the physical examination were chosen as control group. The activation markers of platelets were detected by FCM method. The experimental result would be processed by SPSS 11.5. Results: The level of activation markers of platelets in peripheral blood of lung cancer patients was significantly higher than those healthy people (P 0.05). Conclusion: Elevation of the level of activation markers of platelets in peripheral blood exists in lung cancer patients and the levels of activation marker of platelets plays an important role in tumor growth and lymphatic metastasis. The levels of activation markers of platelets maybe a predictor for prognosis.

Background:Previous studies have demonstrated the preclinical pharmacological and toxicological consistency,and clinical pharmacokinetic equivalence of bevacizumab biosimilar LY01008 with reference bevacizumab(Avastin).This randomized controlled trial aimed to compare the efficacy and safety of LY01008 with Avastin in first-line treatment of Chinese patients with advanced or recurrent non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods:StageⅢB-ⅣNSCLC patients with evaluable lesions,good physical status,and adequate organ functions from 67 centers across china were randomized in a ratio of 1:1 to receive LY01008 or Avastin 15 mg/kg intravenously in combination with paclitaxel/carboplatin(combined treatment)for 4-6 cycles,followed by maintenance monotherapy with LY01008 until disease progression,intolerable toxicity,or *** primary endpoint was objective response rate(ORR)in accordance with Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors(RECIST)version 1.1 confirmed by independent radiological review committees(IRRC).Secondary endpoints included disease control rate(DCR),duration of response(DoR),progression-free survival(PFS),overall survival(OS),and *** study was registered in Clinical ***(NCT03533127).Results:Between December 15^(th),2017,and May 15^(th),2019,a total of 649 patients were randomized to the LY01008(n=324)or Avastin(n=325)*** of September 25th,2019 for primary endpoint analysis,589 patients received ORR evaluation,with a median number of combined treatment cycles of 5(range 1-6)andmedian duration of treatment of 3.0(range 0.0-5.1)*** responseevaluable patients in the LY01008 and Avastin groups were 48.5% and 53.0%,*** stratified ORR ratio was 0.91(90%CI 0.80-1.04,within the prespecified equivalence margin of 0.75-1.33).Up to May 15^(th),2020,with a median follow-up of 13.6(range 0.8-28.4)months,no notable differences in DCR,median DoR,median PFS,median OS,and 1-year OS rate were observed between the LY010

目的:观察冠心病稳定型心绞痛牵涉痛分布区域与穴位的关系,并结合动物实验探讨局部敏化出现的规律。方法:临床研究部分,观察1 046例冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者外周压痛敏感部位、局部皮肤形态异常改变,并测量了77位患者疼痛阈值的变化。动物实验部分,以SD大鼠冠状动脉左前降支结扎4h为心肌缺血模型组(n=14),以假手术为对照组(n=4),分别用在自然光下拍摄观察和活体荧光成像的方法,记录大鼠尾静脉注射Evans Blue后体表出现蓝染的部位,并检测痛阈变化。结果:心绞痛患者压痛部位以及皮肤局部组织结构的改变多分布在左侧胸前区、背部、肩部、上肢尺侧部;右侧也有一定数量的分布。压痛点出现在穴位上、穴位附近和穴位以外。心肌缺血的大鼠模型出现类似的变化。结论:心脏发生缺血性病变时,其相应节段(T 1~T 5)神经支配皮节区域发生规律性的牵涉性的"敏化"反应,这些敏感度改变的部位与"穴位"形成有关。
