Single-emitter white organic light-emitting diode(WOLED) based on small organic molecule exhibits great potential in simplifying fabrication process of WOLEDs. However, the design and synthesis of molecule for highly efficient single-emitter WOLED still remains a challenge. Herein, two asymmetric donor-acceptor-acceptor'(D-A-A') type molecule(PTZ-PQ-F and PTZ-PQ-CF3) are developed by employing trifluoromethyl(CF_(3)) or fluorine atom as secondary acceptor, which can exhibit white lighting with dual emission bands consisting of blue traditional fluorescence from quasi-axial(ax) conformer and orange thermally activated delayed fluorescence(TADF) from quasi-equatorial(eq) conformer. The introduction of CF_(3) into PTZ-PQ-CF3 greatly enhanced the photoluminescence quantum yield(PLQY) by suppressing the nonradiative deactivation. Owing to electron-inductive-effect of CF3, the “eq” conformer of PTZ-PQCF3 exhibits a much smaller ΔESTof 0.01 e V to realize more efficient reverse intersystem crossing(RISC)process, and then enhance the exciton utilization(nearly 100%) of the whole dual emission system. Consequently, single-emitter WOLEDs based on PTZ-PQ-CF3 show nearly standard white emission with EQE of 13.0% and CIE of(0.35, 0.36) in m CP host and show warm white emission with high EQE of 25.5%and CIE of(0.40, 0.47) in 35 Dcz PPy host, which are the best performance among reported single-emitter WOLEDs.

To determine whether the capability of the CMIP6 version of Beijing Climate Center(BCC)models(BCC-ESMI and BCC-CSM2-MR)in simulating China summer surface air temperature(SAT)has improved,we presented a multidimensional evaluation of the summer SAT in China including the trends,modes,and influencing factors.Critical comparisons are also made with the results of CMIP5(BCC-CSM1.1 and BCC-CSMl.lm).In general,the CMIP6,especially BCC-CSM2-MR,has smaller deviations in the trends,the means,the mutations,the maximum centers,the variances,and the spatial patterns of the dominant modes from observatio relative to those of CMIP5.However,the BCC CMIP6 models still underestimate the SAT variation in the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau and the northeastern regions of China,and the performance is unsatisfactory with respect to the physical drivers of the dominant modes.Importantly,all the BCC models can capture the spatio-temporal characteristics of the first mode well and can,in general,characterize the spatial pattern of the second mode,but none of the models perform well in the principal component of the second mode(PC2)due to the low performance with respect to the interannual variation of PC2.Furthermore,the factors influencing the leading two modes are evaluated.The two CMIP6 can simulate better the Northern Hemisphere subtropical high northern boundary affecting the first mode.Another factor,the Asia polar vortex area,can only be simulated better by two low-resolution models(BCC-CSM1.1 and BCC-ESM I).For the second mode,all four models simulate the influence of Asian zonal circulation well,but poorly simulate that of the southern Indian Ocean dipole due to a large deviation in the Indian Ocean surface temperature.

The use of nitrogen(N)-efficient rice(Oryza sativa L.) varieties could reduce excessive N input without sacrificing yields. However, the plant traits associated with N-efficient rice varieties have not been fully defined or comprehensively explored. Here, three japonica N-efficient varieties(NEVs) and three japonica N-inefficient varieties(NIVs) of rice were grown in a paddy field under N omission(0 N, 0 kg N ha^(-1)) and normal N(NN, 180 or 200 kg N ha^(-1)) treatments. Results showed that NEVs exhibited higher grain yield and nitrogen use efficiency(NUE) than NIVs under both treatments, due to improved sink size and filled-grains percentage in the former which had higher root oxidation activity and greater root dry weight, root length and root diameter at panicle initiation(PI), as well as higher spikelet-leaf ratio and more productive tillers during the grain-filling stage. Compared with NIVs, NEVs also exhibited enhanced N translocation and dry matter accumulation after heading and improved flag leaf morpho-physiological traits, including greater leaf thickness and specific leaf weight and higher contents of ribulose^(-1),5-bisphosphate carboxylase/oxygenase, chlorophyll, nitrogen, and soluble sugars, leading to better photosynthetic performance. Additionally, NEVs had a better canopy structure, as reflected by a higher ratio of the extinction coefficient for effective leaf N to the light extinction coefficient, leading to enhanced canopy photosynthesis and dry matter accumulation. These improved agronomic and physiological traits were positively and significantly correlated with grain yield and internal NUE, which could be used to select and breed N-efficient rice varieties.

目的:分析早产产妇血清和胎盘IL-17、IL-21及IL-22表达水平与新生儿感染发生的相关性。方法:选择2020年7月至2021年12月在我院分娩的120例早产产妇作为观察组,另选同期的120例足月分娩产妇作为对照组。检测两组产妇血清和胎盘IL-17、IL-21及IL-22表达水平,根据观察组产妇分娩的新生儿是否发生感染,分为感染组和非感染组,比较两组母体血清和胎盘IL-17、IL-21及IL-22表达水平,使用多因素Logistic回归分析和受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)分析早产产妇血清和胎盘IL-17、IL-21及IL-22与新生儿感染的关系。结果:观察组血清和胎盘IL-17、IL-21及IL-22表达水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);感染组母体血清和胎盘IL-17、IL-21及IL-22表达水平均高于非感染组(P<0.05);经多因素Logistic回归分析,早产产妇血清和胎盘IL-17、IL-21及IL-22均是新生儿感染发生的独立预测因素(P<0.05);经Pearson相关性分析,早产产妇血清IL-17与胎盘IL-17 mRNA、血清IL-21与胎盘IL-21 mRNA、血清IL-22与胎盘IL-22 mRNA均呈正相关(P<0.05);经ROC曲线分析,早产产妇血清IL-17、IL-21联合IL-22预测新生儿感染发生的AUC为0.910。结论:早产产妇血清和胎盘IL-17、IL-21及IL-22表达水平升高均与新生儿感染发生密切相关,其中血清IL-17、IL-21联合IL-22预测新生儿感染的效能较高,值得进一步研究应用。

Systematic bibliometric analysis of research hotspots and trends on the application of premium IOLs in the past 2 decades

AIM:To analysis of research hotspots and trends on the application of premium intraocular lens(PIOLs)in the past 2 decades.METHODS:The literature search was performed on the Web of Science and included PIOLs studies published between January 2000 and December 2022.The retrieved literature was collated and analyzed by R-tool’s Bibliometrix package,CitNetExplorer,CiteSpace and other software.RESULTS:A total of 1801 articles about PIOLs were obtained,most of which were published in Spain and the United States.The organization that published the most articles was the University of Valencia in Spain.Alió JL,and Montés-Micó R,from Spain were the most influential authors in this field.The Journal of Cataract and Refractive Surgery and Journal of Refractive Surgery were the core journals for this field;the top 10 cited articles mainly focus on postoperative satisfaction with multifocal intraocular lens(IOLs)and postoperative results of toric IOLs.Through the keyword analysis,we found that trifocal IOLs,astigmatism and extended depth of focus(EDoF)IOLs are the most discussed topics at present,and the importance of astigmatism and the clinical application of the new generation of PIOLs are the emerging research trends.CONCLUSION:Bibliometric analysis can effectively help to identify multilevel concerns in PIOLs research and the prevailing research trends in the realm of PIOLs encompass the adoption of EDoF IOLs,trifocal IOLs,and their respective Toric models.

Photothermal catalytic CO_(2) conversion provides an effective solution targeting carbon neutrality by synergistic utilization of photon and heat.However,the C-C coupling initiated by photothermal catalysis is still a big challenge.Herein,a three-dimensional(3D)hierarchical W_(18)O_(49)/WTe_(2) hollow nanosphere is constructed through in-situ embodying of oxygen vacancy and tellurium on the scaffold of WO_(3).The light absorption towards near-infrared spectral region and CO_(2) adsorption are enhanced by the formation of half-metal WTe_(2) and the unique hierarchical hollow architecture.Combining with the generation of oxygen vacancy with strengthened CO_(2) capture,the photothermal effect on the samples can be sufficiently exploited for activating the CO_(2) molecules.In particular,the close contact between W_(18)O_(49)and WTe_(2) largely promotes the photoinduced charge separation and mass transfer,and thus the~*CHO intermediate formation and fixedness are facilitated.As a result,the C-C coupling can be evoked between tungsten and tellurium atoms on WTe_(2).The ethylene production by optimized W_(18)O_(49)/WTe_(2) reaches 147.6μmol g^(-1)with the selectivity of 80%.The in-situ diffuse reflectance infrared Fourier transform spectroscopy(DRIFTS)and density functional theory(DFT)calculations are performed to unveil the presence and significance of aldehyde intermediate groups in C-C coupling.The half-metallic WTe_(2) cocatalyst proposes a new approach for efficient CO_(2) conversion with solar energy,and may especially create a new platform for the generation of multi-carbon products.

Background:Previous studies presented controversies in impact of body mass index(BMI)on perioper-ative complications in pancreatectomy,and mainly focused on Western population.This study aimed to explore the impact of BMI on perioperative outcomes in Chinese patients undergoing pancreaticoduo-denectomy.Methods:Seven hundred and seven adult patients undergoing open pancreaticoduodenectomy between January 2005 and December 2016 at Ruijin Hospital were studied retrospectively and categorized as obese(BMI≥25 kg/m^2),overweight(BMI≥23 kg/m^2 and<25 kg/m^2),or normal weight(BMI≥18.5 kg/m^2 and<23 kg/m^2).Associations of these BMI groups with perioperative outcomes were evaluated.Results:The overweight and obese groups experienced higher risk of clinically related postoperative pan-creatic fistula(CR-POPF)(7.6%vs.9.9%vs.17.6%,P=0.002)and re-operation(1.1%vs.2.5%vs.5.1%,P=0.017),and longer systemic inflammation response syndrome(SIRS)duration[2(1–9)d vs.2(1–7)d vs.3(1–10)d,P=0.003]and postoperative hospital stay[19(2–84)d vs.19(7–158)d vs.23(8–121)d,P=0.023]than the normal weight group did.The multiple logistic regression models showed obese as an independent risk factor for CR-POPF(P=0.013).The multiple linear regression analysis confirmed BMI as a predictor for prolonged postoperative hospital stay(P=0.005).Conclusions:Higher BMI results in higher morbidity of Chinese patients undergoing open pancreaticoduo-denectomy.Pancreaticoduodenectomy is still a safe surgery procedure for overweight and obese patients,with intensive perioperative management.

Gastric cancer is the second most common malignancy in China. However, the prognosis for gastric cancer patients remains poor. The purpose of this study was to investigate whether miR-451 was a potential prognostic biomarker for gastric cancer. Fresh tissues were immediately frozen in liquid nitrogen until use. The plasma was extracted and quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction was performed to detect mi R-451 expression. The Student’s t test analysis and multivariate Cox regression analysis were performed to analyze expression of miR-451. The analysis results showed that the expression level of miR-451 was decreased expression in gastric cancer tissue. The down-regulation of miR-451 tended to be positively correlated with tumor stage, lymphatic metastasis and shorter overall survival of patients. MiR-451 may be a potential biomarker and a potential therapeutic target for the diagnoses and prognosis of gastric cancer.

This review summarizes the strengthening mechanisms of reduced activation ferritic/martensitic(RAFM)steels.High-angle grain boundaries,subgrain boundaries,nano-sized M_(23)C_(6),and MX carbide precipitates effectively hinder dislocation motion and increase high-temperature strength.M23C6 carbides are easily coarsened under high temperatures,thereby weakening their ability to block dislocations.Creep properties are improved through the reduction of M23C6 carbides.Thus,the loss of strength must be compensated by other strengthening mechanisms.This review also outlines the recent progress in the development of RAFM steels.Oxide dispersion-strengthened steels prevent M23C6 precipitation by reducing C content to increase creep life and introduce a high density of nano-sized oxide precipitates to offset the reduced strength.Severe plastic deformation methods can substantially refine subgrains and MX carbides in the steel.The thermal deformation strengthening of RAFM steels mainly relies on thermo-mechanical treatment to increase the MX carbide and subgrain boundaries.This procedure increases the creep life of TMT(thermo-mechanical treatment)9Cr-1W-0.06Ta steel by~20 times compared with those of F82H and Eurofer 97 steels under 550℃/260 MPa.
