(Hf,Zr)O_(2)offers considerable potential for next-generation semiconductor devices owing to its nonvolatile spontaneous polarization at the ***,scaling this material to sub-5 nm thickness poses several challenges,including the formation of an interfacial layer and high trap *** particular,a low-k SiO_(2)interfacial layer is naturally formed when(Hf,Zr)O_(2)films are directly grown on a Si substrate,leading to high depolarization fields and rapid reduction of the remanent *** address these issues,we conducted a study to significantly improve ferroelectricity and switching endurance of(Hf,Zr)O_(2)films with sub-5 nm thicknesses by inserting a TiO_(2)interfacial *** deposition of a Ti film prior to Hf_(0.5)Zr_(0.5)O_(2)film deposition resulted in a high-k TiO_(2)interfacial layer and prevented the direct contact of Hf_(0.5)Zr_(0.5)O_(2)with *** findings show that the high-k TiO_(2)interfacial layer can reduce the SiO_(2)/Si interface trap density and the depolarization field,resulting in a switchable polarization of 60.2μC/cm^(2)for a 5 nm thick Hf_(0.5)Zr_(0.5)O_(2)***,we propose that inserting a high-k TiO_(2)interfacial layer between the Hf_(0.5)Zr_(0.5)O_(2)film and the Si substrate may offer a promising solution to enhancing the ferroelectricity and reliability of(Hf,Zr)O_(2)grown on the Si substrate and can pave the way for next-generation semiconductor devices with improved performance.

Atomically‐dispersed copper sites coordinated with nitrogen‐doped carbon(Cu–N–C)can provide novel possibilities to enable highly selective and active electrochemical CO_(2) reduction ***,the construction of optimal local electronic structures for nitrogen‐coordinated Cu sites(Cu–N_(4))on carbon remains ***,we synthesized the Cu–N–C catalysts with atomically‐dispersed edge‐hosted Cu–N_(4) sites(Cu–N_(4)C_(8))located in a micropore between two graphitic sheets via a facile method to control the concentration of metal ***‐hosted Cu–N_(4)C_(8) catalysts outperformed the previously reported M–N–C catalysts for CO_(2)‐to‐CO conversion,achieving a maximum CO Faradaic efficiency(FECO)of 96%,a CO current density of–8.97 mA cm^(–2) at–0.8 V versus reversible hydrogen electrode(RHE),and over FECO of 90%from–0.6 to–1.0 V versus *** studies revealed that the micropore of the graphitic layer in edge‐hosted Cu–N_(4)C_(8) sites causes the d‐orbital energy level of the Cu atom to shift upward,which in return decreases the occupancy of antibonding states in the*COOH *** research suggests new insights into tailoring the locally coordinated structure of the electrocatalyst at the atomic scale to achieve highly selective electrocatalytic reactions.

Gastrointestinal lymphoma is the most common type of extranodal lymphoma,and most commonly affects the *** zone B-cell lymphoma of the mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue(MALT)and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma are the most common histologic types of gastric *** its increasing incidence,diagnosis of gastric lymphoma is difficult at an earlier stage due to its nonspecific symptoms and endoscopic findings,and,thus,a high index of suspicion,and multiple,deep,repeated biopsies at abnormally and normally appearing sites in the stomach are *** addition,testing for Helicobacter pylori(***)infection and endoscopic ultrasonography to determine the depth of tumor invasion and involvement of regional lymph nodes is essential for predicting response to *** eradication and for assessment of disease *** addition,*** infection and MALT lymphoma development are associated,and complete regression of low-grade MALT lymphomas after *** eradication has been *** and/or chemotherapy can be used in cases that show poor response to *** eradication,negativity for *** infection,or high-grade lymphoma.

Electrochemical behavior of dental implant system before and after clinical use(in vivo and in vitro) was researched by using abutment and titanium *** simulate an oral environment,the samples of clinically used and non-used implant systems as a working electrode were exposed to artificial saliva at(36.5±1) ℃.Electrochemical tests were carried out using a *** electrochemical test,the corrosion morphology of each sample was investigated by FE-SEM and *** corrosion potential and pitting potential of clinically used implant system are lower than those of non-used implant system,and clinically used implant system exhibits a lower range of passivation,indicating a less degree of inherent resistance against chloride *** polarization resistance decreases in the case of clinically used implant system,whereas,Rp for clinically non-used implant system increases compared with clinically used implant system.

Many of the dams built in estuaries in the last century have difficulty with water quality *** factors have affected the estuary lake water,most importantly external loadings,tidal currents,and increases in the phosphorus(P) release from sediment,so that most water quality characteristics in the estuary are highly interactive and *** the current study,water quality measurements were made in the laboratory and field,and a series of phosphorus release experiments was done to understand the behavior of P in an estuary *** concentrations of chemical oxygen demand(COD),chlorophyll-a(Chl-a),and total P(TP) showed an increasing trend when the pollutant loading of the influent stream water was *** measurements showed increasing trends,which indicates the constituents are produced in the internal environment of the *** a large amount of freshwater flowed in from the upper watershed,density stratification was observed,which forms strongly because of the salinity of *** the period of stratification,a hypoxic layer formed,which can accelerate P *** the open and dosed conditions of the release experiments,the P release rate was much higher under the closed condition than under the open *** maximum P release rates from the sediment collected from the five main sites of the lake were more than 2.5 times the P loading from the inflowing streams in ***,the release rate was higher mid-reservoir than down-reservoir where a halocline was evident The pollutant load discharged from the tributary watershed was deposited on the bottom mid-reservoir,whereas it was washed out downreservoir because of the density stratification and strong tide in that *** sustainably manage water quality and decrease lake eutrophication in brackish environments formed by freshwater from streams mixing with seawater entering through sluice dikes,different measures than those applied in strictly freshwater environments ar
