We study the desorption mechanism of hydrogen isotopes from graphene surface using first-principles calculations,with focus on the effects of quantum *** low temperatures,quantum tunneling plays a dominant role in the desorption process of both hydrogen monomers and *** the case of dimer desorption,two types of mechanisms,namely the traditional one-step desorption in the form of molecules(molecular mechanism),and the two-step desorption in the form of individual atoms(atomic mechanism),are studied and *** the ortho-dimers,the dominant desorption mechanism is found to switch from the molecular mechanism to the atomic mechanism above a critical temperature,which is∼300K and 200K for H and D,respectively.

In the present paper, we study the boundary concentration-breaking phenomena on two thermal insulation problems considered on Lipschitz domains, based on Serrin's overdetermined result, the perturbation argument, and a comparison of Laplacian eigenvalues with different boundary conditions. Since neither of the functionals in the two problems is C^(1), another key ingredient is to obtain the global H?lder regularity of minimizers of both problems on Lipschitz domains. Also, the exact dependence on the domain of breaking thresholds is given in the first problem, and the breaking values are obtained in the second problem on ball domains, which are related to 2π in dimension 2.

The hot compression behavior and tensile strength after compression of a new Ni-Co-based superalloy produced using electron beam smelting layered(EBSL)solidification technology were *** compression tests were performed at temperatures of 1120℃and 1150℃,with strain rates of 1 s^(-1) and 0.01 s^(-1),reaching a true strain of *** strength was evaluated at room *** results revealed that this EBSL technology accelerates dynamic recrystallization(DRX),without compromising the strength of alloy.A significant correlation between the volume fraction of DRX and the strain rate was observed,with higher fractions at lower strain rates,leading to higher tensile ***,at the same strain rate,the specimens compressed at 1120℃exhibited higher tensile strength due to undissolvedγ′*** solution and aging heat treatment,the alloy maintained high tensile *** results suggested that the EBSL Ni-Co-based superalloy offers excellent prospects for practical applications.

Metapaths with specific complex semantics are critical to learning diverse semantic and structural information of heterogeneous networks(HNs)for most of the existing representation learning ***,any metapaths consisting of multiple,simple metarelations must be driven by domain *** sensitive,expensive,and limited metapaths severely reduce the flexibility and scalability of the existing models.A metapath-free,scalable representation learning model,called Metarelation2vec,is proposed for HNs with biased joint learning of all metarelations in a bid to address this ***,a metarelation-aware,biased walk strategy is first designed to obtain better training samples by using autogenerating cooperation probabilities for all metarelations rather than using expert-given ***,grouped nodes by the type,a common and shallow skip-gram model is used to separately learn structural proximity for each node ***,grouped links by the type,a novel and shallow model is used to separately learn the semantic proximity for each link ***,supervised by the cooperation probabilities of all meta-words,the biased training samples are thrown into the shallow models to jointly learn the structural and semantic information in the HNs,ensuring the accuracy and scalability of the *** experimental results on three tasks and four open datasets demonstrate the advantages of our proposed model.

Barium titanate(BaTiO_(3))piezoelectric ceramics with triply periodic minimal surface(TPMS)structures have been frequently used in filters,engines,artificial bones,and other fields due to their high specific surface area,high thermal stability,and good heat ***,only a limited number of studies have analyzed the effect of various parameters,such as different wall thicknesses and porosities of TPMS structures,on ceramic electromechanical *** this study,we first employed vat photopolymerization(VPP)three-dimensional(3D)printing technology to fabricate high-performance BaTiO_(3) *** investigated the slurry composition design and forming process and designed a stepwise sintering postprocessing technique to achieve a density of 96.3%and a compressive strength of 250±25 MPa,with the piezoelectric coefficient(d33)reaching 263 pC/***,we explored the influence of three TPMS structures,namely,diamond,gyroid,and Schwarz P,on the piezoelectric and mechanical properties of BaTiO_(3) ceramics,with the gyroid structure identified as exhibiting optimal ***,we examined the piezoelectric and mechanical properties of BaTiO_(3) ceramics with the gyroid structure of varying wall thicknesses and porosities,thus enabling the modulation of ceramic electromechanical performance.

Owing to the ppb-level detection standard toward the toxic and harmful gas,the detection of trace gases has become an important subject in the field of indoor environment ***,the traditional resistive gas sensors hardly meet the requirement due to the weak signal generated by trace gas molecules that are difficult to ***,a visible-light-assisted Pd/TiO_(2)gas sensor is proposed to endow the effective detection of trace formaldehyde(HCHO)gas without heating *** from the enhanced photocatalytic properties of TiO_(2)by Pd decoration,the visible-light-assisted Pd/TiO_(2)gas sensor can detect the HCHO gas as low as80×10^(–9)at room *** successful preparation of nanoscale TiO_(2)sensing layer is facilitated by the ultrathin carbon nanotube interdigital electrode in the gas sensor,which avoids the discontinuity of the sensing layer caused by the excessive thickness of the traditional metal *** addition,the whole preparation process of the Pd/TiO_(2)gas sensor with carbon nanotube electrodes is compatible with mainstream CMOS fabrication technology,which is expected to realize the batch fabrication and micro-integrated application of gas *** is expected that our work can provide a new strategy for the batch preparation of high-performance trace HCHO gas sensors and their future applications in portable electronic devices such as smartphones.
