Inheriting from a data-driven communication pattern other than a location-driven pattern, named data net- working （NDN） offers better support to network-layer dataflow. However, the application developers have to handle complex tasks, such as data segmentation, packet verification, and flow control, due to the lack of proper transport-layer protocols over the network layer. In this study, we design a dataflow-oriented programming interface to provide transport strategies for NDN, which greatly improves the efficiency in developing applications. This interface presents two application data unit; （ADU） retrieval strategies according to different data publishing patterns, in which it adopts an adaptive ADU pipelining algorithm to control the dataflow based on the current network status and data generation rate. The interface also offers network measurement strategies to monitor an abundance of critical metrics infuencing the application performance. We verify the functionality and performance of our interface by implementing a video streaming application spanning 11 time zones over the worldwide NDN testbed. Our experiments show that the interface can efficiently support developing high-performance and dataflow-driven NDN applications.

A combination of experimental measurements and numerical analysis was utilized to study the low-velocity impact damage of domestic carbon fiber-reinforced composites(CFRCs).The results indicated that the low-velocity impact damage induced pits and longitudinal cracks on the front side,oblique cracks and delaminationin on the back *** pit depth increased with the increasing impact *** was demonstrated that the numerical analysis strain history curve was similar to the experimentally measured strain history curve,which verified the accuracy of numerical analysis in which the Hashin failure criterion was *** work provides basic data and theoretical basis for the promotion and application of the domestic carbon fiber,and demonstrates the feasibility of replacing imported carbon fibers with domestic carbon fibers.

The influence of different nanoparticle sizes on the elastic modulus and the fatigue properties of epoxy/SiO_(2) nanocomposite is studied in this ***,the cross-linked epoxy resins formed by the combination of DGEBA and 1,3-phenylenediamine are used as the matrix phase,and spherical SiO_(2) particles are used as the reinforcement *** order to simulate the elastic modulus and long-term performance of the composite material at room temperature,the simulated temperature is set to 298 K and the mass fraction of SiO_(2) particles is set to 28.9%.The applied strain rate is 109/s during the simulation of the elastic *** results show that the elastic modulus of the material increases with the increase in particle ***,fatigue simulation under strain control is performed on the model with SiO_(2) nanoparticle radius of 12˚*** results indicate that the influence trend of variable frequencies on the fatigue mechanical response is similar,and the mean stress decreases with the increase in number of *** addition,the smaller the loading period and the more the number of cycles,the greater the mean stress ***,the change in energy and free volume fraction are evaluated under fatigue loading condition.

Sintering densification behavior and kinetic mechanism of nano-tungsten powder prepared by sol-spray drying

Due to its excellent mechanical and radiation resistance performance,fine-grained tungsten becomes an ideal plasma facing material in fusion ***,the preparation of fine-grained tungsten by ultrafine powder is faced with some problems,such as low density,coarse grain and not suitable for engineering *** this paper,nano-tungsten powders prepared by“sol-spray drying-calcination-hydrogen thermal reduction”process were sintered by non-isothermal ordinary pressureless sintering,and the densification behavior and kinetic mechanism were *** results show that there exists two stages during sintering process,namely significant densification process at low temperature(1300-1700℃)and grain growth stage at high temperature(1700-2000℃).Finally,bulk tungsten material with the relative density of 96.9%and average grain size of 2-6μm was prepared at 1900℃.Moreover,electron backscatter diffraction results show the grain size is uniform and *** mathematical calculation,the nanocrystallization of tungsten powder significantly reduces the sintering activation energy and promotes the densification of tungsten powder at low *** diffusion is the main transport mechanism in grain growth *** is easy to find that the hardness of material increased with the sintering temperature increasing,at the end of sintering densification(>1700℃),TEM observation revealed that the inner pores formed by particle combine were gradually eliminated through grain boundary diffusion with the sintering temperature increasing,resulting in the intra-crystal densification to increase the hardness of tungsten material.

Although a few high-strength biodegradable Zn alloys with yield strengths(YSs)over 300 MPa in rolled state have been developed,their elongations(ELs)are generally less than 30%.This study developed rolled Zn-2Cu-x Li(x=0.2 wt.%,0.5 wt.%,0.8 wt.%)alloys with YSs of 316-335 MPa and ELs of 44%-61%.Three-dimensional atom probe(3DAP)and time of flight secondary ion mass spectrometry(TOF-SIMS)were employed to characterize Li *** kinds of Zn-Cu-Li ternary phases are identified,which are blockyε′-(Cu_(0.5),Li_(0.5))Zn 4,blockyβ′-(Li_(0.9),Cu_(0.1))Zn 4,and small roundγparticles with high Li content in the annealed *** identified phases are Zn,β-LiZn 4,andε-CuZn 4 *** the increase of Li content in the alloys,ε′phase with 6.50 at.%Cu transforms intoβ′phase with 2.12 at.%Cu,i.e.,the average level in the ***ε′phase,there exist nano-scale Li clusters andεphase,resulting inε′/ε*** Zn laths precipitate fromβ′phase,resulting inβ′/Zn lamellar *** lamel-lar structure is the matrix of Zn-2Cu-0.8Li and leads to near-isotropic *** tests show that degradation rates fall in the range of 153-196μm/year,which decrease with Li *** the alloys exert positive effects on the growth of MC3T3-E1 cells with 10%*** research reveals how microstructure evolves in Zn-2Cu-x Li alloys,which lays the foundation for their future applications.

p53 codon 72 polymorphism and liver cancer susceptibility: A meta-analysis of epidemiologic studies

AIM:To evaluate the association between p53 codon 72 polymorphism and liver cancer risk by means of meta-analysis. METHODS:Two investigators independently searched the Medline,Embase and Chinese Biomedicine *** odds ratios and 95%CI for p53 codon 72 polymorphism and liver cancer were calculated in fixedeffects model(Mantel-Haenszel method)and randomeffects model(DerSimonian and Laird method)when appropriate. RESULTS:This meta-analysis included 1115 liver cancer cases and 1778 *** combined results based on all studies showed that there was a statistically significant link between Pro/Pro genotype and liver cancer,but not between Arg/Arg or Pro/Arg genotype and liver *** stratifying for race,similar results were obtained,*** with liver cancer had a significantly higher frequency of Pro/Pro genotype than non-cancer patients among *** stratifying thevarious studies by control source,gender,family history of liver cancer and chronic hepatitis virus infection,we found that(1)patients among hospital-based studies had a significantly higher frequency of Pro/Pro and a significantly lower frequency of Arg/Arg genotype than individuals without cancer;(2)female patients with liver cancer had a significantly lower frequency of Arg/Arg and a higher frequency of Pro/Arg+Pro/Pro genotypes than female individuals without cancer;(3)subgroup analyses for family history of liver cancer did not reveal any significant association between p53 codon 72 polymorphism and liver cancer development;and(4) patients with negative hepatitis virus infection had a significantly higher frequency of Pro/Pro and a significantly lower frequency of Arg/Arg genotype than individuals without cancer. CONCLUSION:This meta-analysis suggests that the p53 codon 72 polymorphism may be associated with liver cancer among Asians.

BACKGROUND Fishbone migration from the esophagus to the neck is relatively uncommon in clinical *** complications secondary to esophageal perforation after ingestion of a fishbone have been described in the ***,a fishbone is detected and diagnosed by imaging examination and is usually removed by a neck *** SUMMARY Herein,we report a case of a 76-year-old patient with a fishbone in the neck that had migrated from the esophagus and that was in close proximity to the common carotid artery,and the patient experienced *** endoscopically-guided neck incision was made over the insertion point in the esophagus,but the surgery failed due to having a blurred image at the insertion site during the *** injection of normal saline laterally to the fishbone in the neck under ultrasound guidance,the purulent fluid outflowed to the piriform recess along the sinus *** endoscopic guidance,the position of the fish bone was precisely located along the direction of liquid outflow,the sinus tract was separated,and the fish bone was *** the best of our knowledge,this is the first case report describing bedside ultrasound-guided water injection positioning combined with endoscopy in the treatment of a cervical esophageal perforation with an *** In conclusion,the fishbone could be located by the water injection method under the guidance of ultrasound and could be accurately located along the outflow direction of the purulent fluid of the sinus by the endoscope and was removed by incising the *** method can be a nonoperative treatment option for foreign body-induced esophageal perforation.

Expression of annexin II in gastric carcinoma and its role in gastric cancer metastasis

AIM To investigate the expression of annexin II in gastric carcinoma and its role in the metastasis of gastric *** The expression of annexin II in 51 cases of gastric carcinoma and 24 cases of adjacent tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry. The relationship between annexin II and clinical features of gastric cancer was analyzed. Annexin II specific si RNA was used to inhibit the expression of annexin II in gastric cancer HGC-27 cells, and the effects of annexin II on the migration and secretion of matrix metalloproteinases(MMPs) were *** The positive rate of annexin II protein was 82.4% in gastric cancer tissues and 37.5% in adjacent tissues. There was significant difference between the two groups(P 0.05). The expression of annexin IIprotein was correlated with tumor size, histological differentiation, TNM stage, Lymph node metastasis and other clinical features were significantly correlated, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Inhibition of annexin II expression, gastric cancer HGC-27 cells migration and secretion of MMPs were significantly decreased, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).CONCLUSION Annexin II is highly expressed in gastric cancer tissues, annexin II protein expression is related to tumor size, histological differentiation, TNM staging, lymph node metastasis and other clinical features were significantly correlated. Annexin II high expression can promote the invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer.
