基于抽风矢量场的深度凹陷图像分割算法

为了解决深度凹陷图像分割中的分割瓶颈问题,提出一种基于抽风矢量场的深度凹陷图像分割算法.该算法对凹陷图像进行初次图像分割,获取初次分割曲线及图像梯度矩阵;依据图像梯度矢量的分布规律,对分割曲线的控制节点进行分割瓶颈检测,并以分割瓶颈的弦线中点为中心坐标,引入算法预置的抽风矢量场;以图像梯度标识矩阵为参考,对抽风矢量场中的梯度矢量进行点积运算,并将矢量的点积结果作为分割曲线的外部图像驱动力,实现分割曲线在凹陷区域内部的继续收敛.实验数据显示;在不同凹陷程度情况下,该算法始终能够将图像分割的平均误差和覆盖比率控制在有效范围.不同算法的分割对比实验表明,该算法分割曲线对深度凹陷结构的拟合程度优于其他同类算法.

最近读了中共福建省委党校高伯文教授的新著(中共党史出版社2004年出版),该书洋洋40余万言,系统地论述了建国以来中国共产党区域经济思想的历史轨迹.诚如作者在"前言"中所说的,尽管建国以来,尤其是1978年改革开放以来,现代经济史学界的一些学者"开始以新的视角,重新审视和反思原有的理论、方法和原则,同时大量引进国外现代区域经济理论,展开对我国区域经济比较全面系统的研究,取得了不少成果,大大推动了我国区域经济研究的进程,拓展了研究的深度和广度,为区域经济协调发展提供了有重要价值的理论和思路".

Objective:To determine the involvement and the modulatory effects of IL-33 during Plasmodium berghei ANKA(PbA)***:PbA infection in male ICR mice was utilized as a model of *** circulating IL-33 levels were determined in blood plasma by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).After 24 hours post-inoculation of PbA,recombinant IL-33 and ST2,and antibodies against IL-33 and IgG treatments were administered daily for 3 *** expression and localization of IL-33 were assessed in organs generally affected by malaria via ***,histopathological examination was performed to assess the effects of the ***:The levels of systemic IL-33 were elevated at the critical phase of PbA ***,immunohistochemical analysis revealed a significant upregulation of IL-33 expression at the critical phase in the brain,lungs,and spleen of PbA-infected mice as compared to healthy *** with IL-33 protected against experimental cerebral malaria development and reduced pathological features in the brain and lungs of the PbA-infected ***:A potential critical role and involvement of IL-33 in PbA infection may hint at the resolution of immunopathological sequelae associated with malaria.

天荒坪抽水蓄能电站地下厂房洞室群埋深２００ｍ，厂房纵轴线方位Ｎ３０°Ｗ，主厂房与主变洞、尾水事故闸门洞依次平行排列，净间距分别为３３．５ｍ和７８．４ｍ。目前地下洞室群开挖支护完毕，通过实际施工期围岩原位监测，说明非线性平面有限元及三维弹塑性有限元分析成果对设计起了指导作用，结合非线性有限元分析，及时修正支护措施，确保了围岩稳定和结构安全。

图像的边缘是图像最重要的特征之一。由于边缘和噪声都是图像的高频分量,提取的图像边缘总是受到噪声的污染。针对边缘检测中存在的噪声问题,本文根据Mallat快速小波变换算法的思想,提出用高斯函数和其一阶导数分别作为低通和高通滤波器对图像进行多尺度分析。为了精确定位图像边缘,对各尺度的低频、水平、垂直和对角分量不进行下采样。然后提取不同尺度上的系数,利用多尺度积对噪声严重的图像进行边缘检测。最后根据边缘点的梯度方向,采用改进的局部梯度极大值搜索方法获得图像的单像素边缘。实验结果表明本文所提出的方法,能在被噪声污染严重的图像中提取图像的单像素边缘,且边缘图像信噪比高。

An effective hybrid particle swarm cooperative optimization(HPSCO)algorithm combining simulated annealing method and sim- plex method is *** main idea is to divide particle swarm into several sub-groups and achieve optimization through coop- erativeness of different sub-groups among the *** proposed algorithm is tested by benchmark functions and applied to material balance computation(MBC)in alumina *** show that HPSCO,with both a better stability and a steady convergence,has faster convergence speed and higher global convergence ability than the single method and the improved particle swarm optimization *** importantly,results demonstrate that HPSCO is more feasible and efficient than other algorithms in MBC.

目的分析ABO血型不相合肾移植(ABOi-KT)O型受者的围术期资料,探讨ABOi-KT受者血型抗体变化趋势。方法回顾性分析郑州大学第一附属医院2021年1月—2023年9月32例首次肾移植、血型O型受者的临床资料,依据供者血型不同,分为A供O组(n=17)和B供O组(n=15)。分析比较血浆置换对术前两组受者血型抗体的清除效果、术后两组血型抗体反弹和肾功能[术后第1、3、7、14天的尿素氮、肌酐和肾小球滤过率(estimated glomerular filtration rate,eGFR)]的差异。结果术前血浆置换对受者抗A-IgG抗体的清除率低于抗B-IgG抗体(Z=-2.238,P=0.025),而IgM抗体的清除率在两组间差异无统计学意义(Z=-1.911,P=0.056);A供O组术后更易出现血型抗体滴度反弹(P=0.018),但术后第1天、3天、7天、14天两组肾功指标差异均无统计学意义。结论与B供O组相比,A供O组ABOi-KT需要更加谨慎,因为围术期内抗A-IgG抗体清除相对困难且术后更易发生血型抗体滴度反弹。

Effect of promoter MgO on CeO2/Al2O3 oxygen carrier used in partial oxidation of methane to syngas

Promoter MgO on 10% CeO2/Al2O3 oxygen carrier was investigated for direct partial oxidation of methane to syngas in molten salt. The MgO content of 0.5%, 1%, 2%, 3% and 4% on the 10%CeO2/Al2O3 oxygen carriers in experiments were prepared at the temperature of 750℃, respectively. The methane conversion, H2 and CO selectivity was measured on these prepared oxygen carriers at different reaction temperature. The results showed that the 3% MgO on 10%CeO2/Al2O3 had the best activity, and the CH4 conversion and CO selectivity reached 92.58% and 87.64% at 875℃, respectively. The effect of different calcination temperature on 3% MgO as promoter on 10% CeO2/Al2O3 oxygen carrier was investigated. The results of BET indicated that oxygen carrier had the largest surface area at 750℃. When the calcined temperature was too high there would be a negative effect on oxygen carrier activity.

Acorus tatarinowii Schott is a traditional Chinese medicine plant and has multiple bioactivities in medicine and pesticide field. In this study, the antifungal compound 1,2-dimethoxy-4（2-propenyl） benzene was isolated from A. tatarinowii Schott by activity-directed isolation method, and the inhibitory activity of the extract and 1,2-dimethoxy-4（2-propenyl） benzene against seven plant pathogenic fungi was evaluated. The results showed that the extract and 1,2-dimethoxy-4（2- propenyl） benzene had high inhibitory activity against hyphal growth of Thielaviopsis paradoxa （de Seynes） V. Hohnel, Pestalotia mangiferae P. Henn., Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. niveum （E. F. Smith） Syn. et Hans., Alternaria alternate Tanaka, Colletotrichum musae （Berk et Curt） V. Arx, Sphaceloma fawcettii Jenk., and Mycosphaerella sentina （Fr.） Schroter. The EC50 values of extract were 1.6162, 1.6811, 1.1253, 3.5771, 1.7024, 2.2284, and 2.2221 g L^-1, respectively, and the EC50 values of 1,2-dimethoxy-4（2-propenyl） benzene were 0.1021, 0.0997, 0.0805, 0.1742, 0.1503, 0.1853, and 0.1924 g L^-1, respectively. 1,2-Dimethoxy-4（2-propenyl） benzene also inhibited spores germination of T. paradoxa （de Seynes） V. Hohnel and F. oxysporum f. sp. niveum （E. F. Smith） Syn. et Hans., with the inhibitory rates of 98.81 and 100% at a concentration of 0.4 g L^-1 after 8 h, respectively. 1,2-Dimethoxy-4（2-propenyl） benzene is a potential botanical antifungal agent for controling of plant fungal diseases.
