相位解包裹在众多领域应用中都占有重要地位,但总会受到噪声的影响,尤其是散斑噪声。为了去除散斑噪声对包裹相位图的影响,并从中恢复出实际的相位值,采用两步法进行了理论分析和实验论证,从不同程度散斑噪声包裹的相位中恢复出绝对相位。以swin-UNet-denoise网络为基础,将swin block中的归一化层后置,并用余弦相似度计算注意力值,然后将相对位移偏移替换为对数位置偏移,并在上采样模块融合反卷积层以此提升网络的去噪能力;将去噪结果通过最小二乘法解包裹,再通过中值滤波获得绝对相位。结果表明,结构相似度为99.77%,峰值信噪比为39.98,均方根误差为0.4864,平均绝对误差为0.4302。所有网络只在300组仿真数据集上进行训练验证,证明即使在小样本的条件下,该研究也能为更快速、更高效、更准确地实现带有散斑噪声的相位解包裹提供参考。

We investigate analytically the effect of initial stress in piezoelectric layered structures loaded with viscous liquid on the dispersive and attenuated characteristics of Love waves, which involves a thin piezoelectric layer bonded perfectly to an unbounded elastic substrate. The effects of initial stress in the piezoelectric layer and the viscous coefficient of the liquid on the phase velocity of Love waves are analyzed. Numerical results are presented and discussed. The analytical method and the results can be useful for the design of chemical and biosensing liquid sensors.

目的探究雷公藤红素(tripterine,TRI)抑制肝癌细胞(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)进展的新机制。方法利用不同浓度(0、0.5、2和8μmol·L-1)TRI作用于肝癌细胞,然后利用CCK-8、细胞克隆、Transwell和蛋白免疫印迹等实验方法评估细胞表型和可能机制;再利用siRNA将靶基因GSDME进行干扰,确定GSDME的作用;最后使用移植肿瘤模型验证TRI在体内抑制HCC细胞的生长的机制。结果TRI可抑制HCC细胞增殖、克隆和侵袭,促进细胞焦亡。免疫印迹结果显示,TRI处理后肝细胞癌HepG2或Hepa1-6中GSDME表达均上调,同时cleaved caspase-3和PARP也明显升高。敲除GSDME后可部分逆转TRI诱导的细胞焦亡。同时GSDME敲低后的细胞具有更强的克隆和迁移能力,且与单独的TRI治疗组相比,细胞凋亡率降低。在体内实验中,TRI抑制可HCC肿瘤生长,TRI+siGSDME组小鼠肿瘤生长速度比单独TRI治疗组快。此外,TRI刺激后HepG2和Hepa1-6细胞中p-eIF2a、ATF4均升高。免疫荧光结果显示,TRI刺激后HepG2和Hepa1-6细胞中ATF4阳性细胞数呈剂量依赖性增加。结论TRI抑制肝癌细胞生长和侵袭可能与其调控ATF4/caspase-3/GSDME信号通路促进肝癌细胞焦亡有关。

Na_(2)O-doped(up to 3mol%Na in the melt)LiNbO_(3) crystals have been grown by the Czochraski *** experimental results show that Na_(2)O dopants can increase the ability of LiNbO_(3) to resist light-induced optical damage,but the photorefraction of LiNbO_(3):Na(3 mol%)is larger than that of LiNbO_(3):Na(1 mol%)and the absorption edge of the former crystal has a longer wavelength compared with that of the *** two abnormal phenomena were interpreted as that some ilmenite structure(NaNbO_(3))regions are formed in doped LiNbO_(3) crystals with the increasing dopant concentration of Na_(2)O.

In this study,we have fabricated molecularly imprinted polypyrrole(PPy) packed electrode columns and investigated their effects on separation of tryptophan(Trp) enantiomers by using potential *** results indicate that the imprinted PPy electrode columns could efficiently enhance the L-Trp uptake and separate Trp enantiomers effectively,implying the great potential for the enantioselective recognition of other amino acids enantiomers.

The purpose of this study was to prepare a proof-of-concept CO_(2) adsorbing material based on a new amine grafted silica aerogel microsphere(AGSAM)that could be used on both fixed and fluidized beds.A low-cost water glass and environment-friendly water were used as precursor and solvent of the silica aerogel,*** silica aerogel microsphere(SAM)was prepared by dropping the siliceous solution into hot oil *** effect of the pH value of the siliceous solution,stirring speed and stirring paddle position on the sphericity and size of the SAM was *** SAM with good sphericity was obtained when the pH value was 5.69–*** mean diameter of the SAM decreased from 5 to 1 mm when the stirring speed increased from 1000 to 2000 *** SAM with excellent sphericity was prepared when the paddle was placed on the top of the oil *** the paddle was placed at the middle and bottom of the oil bath,some liquid drops aggregated together and formed large *** was obtained by grafting the amine groups onto the framework of the silica gel *** CO2 adsorption capacity of the AGSAM was 1.04 mmol g^(-1) with 1%CO2 at 300 mL min^(-1).The AGSAM with 4,3.2,2 and 1 mm in diameters had the fluidizing velocities of 0.531,0.425,0.265 and 0.159 m s^(-1),*** AGSAM with different sizes met different fluidizing conditions.

Background： Currently, drug-eluting balloon （DEB） appears to be an attractive alternative option for the treatment of in-stent restenosis （ISR）. Nevertheless, the clinical outcomes of DEB have seldom been compared to those of new-generation drug-eluting stent （DES）. Thus, this meta-analysis aimed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of DEB compared to those of new-generation DES in the treatment of ISR. Methods： A comprehensive search of electronic databases including PubMed, EMBASE, and Cochrane Library up to November 2, 2017 was performed to identify pertinent articles comparing DEB to new-generation DES for the treatment of ISR. In addition, conference proceedings for the scientific sessions of the American College of Cardiology, American Heart Association, European Society of Cardiology, Transcatheter Cardiovascular Therapeutics, and EuroPCR were also searched. The primary endpoint was target lesion revascularization （TLR） at the longest follow-up. Dichotomous variables were presented as risk ratios （RRs） with 95% confidence intervals （C/s）, while the overall RRs were estimated using the Mantel-Haenszel random-effects model. Results： Five randomized controlled trials （RCTs） and eight observational studies involving 2743 patients were included in the present meta-analysis. Overall, DEB was comparable to new-generation DES in terms ofTLR （RR = 1.24, 95% CI： 0.89-1.72, P = 0.21 ）, cardiac death （RR = 1.55, 95% CI： 0.89-2.71, P= 0.12）, major adverse cardiovascular event （RR = 1.21,95% CI： 0.98-1.48, P = 0.07）, myocardial infarction （RR = 1.12, 95% CI： 0.72-1.76, P = 0.62）, and stent thrombosis （RR = 0.95, 95% CI： 0.38-2.42, P associated with higher risk of all-cause mortality than new-generation DES （RR = 1.65, 95% CI： 1.09-2.50, P = true in the real-world observational studies （RR = 1.79, 95% CI： 1.12-2.88, P = 0.02）. Signal characteristics of coal and rock dynamics with micro-seismic monitoring technique

In this study, differences of signal characteristics between mine shocks and coal and gas outbursts in coal mines were examined with the micro-seismic monitoring technique and time-frequency analysis. The duration of the mine shock is short while the coal and gas outburst lasts longer. The outburst consists of three stages： the pre-shock, secondary shock and main shock stage, respectively. The velocity amplitude of the mine shock is between 10 s and 10-3 m/s, which is higher than that of the outburst with the same energy level. In addition, in both cases, the correlation between the velocity amplitude and energy is positive while the correlation between the signal frequency band distribution and energy is negative. The signal frequency band of the high energy mine shock is distributed between 0 and 50 Hz, and the low energy mine shock is between 50 and 100 Hz. The fractal characteristics of mine shocks were studied based on a fractal theory. The box dimensions of high energy mine shocks are lower than the low energy ones, however, the box dimensions of outbursts are higher than that of mine shocks with the same energy level. The higher box dimensions indicate more dangerous dynamic events.
