Dzyaloshinskii–Moriya interaction(DMI)is considered as one of the most important energies for specific chiral textures such as magnetic *** keys of generating DMI are the absence of structural inversion symmetry and exchange energy with spin–orbit ***,a vast majority of research activities about DMI are mainly limited to heavy metal/ferromagnet bilayer systems,only focusing on their ***,we report an asymmetric band formation in a superlattices(SL)which arises from inversion symmetry breaking in stacking order of atomic layers,implying the role of bulk-like *** bulk DMI is more than 300%larger than simple sum of interfacial ***,the asymmetric band is largely affected by strong spin–orbit coupling,showing crucial role of a heavy metal even in the non-interfacial origin of *** work provides more degrees of freedom to design chiral magnets for spintronics applications.

一种典型的时间性的感觉是对于闪烁灯光缺失基频的现象.对此可用从信号的自相关函数(ACF)中导出的时间性因子加以描述.此方法与关于复音的音调评价所采用的方法相类似.此外,视觉的空间感,例如纹理感,包括对比、韵律和粗糙度,这些感觉也可用从灰度的ACF中导出的因子加以描述.其主观优选条件已经从其与时间和空间因子的关系中找出.文中还发现大脑的活动与对视觉有关的时间性因子的主观优选具有良好的对应性,当时间因子改变时,左脑的α波形更为显著.该理论结合时间和空间值可应用于实现更佳的视觉环境.此项关于时间性设计的新概念也可应用于建筑与环境设计中,人们可从2001年以来发表于网页http://***/中的文献里得到更多的关于JTD的信息.

MicorRNA (miRNA) is a small noncoding RNA and a miRNA is the gene. The identification of the human miRNA gene and its application have been performed and then it has been proceeding to explain about functioning of miRNAs in miRNA-messenger RNA targeting, profiling of miRNAs for diseases, transduction of the miRNA gene expression, production of human-induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells by miRNA, embryonic stem (ES) cells and cancer development upon miRNA. The RNA information supplied by the miRNA gene, and the RNA gene information could expand to intracellular, intercellular, intraorgan, interorgan, intraspecies and interspecies. Therefore, the implantation of ES and iPS cells from donors would deliver xenotropic miRNAs to the acceptor. The therapeutic efficacy for treatment of iPS-derived cell implantation is the most important for clinical development of the stem cell researches but the xenotropic miRNA gene assessment with iPS-derived cells should substantially be completed for a safe and an exact application of the stem cell researches.

It is a natural process of the development of technology that isolated findings are synthesized for the solution of problems for each country. We previously introduced an idea to solve one of serious global problems, i.e. energy consumption and risks threating present and future mankind. The Resilient Smart City is one of concepts in the re-adjustment of energy consumption, global warming and the increase of risks. It uses disaster mitigation information, especially the earthquake early warning (EEW) and earthquake predictions. As for EEW, Japan has had an extensive system since 2007, and has proved that the system works well enough to save considerable amount of human lives and important facilities at the times of several major earthquakes. Another tool is nothing but the earthquake prediction. Progress of seismo-electromagnetics can contribute to solving those needs. Here we present a summary of our works concerning earthquake prediction in these 30 years.

<i>Spitzer</i>IRAC Colors of Nebulae Associated with Star-Forming Regions

Star-forming regions are often associated with nebulosity. In this study, we investigated infrared diffuse emission in Spitzer IRAC images. The infrared nebula L1527 traces outflows emanating from a low-mass protostar. The nebular color is consistent with the color of a stellar photosphere with large extinction. Nebulae around the HII region W5-East are bright in the infrared. These colors are consistent with the model color of dust containing polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (PAH). The strength of ultraviolet irradiation of the nebulae and the small dust fraction were deduced from the infrared colors of the nebulae. We found that the edges of the nebulae are irradiated by strong ultraviolet radiation and have abundant small dust. Dust at the surface of the molecular cloud is thought to be destroyed by ultraviolet radiation from an early-type star.

Recent studies are focusing on the distribution of water mass because the mixture region of water mass is highly related to the rich fishing grounds[Yasuda I.,Watanabe Y.,***.3(3):172–181,1994].Due to the large data size and time-varying property,efficient exploration and visualization of the ocean data is always extremely *** extract the dynamic behaviors of the water mass and its mixture from a large-scale simulated ocean dataset,we developed an efficient visualization system by applying our volume compression method and our volume rendering *** system allows us to investigate the time-varying distributions of ocean physical properties,additionally from the user’s perspective and *** the experiments,we show the generality and expressiveness by applying our system for single-and multi-property visualizations to find some significant ocean water ***,we could obtain a clear visualization result to show the dynamic behaviors of the mixture of water mass for simulation data regarding a location in the northwestern Pacific near Japan.

We report the results of optical spectroscopic monitoring observations of a T Tauri star, V409 Tau. A previous photometric study indicated that this star experienced dimming events due to the obscuration of light from the central star with a distorted circumstellar disk. We conducted medium-resolution (R ~10,000) spectroscopic observations with 2-m Nayuta telescope at Nishi-Harima Astronomical Observatory. Spectra were obtained in 18 nights between November 2015 and March 2016. Several absorption lines such as Ca I and Li, and the Hαemission line were confirmed in the spectra. The Ic-band magnitudes of V409 Tau changed by approximately 1 magnitude during the observation epoch. The equivalent widths of the five absorption lines are roughly constant despite changes in the Ic-band magnitudes. We conclude that the light variation of the star is caused by the obscuration of light from the central star with a distorted circumstellar disk, based on the relationship between the equivalent widths of the absorption lines and the Ic-band magnitudes. The blue component of the Hαemission line was dominant during the observation epoch, and an inverse P Cygni profile was observed in eight of the spectra. The time-variable inverse P Cygni profile of the Hαemission line indicates unsteady mass accretion from the circumstellar disk to the central star.

Placement of percutaneous transhepatic biliary stent using a silicone drain with channels

This report describes a method for percutaneous transhepatic biliary stenting with a BLAKE Silicone Drain, and discusses the usefulness of placement of the drain connected to a J-VAC Suction Reservoir for the treatment of stenotic hepaticojejunostomy. Percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage was performed under ultrasonographic guidance in a patient with stenotic hepaticojejunostomy after hepatectomy for hepatic hilum malignancy. The technique used was as follows. After dilatation of the drainage root, an 11-FF tube with several side holes was passed through the stenosis of the hepaticojejunostomy. A 10-Fr BLAKE Silicone Drain is flexible, which precludes onestep insertion. One week after insertion of the 11-Fr tube, a 0.035-inch guidewire was inserted into the tube. After removal of the 11-Fr tube, the guidewire was put into the channel of a 10-Fr BLAKE Silicone Drain. The drain was inserted into the jejunal limb through the intrahepatic bile duct and was connected to a J-VAC Suction Reservoir. Low-pressure continued suction was applied. Patients can be discharged after insertion of the 10-Fr BLAKE Silicone Drain connected to the J-VAC Suction Reservoir. Placement of a percutaneous transhepaUc biliary stent using a 10-Fr BLAKE Silicone Drain connected to a J-VAC Suction Reservoir is useful for the treatment of stenotic hepaticojejunostomy.
