Within the consistent daily rhythm of human life,intervertebral discs endure a variety of complex loads beyond the influences of gravity and muscle forces,leading to significant morphological changes(in terms of volume,area,and height)as well as biomechanical alterations,including an increase in disc stiffness and a decrease in intradiscal ***,the discs demonstrate an ability to regain their original morphological and biomechanical characteristics after a period of nocturnal *** preservation of normal disc function is critically dependent on this recovery phase,which serves to forestall premature disc *** phenomenon of disc recovery has been extensively documented through numerous in vivo studies employing advanced clinical techniques such as Magnetic Resonance Imaging(MRI),stadiometry,and intradiscal pressure ***,the findings from in vitro studies present a more complex picture,with reports varying between full recovery and only partial recuperation of the disc ***,research focusing on degenerated discs in vitro has shed light on the quantifiable impact of degeneration on the disc ability to *** dynamics within the disc are considered a primary factor in recovery,yet the disc intricate multiscale structure and its viscoelastic properties also play key *** elements interact in complex ways to influence the recovery mechanism,particularly in relation to the overall health of the *** objective of this review is to collate,analyze,and critically evaluate the existing body of in vivo and in vitro research on this topic,providing a comprehensive understanding of disc recovery *** understanding offers a blueprint for future advancements in medical treatments and bionic engineering solutions designed to mimic,support,and enhance the natural recovery processes of intervertebral discs.

Optimal combination of the correction model and parameters for the precision geometric correction of UAV hyperspectral images

Nowadays,with the rapid development of quantitative remote sensing represented by high-resolution UAV hyperspectral remote sensing observation technology,people have put forward higher requirements for the rapid preprocessing and geometric correction accuracy of hyperspectral *** optimal geometric correction model and parameter combination of UAV hyperspectral images need to be determined to reduce unnecessary waste of time in the preprocessing and provide high-precision data support for the application of UAV hyperspectral *** this study,the geometric correction accuracy under various geometric correction models(including affine transformation model,local triangulation model,polynomial model,direct linear transformation model,and rational function model)and resampling methods(including nearest neighbor resampling method,bilinear interpolation resampling method,and cubic convolution resampling method)were ***,the distribution,number,and accuracy of control points were analyzed based on the control variable method,and precise ground control points(GCPs)were *** results showed that the average geometric positioning error of UAV hyperspectral images(at 80 m altitude AGL)without geometric correction was as high as 3.4041 m(about 65 pixels).The optimal geometric correction model and parameter combination of the UAV hyperspectral image(at 80 m altitude AGL)used a local triangulation model,adopted a bilinear interpolation resampling method,and selected 12 edgemiddle distributed *** correction accuracy could reach 0.0493 m(less than one pixel).This study provides a reference for the geometric correction of UAV hyperspectral images.

Influence of Microorganisms Effective against Basal Rot and on Agronomic Parameters of Onion [Allium cepa L. (Amaryllidaceae)]

Onions are a horticultural crop of great economic, dietary and medicinal importance, and are highly prized by the Ivorian population. however, production remains low, due to a number of constraints, including parasitic attacks. The most frequent is fusariosis caused by Fusarium sp., a pathogen that causes enormous damage to onion crops. Faced with these attacks, chemical control appears to be ineffective, with consequences for human health and the environment. This is why the search for effective alternative methods that respect the environment and human health is so necessary. It is in this context that this study was carried out, with the general aim of controlling fusarium wilt in onion crops, with a view to improving onion production in Ivory Coast through the use of effective microorganisms. The experimental set-up used for this purpose was a fisher block with complete randomization, comprising three replicates. A fungal spore concentration of 106 spore/mL of Fusarium sp., three doses (1%;2.5% and 5% v/v) of EM and one dose of a chemical fungicide (30 mL/16L) were tested on young onion plants. Each block consisted of nine sub-plots with nine treatments. health parameters (incidence and severity) and agronomic parameters (growth and yield) were assessed. Microbiological analysis of the EM revealed the presence of nine morphotypes of Trichoderma sp., Aspergillus clavatus, Aspergillus flavus, Aspergillus sp., Penicillium sp., Rhizopus sp., lactic acid bacteria of the Bacillus family and the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Field experimentation showed that the 5% EM microbial solution reduced the incidence and severity of fusariosis compared with the chemical fungicide, and proved to be the best. This dose reduced yield losses by 7.14%, while improving onion growth and yield by over 5%. The results demonstrated the ability of the EM solution to effectively control the causal agent of basal rot in onion crops.

Study and Application of Polarographic Catalytic wave of Chlordiazepoxide in the Presence of Persulfate

Polarographic catalytic wave of chlordiazepoxide in the presence of K 2S 2O 8 was studied in aqueous and DMF/h 2O mixed solutions. The results showed that a single reduction wave in alkaline medium was the reduction of the N=C bond in 1,2 position of chlordiazepoxide via an intermediate free radical in two one electron successive additions. When K 2S 2O 8 was present, the free radical of the N=C bond was oxidized to regenerate the original, producing a parallel catalytic wave of chlordiazepoxide. It was determined that the apparent rate constant k f of the oxidation reaction was 3.2×10 3 mol -1 ·L·s -1 . Using the catalytic wave the trace of chlordiazepoxide can be determined by linear potential scan polarography. In Nh 3/Nh 4Cl (ph 10.2±0.1, 0.12 mol/L)/K 2S 2O 8 (0.016 mol/L) supporting electrolyte, the second order derivative peak current of the catalytic wave was rectilinear to chlordiazepoxide concentration in the range of 3.20×10 -8 -1.60×10 -7 , 1.60×10 -7 -1.44×10 -6 and 1.44 ×10 -6 -1.44×10 -5 mol/L, respectively. The limit of detection was 9.0×10 -9 mol/L.

Crystal structure and luminescence dynamics of highly pure LiM(PO_(3))_(3):Eu^(3+)(M=Sr,Ca) red phosphors for white light emitting diodes

highly pure red phosphors LiM(PO_(3))_(3):Eu^(3+)(M=Sr,Ca) doped with Eu^(3+)(1 mol%) were synthesized via solution combustion method and their crystal structure and luminescence dynamics were studied to explore its suitability in white light emitting *** Rietveld refinement analysis of the powder Xray diffraction patterns reveals that the phosphors belong to the pure triclinic phase of LiSr(PO_(3))_(3) and LiCa(PO_(3)) with space group P-1(2).The scanning electron microscopy images showed the agglomerated *** photoluminescence emission spectra under 393 nm show an orange band at 594 nm and a red band at 613 nm ascribed to ^(5)D_(0)→^(7)F_(1).^(5)D_(0)→^(7)F_(2) transitions of Eu^(3+)ion in both the ***,the spectroscopic properties such as luminescence behaviour,and Stark splitting were used to examine the symmetry of Eu^(3+)ions in LiM(PO_(3))_(3):Es^(3+)(M=Sr,Ca) phosphors in terms of distortion induced upon *** Stark splitting shows that the actual site symmetry for Eu^(3+)ion was estimated to be D_(2) type for both *** photometric properties of LiCa(PO_(3))_(3):Eu^(3+)such as Commission International de l'Eclairage coordinates(x=0.64,y=0.36) near to the standard one(red),high color purity(95%) and higher brightness reveal that the phosphor has the capability of acting as a red component in n-UV white light emitting diodes.

Influence of recycled polyethylene terephthalate fibres on plastic shrinkage and mechanical properties of concrete

Polyethylene terephthalate bottles production has drastically increased year after year due to high versatility of polyethylene terephthalate plastics and considerable consumption of *** tandem with that increase,the major concern of society has been the improper disposal of this non-biodegradable material to the *** deal with this concern,recycled polyethylene terephthalate bottles were incorporated in concrete as fibre reinforcements in this *** objective of this research is to evaluate the mechanical properties of recycled polyethylene terephthalate fibre reinforced concrete(RPFRC)in comparison with control concrete without *** terephthalate fibres with three different diameters(0.45,0.65,and 1.0 mm)and two lengths(20 and 30 mm)were added at various proportions(0.5%,1.0%,1.5%and 2.0%)by volume of concrete in order to determine the effect of fibres initially on compressive,flexural and splitting tensile strengths of *** results revealed that none of the fibres have detrimental effects up to 1%volume fraction,however further addition caused slight reductions on mechanical properties in some *** shrinkage resistance and impact resistance tests were also performed according to related *** terephthalate fibres were observed to have marked improvements on those *** a good performance could be attributed primarily to the bridging effect of fibres.

【目的】通过分析树兰原球茎内生细菌群落组成、多样性特征和促生功能,探究树兰种子萌发相关的核心细菌类群及生物学功能。【方法】以树兰原球茎(树兰种子在树皮基质上共生萌发、在树叶基质上共生萌发、在MS1培养基上非共生萌发)和共生萌发基质(松树皮、腐熟树叶)共5个样本为研究材料,采用高通量测序技术分析不同萌发条件下原球茎内生细菌的16Sr Rna基因多样性,比较分析细菌群落多样性和物种组成特征,通过传统的内生细菌分离方法获得共生萌发原球茎内生细菌菌株,并进行促生潜力评价。【结果】从5个研究样本中共获得2735个可操作分类单元(operational taxonomic unit,OTU),属于41门453科876属,其中变形菌门(Proteobacteria)和放线菌门(Actinobacteria)为优势门。主坐标分析(principal coordinates analysis,PCo A)结果表明,树兰原球茎与萌发基质细菌群落结构存在差异,非共生萌发原球茎与在树皮基质上共生萌发原球茎内生细菌群落结构最为接近。功能预测表明,在树叶基质上共生萌发的原球茎内生细菌固氮功能显著高于其他萌发条件。通过分离培养,共获得内生细菌19株,分属12属16种,其中鞭毛膨胀芽孢杆菌(Tumebacillus flagellatus)、Bradyrhizobium cenepequi和人参腐殖土魏茨曼氏菌(Weizmannia ginsengihumi)为共生萌发原球茎共有种;韩国假单胞菌(Pseudomonas koreensis)和***兼具有溶磷、产吲哚乙酸(indole-3-acetic acid,IAA)和铁载体的潜在能力。【结论】在不同环境中萌发的树兰原球茎均有丰富的内生细菌群落定殖;从共生萌发原球茎中分离的内生细菌具有固氮、溶磷、产IAA和铁载体等促生功能。本研究为兰科植物种子萌发相关微生物资源挖掘及兰科植物与微生物互作研究提供科学依据。

Cobalt-based alloy(Co-30Cr-5.5Mo)is produced by the investment casting *** alloy complies with the ASTM F75 standard and is widely used in the manufacturing of orthopedic implants because of its high strength,good corrosion resistance and excellent biocompatibility ***,XRD and microhardness tests are used to examine the mechanical properties of the *** examined material exhibits the behaviour of indentation size effect(ISE).Our results reveal that Vickers and Knoop microhardness are dependent on indentation test *** traditional Meyer's law,the proportional specimen resistance(PSR)model and the hays-Kendall model(hK)are used to analyze the load dependence of the *** a result,the hays-Kendall model is found to be the most effective to determine the load-independent hardness hLI of CoCrMo alloy.
