RAS mutations occur in approximately 30%of tumors worldwide and have a poor prognosis due to limited *** targeting of KRAS g12C has achieved significant success in recent years,but there is still a lack of efficient therapeutic approaches for tumors with non-g12C KRAS mutations.A highly promising approach is to target the MAPK pathway downstream of RAS,with a particular focus on RAF ***-generation RAF inhibitors have been authorized to treat BRAF mutant tumors for over a ***,their use in RAS-mutated tumors is not recommended due to the paradoxical ERK activation mainly caused by RAF *** address the issue of RAF dimerization,type II RAF inhibitors have emerged as leading *** clinical studies have shown the initial effectiveness of these agents against RAS mutant ***,type II RAF inhibitors in combination with MEK or ERK inhibitors have demonstrated impressive efficacy in RAS mutant *** review aims to clarify the importance of RAF dimerization in cellular signaling and resistance to treatment in tumors with RAS mutations,as well as recent progress in therapeutic approaches to address the problem of RAF dimerization in RAS mutant tumors.

With the maturity and development of 5g field,Mobile Edge CrowdSensing(MECS),as an intelligent data collection paradigm,provides a broad prospect for various applications in ***,sensing users as data uploaders lack a balance between data benefits and privacy threats,leading to conservative data uploads and low revenue or excessive uploads and privacy *** solve this problem,a Dynamic Privacy Measurement and Protection(DPMP)framework is proposed based on differential privacy and reinforcement ***,a DPM model is designed to quantify the amount of data privacy,and a calculation method for personalized privacy threshold of different users is also ***,a Dynamic Private sensing data Selection(DPS)algorithm is proposed to help sensing users maximize data benefits within their privacy ***,theoretical analysis and ample experiment results show that DPMP framework is effective and efficient to achieve a balance between data benefits and sensing user privacy protection,in particular,the proposed DPMP framework has 63%and 23%higher training efficiency and data benefits,respectively,compared to the Monte Carlo algorithm.

A deep understanding of the electricity generation mechanism from the interaction between water molecules and carbon material surfaces is attractive for next-generation water-based energy conversion and storage ***,an asymmetric generator was assembled based on functionalized carbon nanotubes films to investigate the relative contribution from various oxygen functional groups on carbon surface to the water-electrical *** and calculations demonstrate that the electricity mainly originates from the water molecule adsorption by carboxyl groups and dissociation of functional groups on carbon surface,which leads to the formation of electrical double layers at *** device allows the electricity generation with a variety of water sources,such as deionized water,tap water,as well as *** particular,the generator based on carboxyl carbon nanotubes can induce a voltage of over 200 mV spontaneously in natural seawater with the power density of about 0.11 mW·g^(−1).High voltages can be achieved easily through the series-connection strategy to power electronic products such as a liquid crystal *** work reveals the dominant role of carboxyl groups in carbon-based water–electricity conversion and is expected to offer inspiration for the preparation of carbon materials with high electrical performance.

In Fenton-like oxidation,the catalyst directly influences the reaction mechanism for the degradation of pollutants from ***,a α-MnO_(2)catalyst(OAm-1)was synthesized via a self-assembly method with the assistance of a ***-1 possessed a large specific surface area of_(2)21 m2/g,abundant mesoporous structures and a large proportion of Mn(III).Further characterization exhibited that OAm-1 had abundant oxygen vacancies and excellent reducibility and *** adsorption and catalytic ability of OAm-1 were studied in the degradation of oxytetracycline(OTC)via the activation of hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2)).Through the radical quenching experiments,electron resonance spectroscopy(EPR),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)analysis,Mn(III)of OAm-1 was proved to be the active sites for the chemisorption of *** electrochemical ex-periments and analysis have shown that a process of electron transfer mediated by OAm-1 occurred be-tween the pollutant and H_(2)O_(2)during a Fenton-like *** work experimentally verifies the elec-tron transfer process dominated nonradical mechanism overα-MnO_(2),which is helpful for understanding the catalytic mechanism of the Fenton-like oxidation.

High-voltage and fast-charging LiCoO_(2)(LCO)is key to high-energy/power-density Li-ion ***,unstable surface structure and unfavorable electronic/ionic conductivity severely hinder its high-voltage fast-charging ***,we construct a Li/Na-B-Mg-Si-O-F-rich mixed ion/electron interface network on the 4.65 V LCO electrode to enhance its rate capability and long-term cycling ***,the resulting artificial hybrid conductive network enhances the reversible conversion of Co^(3+)/^(4+)/O_(2)/nredox by the interfacial ion–electron cooperation and suppresses interface side reactions,inducing an ultrathin yet compact cathode electrolyte ***,the derived near-surface Na+/Mg2+/Si^(4+)-pillared local intercalation structure greatly promotes the Li^(+)diffusion around the 4.55 V phase transition and stabilizes the cathode ***,excellent 3 C(1 C=274 mA g1)fast charging performance is demonstrated with 73.8%capacity retention over 1000 *** findings shed new insights to the fundamental mechanism of interfacial ion/electron synergy in stabilizing and enhancing fast-charging cathode materials.

The evaluation of urban underground space(UUS)suitability involves multiple *** weight to these indicators is crucial for accurate *** paper presents a method for spatially variable weight assignment of indicators using the order relation analysis method(g1-method),the entropy weight method,an improved grey relational analysis(gRA)and a set of spatial weight adjustment ***,the subjective and objective weights of indicators for engineering geological and hydrogeological conditions were determined by the g1-method and entropy weight method,respectively,and their combined weights were then obtained using the principle of minimum discriminatory *** study highlighted the impact of surface restrictions,such as buildings,on UUS,and the degree of the influence of these buildings gradually decreased with the increase in depth of the rock and soil mass in UUS,which resulted in changes in weights of indicators with *** address this issue,a coefficient was defined as the standardized value of the ratio of additional stress applied by restrictions to the self-weight stress of soil at the same depth to modify the combined weights so that all weights of indicators could vary in ***,an improved gRA was used to determine the suitability level of each evaluation cell using the maximum correlation *** method was applied to the 3D suitability evaluation of UUS in Sanlong Bay,Foshan City,guangdong Province,China,including 16 evaluation *** study comprehensively considered the influence of multiple factors,thereby providing reference for evaluating the suitability of UUS in big cities.
