Because of their large volume variation and inferior electrical conductivity,Mn_(3)O_(4)-based oxide anode materials have short cyclic lives and poor rate capability,which obstructs their development.In this study,we successfully prepared a Mn_(3)O_(4)/N-doped honeycomb carbon composite using a smart and facile synthetic method.The Mn_(3)O_(4)nanopolyhedra are grown on N-doped honeycomb carbon,which evidently mitigates the volume change in the charging and discharging processes but also improves the electrochemical reaction kinetics.More importantly,the Mn-O-C bond in the Mn_(3)O_(4)/N-doped honeycomb carbon composite benefits electrochemical reversibility.These features of the Mn_(3)O_(4)/N-doped honeycomb carbon(NHC)composite are responsible for its superior electrochemical performance.When used for Li-ion batteries,the Mn_(3)O_(4)/N-doped honeycomb carbon anode exhibits a high reversible capacity of 598 mAh·g^(−1)after 350 cycles at 1 A·g^(−1).Even at 2 A·g^(−1),the Mn_(3)O_(4)/NHC anode still delivers a high capacity of 472 mAh·g^(−1).This work provides a new prospect for synthesizing and developing manganese-based oxide materials for energy storage.

Plasmonics based on localized surface plasmon resonance （LSPR） has found many exciting appli- cations recently. Those applications usually require a good morphological and structural control of metallic nanostructures. Oblique angle deposition （OAD） has been demonstrated as a powerful technique for various plasmonic applications due to its advantages in controlling the size, shape, and composition of metallic nanostructures. In this review, we focus on the fabrication of metallic nanostructures by OAD and their applications in plasmonics. After a brief introduction to OAD technique, recent progress of applying OAD in fabricating noble metallic nanostructures for LSPR sensing, surface-enhanced Raman scattering, surface-enhanced infrared absorption, metal-enhanced fluorescence, and metamaterials, and their corresponding properties are reviewed. The future requirements for OAD plasmonics applications are also discussed.

Fluid Charging and Paleo-pressure Evolution in the Ledong Slope Zone of the Yinggehai Basin,South China Sea

Large numbers of gas reservoirs have been discovered in overpressure basins.Fluid charging has a close relationship with paleo-pressure evolution,affecting the migration of gas reservoirs.To study fluid charging and the related pressure system,we analyzed burial histories and fluid inclusion(PVTx)simulations and conducted basin modeling of the Ledong Slope Zone in the Yinggehai Basin as an example.On the basis of fluid-inclusion assemblages(FIAs),homogenization temperature(Th),final melting temperature(Tm,ice)and Raman spectroscopy in fluid inclusions,there are three stages of fluid charging:during the first and second stage,methane-dominated fluid was charged at 2.2–1.7 Ma and 1.7–0.9 Ma,respectively.In the third stage,CO_(2)-rich hydrothermal fluid was charged since 0.9 Ma.It could be concluded from the well-logging data that the disequilibrium compaction in the Yinggehai Fm.,along with the fluid expansion and clay diagenesis in the Huangliu and Meishan formations,resulted in the overpressure in the Ledong slope zone.The evolution of paleo-pressure was affected by the sedimentation rate of the Yinggehai Fm.,as well as the hydrocarbon generation rate.Additionally,the Ledong Slope Zone is less affected by diapir activity than the nearby diapir area.Based on fluid inclusions,paleo-pressure,basin modeling and geological background,the gas migration history of the Ledong Slope Zone can be divided into four stages:in the first stage,excess pressure was formed around 5 Ma;from 2.2 to 1.7 Ma,there was a reduction in the charging of hydrocarbon fluid and steadily increasing excess pressure;during the 1.7–0.9 Ma period a large amount of hydrocarbon was generated,excess pressure increasing significantly and hydraulic fractures forming in mudstones,With gas reservoirs developing in structural highs;since 0.9 Ma,CO_(2)-rich hydrothermal fluid accumulated in reservoirs adjacent to faults and the pressure coefficient remained stable.The research results are helpful in the study of fluid migration and accumulation mechanisms i

生物污损是威胁海工材料安全高效服役的重要因素,因此开发环保、成本低廉的防污材料非常必要。通过一步热分解法分别在450和750℃制备α-MoO_(3)粉末材料,即S450和S750。采用XRD、SEM、FTIR对样品进行表征。结果显示,450和750℃获得的α-MoO_(3)分别表现为纳米级板状结构和微米级长板状结构。利用平板计数法评价2种材料在无光条件下对铜绿假单胞菌(P.aeruginosa)的抗菌性能。结果显示,S450和S750在浓度为0.25、0.5、0.75,和1 mg/mL时,其抗菌率分别为27.3%、99%、100%、100%和16.1%、30.1%、52.3%、73.6%。表明2个条件下获得的α-MoO_(3)在无光条件下均表现出良好的抗菌性能,并且溶液pH值随α-MoO_(3)浓度的升高而降低,Mo离子溶出量随α-MoO_(3)浓度的升高而增加。α-MoO_(3)在无光条件下的抗菌活性源于H3O+和Mo离子溶出的协同作用影响。与S750相比,S450表现出更高的抗菌率,这可能源于S450在溶液中具有更高的溶解度,因而导致更多的H3O+和Mo离子溶出。

目的探究帕金森病实施银杏内酯注射液联合多巴丝肼和普拉克索的治疗效果。方法将该院自2018年12月-2019年12月期间收治的84例帕金森病患者通过计算机表法分为观察组与参照组,各42例,参照组患者实施多巴丝肼和普拉克索治疗,观察组在参照组基础上联合银杏内酯注射液治疗,对比两组患者PARK7、YKL-40、UPDRS评分及临床疗效。结果观察组患者PARK7为(12.69±1.82)μg/L低于参照组的(17.16±2.01)μg/L,YKL-40为(2.85±0.39)ng/mL低于参照组的(3.46±0.52)ng/mL,UPDRS评分为(35.12±3.28)分低于参照组的(41.89±4.34)分,临床疗效为97.62%优于参照组的80.95%,差异有统计学意义(t=10.683、6.081、8.065,χ^(2)=4.480,P<0.05)。结论银杏内酯注射液联合多巴丝肼和普拉克索用于治疗帕金森病疗效显著,可降低血清PARK7及YKL-40水平,改善临床症状。该文以回顾性临床治疗观察对比,以提高PD治疗效果为初衷,并为今后的临床工作提供参考。

Determination of mining-induced stresses using diametral rock core deformations

Knowledge of ground stresses is crucial for ground control activities such as the design of underground openings,selec-tion of support systems,and analysis for stability.However,it is a known fact that far field stresses experience changes in orientation and magnitude due to the presence of geological structures and due to the excavations created by mining activi-ties.As a result,in-situ stresses around drifts,ramps,and stopes in underground mines are quite different from far field or pre-mining stresses.The purpose of this research is to develop a simple and practical methodology for determining in-situ stresses.Stress relief occurs once the rock core is drilled off.Such relief is a function of the surrounding stress field.This study uses exploration rock cores that are drilled off for the purpose of orebody definition in the underground mine.The method measures and analyzes the diametral core deformations in laboratory.Two case studies from operating underground mines are presented for demonstration.In these case studies,rock core deformations are measured with a customized test apparatus and rock samples were prepared and tested for Young's modulus and Poisson's ratio.The differential stress,namely the difference between the local principal stresses in the plane perpendicular to the core rock axis is calculated.It is shown that this methodology is useful for determining the brittle shear ratio in the rock mass,which is of primary interest to ground control studies.

羌塘盆地是一个大型中生代海相沉积盆地,盆地内发育多套烃源岩,并发现多处古油藏和油气显示,确定古油藏油源对油气勘探至关重要.为明确古油藏油源,对古油藏和烃源岩样品进行地球化学分析.研究表明古油藏可分为2类:Ⅰ类古油藏整体处于成熟‒高成熟阶段,C_(24)四环萜烷丰度较高,三环萜烷丰度低,C_(29)规则甾烷占有一定优势,C_(29)藿烷含量较高,体现出以陆源有机质贡献为主的特征.Ⅱ类古油藏整体处于低成熟‒成熟阶段,以C_(23)三环萜烷为主峰,低丰度C_(24)四环萜烷,C_(27)规则甾烷占优势,表明母质来源以低等水生生物为主.油源对比表明,两类古油藏来源于不同的烃源岩,Ⅰ类油藏来自于上三叠统扎那组烃源岩,Ⅱ类油藏主要为下侏罗统曲色组烃源岩的贡献.

Objective:Anlotinib hydrochloride is a multitarget tyrosine kinase inhibitor that targets vascular endothelial growth factor receptor,fibroblast growth factor receptor,platelet-derived growth factor receptor,c-Kit,and c-MET;therefore,it exhibits both antitumor and anti-angiogenetic activities.A phase III trial has shown that anlotinib improved progression-free survival(PFS)and overall survival(OS)in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC),who presented with progressive disease or intolerance after standard chemotherapy.This study aimed to analyze the characteristics of patients receiving anlotinib treatment to determine the dominant populations who are fit for the treatment.Methods:Data were collected from March 2015 to January 2017 from a randomized,double-blind,placebo-controlled,multicenter,phase III trial of anlotinib(ALTER0303).A total of 437 patients were enrolled and randomly allocated(2:1)to the anlotinib and placebo groups.Kaplan–Meier analysis and log-rank test were performed to compare PFS and OS.Cox proportional hazards model was adopted for multivariate prognostic analysis.Results:Multivariate analysis indicated that high post-therapeutic peripheral blood granulocyte/lymphocyte ratio and elevated alkaline phosphatase levels were independent risk factors for PFS.Meanwhile,elevated thyroid-stimulating hormone,blood glucose,and triglyceride levels;hypertension;and hand–foot syndrome were independent protective factors of PFS.High posttherapeutic peripheral blood granulocyte/lymphocyte ratio,an Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group(ECOG)score≥2,and the sum of the maximal target lesion length at baseline were independent risk factors of OS,and hypertriglyceridemia was an independent protective factor of OS.Conclusions:This study preliminarily explored the possible factors that affected PFS and OS after anlotinib treatment in patients with advanced refractory NSCLC,and the baseline characteristics of the therapeutically dominant populations were then identified.

Geological and astronomical observations on the‘‘lava world’’of the rocky planet,with additional theoretical interpretation of Moon’s crustal formation,bring up to the occurrence of the magma ocean and lava ponds,which inherits accretion energy of rocky planetesimal and evolves with subsequent energy releases.Hemispherical or global oceans of silicate melt could be a widespread lava phase after rocky planet accretion as well as large impact and could persist on planets on orbits around other stars for various time scales.The processes of magma ocean formation and solidification change the phases,cause element segregations,and strongly affect the earliest compositional differentiation and volatile content of the terrestrial planets.They form the starting point for cooling to mildly habitable conditions and for the onset of thermally driven solid-state mantle convection.The formation and crystallization of magma oceans also influence the assembly of a core,the origin of a crust,initiation of tectonics,and formation of an atmosphere.It is inevitable to investigate the magma ocean dynamics of such an early period of Earth evolution.This review focuses on the internal dynamics of magma oceans after planetesimal accretion and planetary formation including turbulence,particle motion,and solid-state convection,which determine the associated processes of cooling,crystallization,and convection of magma ocean.Geochemical differentiation is discussed correspondingly.The thermodynamics of equilibration between a magma ocean and an overlying,outgassed atmosphere is also discussed,highlighting the need for more data on volatile solubility in silicate melts.The effect of coupling between magma ocean and solid-state mantle convection is also discussed.
