历史书写与民族认同:大韩帝国历史教科书考察

19世纪末20世纪初,朝鲜半岛脱离传统的中华天下秩序,融入西方世界的“条约体系”。在日本的殖民压力下,大韩帝国艰难地支撑着“独立”之名。朝鲜半岛人将救国的期待寄托于历史教育与书写,官方和民间先后主导编刊了十余部历史教科书,表达了建构民族认同的社会诉求。作为社会转型期的产物,大韩帝国历史教科书受到国内开化改革势力、爱国史家及日本殖民势力的影响,其历史书写混杂了传统“东国”史观、民族主义史观、殖民主义史观等历史观念。历史教科书采取以民族为本位的述史模式,通过始祖建构加强民族起源书写,实现对民族历史的溯源,制造共同的历史记忆,但在传统中华天下秩序中作为“东国”的区域史书写范式及历史观念仍有余响;加之日本殖民势力对朝鲜史书写的介入,导致历史教科书无法再书写独立与自主,大韩帝国覆亡后旋即遭到封禁。在东亚原有政治秩序解体的历史语境下,大韩帝国历史教科书是近代转型期朝鲜半岛史学的显性表达,展现了力图塑造民族认同的逻辑与理路。

针对道路障碍物目标检测任务中多尺度目标检测精度低,以及在不同场景下检测鲁棒性和泛化能力差等问题。改进算法基于传统特征金字塔网络,提出一种自上而下和自下而上结合的双路径特征金字塔网络模块,通过特征拼接和融合操作保留预测特征层中更多的浅层和深层次语义信息。在此基础上,提出一种空间和通道机制串联的注意力网络模块,通过采用不降维的局部跨通道交互策略,进一步提升网络模型检测性能。经实验验证,改进算法相较于原始算法目标检测准确率提升4.6个百分点;小目标检测准确率提升11.76个百分点;中目标检测准确率提升5.78个百分点;大目标检测准确率提升3.7个百分点。

基于“内燥阴伤”探讨滋燥养荣汤改善EGFRIs相关皮肤干燥的理论探讨

Advanced oxidation processes（AOPs）, is defined as those technologies that utilize the hydroxyl radical（·OH） for oxidation, have received increasing attention in the research and development of waste water treatment technologies in the last decades. The efficacy of AOPs depends on the generation of reactive free radicals, the most important of which is the hydroxyl radical（·OH）. This study presents the formation mechanisms of ·OH generated from reactive oxygen species such as O+2, O3 by a strong ionization dielectric barrier discharge and then injected into the duct through a venture tube. Gas and vapors are compressed inside the cavity generating heat, which finally produces a short-lived localized hot spot, creating high local pressures and temperatures. The rate constants for the reactions were determined computationally using the CBS-QB3 composite method combined with conventional transition state theory（TST） and Rice-Ramsberger-Kassel-Marcus/master-equation（RRKM/ME） theory. Thermochemical properties（ΔfHθ, ΔfSθ, and Cp） are evaluated from standard enthalpies of formation, vibrational frequencies, and moments of inertia, according to statistical mechanical principles employing the ChemR ate program. The calculated rate constants are given in reasonable agreement with the values given by our experiments.

The adsorptive separation of C_(2)H_(4)and C_(2)H_(6),as an alternative to distillation units consuming high energy,is a promising yet challenging research.The great similarity in the molecular size of C_(2)H_(4)and C_(2)H_(6)brings challenges to the regulation of adsorbents to realize efficient dynamic separation.Herein,we reported the enhancement of the kinetic separation of C_(2)H_(4)/C_(2)H_(6)by controlling the crystal size of ZnAtzPO_(4)(Atz=3-amino-1,2,4-triazole)to amplify the diffusion difference of C_(2)H_(4)and C_(2)H_(6).Through adjusting the synthesis temperature,reactant concentration,and ligands/metal ions molar ratio,ZnAtzPO4 crystals with different sizes were obtained.Both single-component kinetic adsorption tests and binary-component dynamic breakthrough experiments confirmed the enhancement of the dynamic separation of C_(2)H_(4)/C_(2)H_(6)with the increase in the crystal size of ZnAtzPO_(4).The separation selectivity of C_(2)H_(4)/C_(2)H_(6)increased from 1.3 to 98.5 with the increase in the crystal size of ZnAtzPO_(4).This work demonstrated the role of morphology and size control of adsorbent crystals in the improvement of the C_(2)H_(4)/C_(2)H_(6)kinetic separation performance.

Copper phthalocyanine(CuPc)is adopted as an electrolyte additive to stabilize lithium anode for lithiumsulfur(Li-S)batteries.CuPc with a planar molecular structure and lithiophilic N-containing group,is likely to be adsorbed on the surface of Li anode to form a coating layer,which can restrict the direct contact between Li anode and solvents,and guide the uniform deposition of Li^(+)ions.The Li||Li symmetric cells demonstrate a stable cycle performance,and Li||Cu cells show high Coulombic efficiencies.In Li-S batteries,the formed stable solid-electrolyte interface(SEI)film containing copper sulfides can protect Li anode from the polysulfide corrosion and side reactions with the electrolyte,leading to the compact and smooth surface morphology of Li anode.Therefore,the Li-S batteries with CuPc additive deliver much higher capacity,better cycle performance and rate capability as compared to the one without CuPc additive.

A Multi-Granularity Density Peak Clustering Algorithm Based on Variational Mode Decomposition

Density peak clustering(DPC) can identify cluster centers quickly, without any prior knowledge. It is supposed that the cluster centers have a high density and large distance. However, some real datasets have a hierarchical structure, which will result in local cluster centers having a high density but a smaller distance. DPC is a flat clustering algorithm that searches for cluster centers globally, without considering local differences. To address this issue, a Multi-granularity DPC(MG-DPC) algorithm based on Variational mode decomposition(VMD) is proposed. MG-DPC can find global cluster centers in the coarse-grained space, as well as local cluster centers in the fine-grained space.In addition, the density is difficult to calculate when the dataset has a high dimension.Neighborhood preserving embedding(NPE) algorithm can maintain the neighborhood relationship between samples while reducing the dimensionality. Moreover, DPC requires human experience in selecting cluster centers. This paper proposes a method for automatically selecting cluster centers based on Chebyshev’s inequality. MG-DPC is implemented on the dataset of load-data to realize load classification. The clustering performance is evaluated using five validity indices compared with four typical clustering methods. The experimental results demonstrate that MG-DPC outperforms other comparison methods.

Introduction:Observational studies have revealed an association between waist circumference(WC)and atrial fibrillation(AF).However,it is difficult to infer a causal relationship from observational studies because the observed associations could be confounded by unknown risk factors.Therefore,the causal role of WC in AF is unclear.This study was designed to investigate the causal association between WC and AF using a two-sample Mendelian randomization(MR)analysis.Methods:In our two-sample MR analysis,the genetic variation used as an instrumental variable for MR was acquired from a genome-wide association study(GWAS)of WC(42 single nucleotide polymorphisms with a genetic significance of P<5×10^(-8)).The data of WC(from the Genetic Investigation of ANthropometric Traits consortium,containing 232,101 participants)and the data of AF(from the European Bioinformatics Institute database,containing 55,114 AF cases and 482,295 controls)were used to assess the causal role of WC on AF.Three different approaches(inverse variance weighted[IVW],MR-Egger,and weighted median regression)were used to ensure that our results more reliable.Results:All three MR analyses provided evidence of a positive causal association between high WC and AF.High WC was suggested to increase the risk of AF based on the IVW method(odds ratio[OR]=1.43,95%confidence interval[CI],1.30-1.58,P=2.51×10^(-13)).The results of MR-Egger and weighted median regression exhibited similar trends(MR-Egger OR=1.40[95%CI,1.08-1.81],P=1.61×10^(-2);weighted median OR=1.39[95%CI,1.21-1.61],P=1.62×10^(-6)).MR-Egger intercepts and funnel plots showed no directional pleiotropic effects between high WC and AF.Conclusions:Our findings suggest that greater WC is associated with an increased risk of AF.Taking measures to reduce WC may help prevent the occurrence of AF.

Changes in milk fat globule membrane proteins along lactation stage of Laoshan dairy goat

The milk fat globule membrane(MFGM)is a complex structure with numerous functions,and its composition is affected by many factors.There have been few systematic investigations on goat MFGM proteome profiling during lactation.Individual milk samples from 15 healthy dairy goats were obtained at six lactation time points for investigation of the MFGM proteome using both data-independent acquisition(DIA)and data-dependent acquisition(DDA)proteomics techniques combined with multivariate statistical analysis.Using the DIA method,890 variably abundant MFGM proteins were discovered throughout the lactation cycle.From 1 to 240 d,butyrophilin subfamily 1 member A1,lipoprotein lipase,perilipin-2,and adipose triglyceride lipase were upregulated,while APOE,complement C3,clusterin,and IgG were downregulated.Furthermore,from 1 to 90 d,annexin A1,annexin A2,and antithrombin-ll were downregulated,then upregulated by d 240.Albumin had a high degree of connectedness,indicating that it was a key protein,according to protein-protein interaction research.Overall,our findings gave new insights into the biological features of MFGM protein in goat milk throughout lactation,which may aid in the creation of specialized MFGM products and infant formula.
