SPM-IS: An auto-algorithm to acquire a mature soybean phenotype based on instance segmentation

Mature soybean phenotyping is an important process in soybean breeding;however, the manual process is time-consuming and labor-intensive. Therefore, a novel approach that is rapid, accurate and highly precise is required to obtain the phenotypic data of soybean stems, pods and seeds. In this research, we propose a mature soybean phenotype measurement algorithm called Soybean Phenotype Measure-instance Segmentation(SPM-IS). SPM-IS is based on a feature pyramid network, Principal Component Analysis(PCA) and instance segmentation. We also propose a new method that uses PCA to locate and measure the length and width of a target object via image instance segmentation. After 60,000 iterations, the maximum mean Average Precision(m AP) of the mask and box was able to reach 95.7%. The correlation coefficients R^(2) of the manual measurement and SPM-IS measurement of the pod length, pod width, stem length, complete main stem length, seed length and seed width were 0.9755, 0.9872, 0.9692, 0.9803,0.9656, and 0.9716, respectively. The correlation coefficients R^(2) of the manual counting and SPM-IS counting of pods, stems and seeds were 0.9733, 0.9872, and 0.9851, respectively. The above results show that SPM-IS is a robust measurement and counting algorithm that can reduce labor intensity, improve efficiency and speed up the soybean breeding process.

热网动态特性带来能量传输延时的同时,使得空间上的源荷不确定性对系统造成的影响存在时序上的先后差异,导致电-热互联系统日前调度转变为复杂的时空耦合问题。为此,该文提出一种计及网络动态特性的仿射优化法。首先,利用流量分段法与节点网络模型,构建计及能量传输延时且适用于环网的热网动态模型。在此基础上,利用仿射算法与牛顿-拉夫逊能流计算原理,通过线性化建模方式与模型凸化方法,构建仿射凸优化模型。其次,利用仿射优化法解决电-热互联系统不确定性优化调度问题,实现对源荷不确定性传播轨迹的跟踪及其影响的量化分析。最后,33节点电-热互联系统仿真算例证明,所提方法能够揭示网络动态特性下源荷不确定性影响机理,并获得具有低保守性、高经济性的调度方案。

针对遥感图像背景复杂、目标普遍比较小且呈多尺度分布所导致的目标检测精度较低的问题,提出了一种改进YOLOv6的遥感图像目标检测算法。在骨干网络引入一种坐标注意力模块,以提高复杂背景下模型的特征提取能力和目标定位能力。提出一种上下文增强模块,使模型获取丰富的上下文信息,从而提升模型提取多尺度目标细节信息的能力。为了实现不同尺度特征的自适应融合,通过在颈网络引入一种自适应空间特征融合,提升了多尺度目标尤其是小目标的检测精度。将所提改进算法在遥感图像公开数据集DOTA-v1.0上进行训练并测试,实验结果表明,改进算法的收敛速度与收敛精度均优于原算法,其中AP值达到了54.6%,相比原算法提高了1.4个百分点,同时相比于一些其他目前先进的目标检测算法在精度和速度上均有提升,证明了改进算法的有效性。

侵犯他人虚拟货币的刑事案件如何定性,在司法实践中存在争议。从刑法的财物判断标准来审视虚拟货币,其不具备“合法性”特征,在“价值性”上亦不符合现实、公平的衡量要求。因此,对于通过物理性非技术方法侵犯他人虚拟货币的案件,由于虚拟货币欠缺财产属性,不宜以财产犯罪予以处理。对于通过信息技术手段侵犯他人虚拟货币的行为,根据其侵害的法益和具体行为类型,通过破坏计算机信息系统罪、非法控制计算机信息系统罪、非法获取计算机信息系统数据罪等加以规制。与此同时,立法机关应当加快构建保护数据安全的罪名体系,以完善虚拟货币和其他新型数据权利的法律保护。

为了保护综合能源系统中不同运营主体的信息隐私,权衡系统运行低碳性和经济性,解决天然气网络鲁棒模型难以求解的问题,提出了考虑碳-绿证耦合机制的电-气-热综合能源系统分布式鲁棒低碳经济调度方法。考虑天然气网络和热力网络的动态特性、碳-绿证耦合机制,构建综合能源系统动态低碳经济调度模型;为了保护各网络运营商的数据隐私,根据能量耦合关系对综合能源系统解耦,建立电-气-热网络的分布式协同优化模型;在此基础上,考虑风电出力和多能负荷的不确定性,提出基于一致性交替方向乘子法的分布式鲁棒优化框架,并利用二阶锥对偶理论与交替优化方法实现含二阶锥约束和二元变量的鲁棒子问题求解。以修改的IEEE 39节点电力网络、比利时20节点天然气网络和15节点热力网络为算例进行仿真分析,验证所提方法能够在源荷不确定性条件下实现综合能源系统各网络分散自治运行,同时兼顾系统运行的低碳性和经济性。

Heat transfer and temperature evolution in underground mininginduced overburden fracture and ground fissures: Optimal time window of UAV infrared monitoring

Heat transfer and temperature evolution in overburden fracture and ground fissures are one of the essential topics for the identification of ground fissures via unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) infrared imager. In this study, discrete element software UDEC was employed to investigate the overburden fracture field under different mining conditions. Multiphysics software COMSOL were employed to investigate heat transfer and temperature evolution of overburden fracture and ground fissures under the influence of mining condition, fissure depth, fissure width, and month alternation. The UAV infrared field measurements also provided a calibration for numerical simulation. The results showed that for ground fissures connected to underground goaf(Fissure Ⅰ), the temperature difference increased with larger mining height and shallow buried depth. In addition, Fissure Ⅰ located in the boundary of the goaf have a greater temperature difference and is easier to be identified than fissures located above the mining goaf. For ground fissures having no connection to underground goaf(Fissure Ⅱ), the heat transfer is affected by the internal resistance of the overlying strata fracture when the depth of Fissure Ⅱ is greater than10 m, the temperature of Fissure Ⅱ gradually equals to the ground temperature as the fissures’ depth increases, and the fissures are difficult to be identified. The identification effect is most obvious for fissures larger than 16 cm under the same depth. In spring and summer, UAV infrared identification of mining fissures should be carried out during nighttime. This study provides the basis for the optimal time and season for the UAV infrared identification of different types of mining ground fissures.

Background Milk synthesis in lactating animals demands high energy metabolism,which results in an increased production of reactive oxygen metabolites(ROM)causing an imbalance between oxidants and antioxidants thereby inducing oxidative stress(OS)on the animals.To mitigate OS and postpartum disorders in dairy goats and gain insight into the impact of dietary choices on redox status during lactation,a feeding trial was conducted using alfalfa silage inoculated with a high-antioxidant strain of Lactiplantibacillus plantarum.Methods Twenty-four Guanzhong dairy goats(38.1±1.20 kg)were randomly assigned to two dietary treatments:one containing silage inoculated with L.plantarum MTD/1(RSMTD-1),and the other containing silage inoculated with high antioxidant activity L.plantarum 24-7(ES24-7).Results ES24-7-inoculated silage exhibited better fermentation quality and antioxidant activity compared to RSMTD-1.The ES24-7 diet elevated the total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxi-dase(GSH-Px),and catalase(CAT)activities in milk,serum,and feces of lactating goats(with the exception of T-AOC in milk).Additionally,the diet containing ES24-7 inoculated silage enhanced casein yield,milk free fatty acid(FFA)content,and vitamin A level in the goats’milk.Furthermore,an increase of immunoglobulin(Ig)A,IgG,IgM,inter-leukin(IL)-4,and IL-10 concentrations were observed,coupled with a reduction in IL-1β,IL-2,IL-6,interferon(IFN)-γ,and tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-αconcentrations in the serum of lactating goats fed ES24-7.Higher concentrations of total volatile fatty acid(VFA),acetate,and propionate were observed in the rumen fluid of dairy goats fed ES24-7 inoculated silage.Moreover,the diet containing ES24-7 inoculated silage significantly upregulated the expression of nuclear factor erythroid 2 like 2(NFE2L2),beta-carotene oxygenase 1(BCO1),SOD1,SOD2,SOD3,GPX2,CAT,glu-tathione-disulfide reductase(GSR),and heme oxygenase 1(HMOX1)genes in the mammary gland,while decreased the levels of NADPH oxidase 4(NO

The co-transport of Cd(Ⅱ) and nZnO in saturated soil packed column:effects of ionic strength and pH

The rapid development and widespread use of ZnO nanoparticles(nZnO) in various industries have raised concerns about their potential environmental impact.Therefore,understanding the fate and role of nZnO in the natural environment is crucial for mitigating their hazardous effects on the environment and human safety.The purpose of the present study was to provide scientific support for understanding and eliminating the joint risk of nanoparticle and heavy metal pollution in the soil environment by revealing the co-transport characteristics of Cd(Ⅱ) and ZnO nanoparticles(nZnO) in soil under different ionic strength(IS) and pH.The impacts of different IS and pH on the co-transport of Cd(Ⅱ) and nZnO in a20 cm long with an inner diameter of 2.5 cm acrylic column packed with 10 cm high soil samples were investigated in the present study.In the above system,a500 μg L^(-1) Cd(Ⅱ) loaded nZnO suspension pulse with varying IS or pH was introduced into the soil column for leaching over 5 PVs,followed up by 5 PVs background solutions without nZnO.The IS was 1,10,or 50 mM NaCl,with pH6,or the pH was 6,7 or 8 with 1 mM NaCl.Meanwhile,Sedimentation experiments for nZnO,adsorption of Cd(Ⅱ) on soil,and nZnO,DLVO theory calculation for the same background condition were conducted.The presence of nZnO significantly increased the mobility of Cd(Ⅱ) as a result of its strong adsorption capacity for nZnO-associated Cd(Ⅱ).However,with the increase of IS,the co-transport of nZnO and Cd(Ⅱ) was decreased and the retention of nZnO in the soil column due to more nZnO attended to aggregate and sediment during the transport and the decrease in the adsorption capacity of nZnO for Cd(Ⅱ) by competition of Na^(+).When pH was 6,7,and 8,the co-transport of nZnO and Cd(Ⅱ) increased with higher pH due to the lower electrostatic attraction between nZnO and soil under higher pH.Meanwhile,the DLVO theory was fitted to describe the above co-transport process of nZnO and Cd(Ⅱ).More attention should be paid to the presence of nZnO on the migration of Cd(Ⅱ) i

目的研究基于电子鼻和电子舌技术快速鉴别不同产地三七的方法。方法采用电子鼻和电子舌对11批不同产地三七样品的气味和滋味特征进行评价。基于单一感官信息和融合感官信息,采用主成分分析、偏最小二乘法和正交偏最小二乘法建立不同产地三七的判别模型。结果基于融合感官信息建立的判别模型对不同产地三七的识别率高于独立的电子鼻和电子舌信息,基于融合感官信息能够实现传统产区和新兴产区三七的快速鉴别。结论电子鼻和电子舌技术可用于不同产地三七的鉴别,智能感官数据融合后模型效果优于单独使用电子鼻或电子舌,为中药材产地鉴别提供参考。
