Ammonium dinitramide(ADN),which has the advantages of high energy density,no halogen and low characteristic signal,is not only considered as a new high-energy oxidizer that is expected to replace the traditional oxidizer ammonium perchlorate(AP)in solid propellants,but also a good performance explosive in ***,due to the strong hygroscopicity of ADN,its application in solid propellants and explosives is greatly *** the hygroscopicity of ADN is the key to realize the wide application of *** this paper,we systematically review the research progress of anti-hygroscopic strategies of ADN *** surface coating methods are focusing on solvent volatilization,solvent-non-solvent,melt crystallization and atomic layer deposition *** characteristics of the different methods are compared and analyzed,and the basis for the classification and selection of the coating materials are introduced in *** addition,the feasibility of material for surface coating of ADN is evaluated by several compatibility analysis *** is highly expected that the liquid phase method(solvent volatilization method,solvent-non-solvent method)would be the promising method for future ADN coating because of its effective,safety and facile ***,polymer materials,are the preferred coating materials due to their high viscosity,easy adhesion,good anti-hygroscopic effect,and heat resistance,which make ADN weak hygroscopicity,less sensitive,easier to preserve and good compatibility.

Literature Review of Driving Fatigue Research based on Bibliometric Analysis

Driving for a long time can lead to fatigue， which can affect information processing and decision-making， potentially threatening driving safety. By exploring the generation and variation patterns of driving fatigue and clarifying the application status of its detection and warning technology， traffic safety can be improved. In order to understand the research progress of driving fatigue， based on the Web of Science core database， this paper obtained 2127 English literature published from 1998 to 2023 (as of May 12， 2023)， covering a total of 5963 authors and 6019 keywords， and the bibliometric tool VOSviewer and R-Bibliometrix are used to analyze the literatures. Firstly， the literature statistical analysis is carried out from annual distribution， country distribution， source journals， and core authors. Secondly， the research hotspots and trends are analyzed from keywords co-occurrence， high-impact literature， theme evolution， and development trends. Finally， the development trend of driving fatigue research is discussed. The result shows that the hotspots in the field of driving fatigue include driving fatigue detection， fatigue driving risk and fatigue research of professional drivers， driver alertness and coping strategies for driver fatigue， and driver fatigue under automatic driving. And the improvement of the accuracy and reliability of driving fatigue detection will be the difficult point to break through in the future. It is necessary to build a multi-disciplinary and meticulously quantified driving fatigue and its risk assessment system， and strengthen the control of fatigue risks. Research on intervention measures and education training for professional drivers needs to be deepened， while exploring the acceptance and compliance of intervention measures. Moreover， the evolution law and prevention strategies of driver fatigue under automatic conditions should be the focus of future research.

Osteosarcoma is a very serious primary bone cancer with a high death rate and a dismal *** there is no permanent therapy for this condition,it is necessary to develop a ***,this investigation was carried out to assess the impacts and biological functions of hydroxysafflor yellow A(HYSA)in osteosarcoma cell lines(MG63).In this investigational study,MG63 cells were *** experiments,quantitative polymerase chain reaction(qPCR),immunofluorescent staining,extracellular acidification rate(ECAR),oxygen consumption rate(OCR),glucose consumption,lactate production,and ATP levels,proliferation assay,5-Ethynyl-2′-deoxyuridine(EDU)staining,and Western blot were *** MG63 cells,HYSA lowered cell proliferation and metastasis rates,suppressed EDU cell number,and enhanced caspase-3/9 activity *** reduced the Warburg effect and induced ferroptosis(FPT)in MG63 *** ferroptosis diminished HYSA’s anti-cancer activities in MG63 *** stimulation of the HIF-1α/SLC7A11 pathway decreased HYSA’s anti-cancer activities in MG63 ***-1αis one target spot for HYSA in a model of osteosarcoma cancer(OC).HYSA altered HIF-1α’s thermophoretic activity;following binding with HYSA,HIF-1α’s melting point increased from~55°C to~60°*** significantly enhanced the thermal stability of exogenous WT HIF-1αwhile not affecting Mut HIF-1α,suggesting that ARG-311,GLY-312,GLN-347,and GLN-387 may be involved in the interaction between HIF-1αand ***,our study revealed that HYSA induced FPT and reduced the Warburg effect of OC through mitochondrial damage by HIF-1α/HK2/SLC7A11 *** is a possible therapeutic option for OC or other cancers.

The obligate biotrophic basidiomycete fungus Puccinia striformis ***(Pst)is the causative agent of wheat stripe(yellow)rust,a disease that results in severe damage to global wheat production(Chen and Kang,2017).This pathogen has a mixed reproductive mode encompassing both asexual and sexual *** asexual stage is accomplished by reinfecting wheat with urediniospores,while the sexual cycle involves five different spore types and two phylogenetically unrelated plant hosts wheat,which is the primary host,and barberry,which is the alternate host(Zhao et al.,2016).This extremely complex lifecycle facilitates large genetic variation among Pst populations,which is conducive to the emergence of new virulent races that can overcome wheat resistance genes,resulting in epidemics(Chen and Kang,2017).Secreted effector proteins,the key virulence factors in fungal pathogens,can not only suppress plant immune systems but also trigger host immune responses following recognition by plant receptors(Toruno et al.,2016).

A climatological survey of Martian ionospheric plasma density irregularities was conducted by exploring the in-situ measurements of the Mars Atmosphere and Volatile EvolutioN(MAVEN) spacecraft. The irregularities were first classified as enhancement, depletion, and oscillation. By checking the simultaneous magnetic field fluctuation, the irregularities have been classified into two types: with or without magnetic signatures. The classified irregularities exhibit diverse global occurrence patterns, as those with magnetic signatures tend to appear near the periphery of the crustal magnetic anomaly(MA), and those without magnetic signatures prefer to appear either inside of the MA or outside of the MA, depending on the type and solar zenith angle. Under most circumstances, the irregularities have a considerable occurrence rate at altitudes above the ionospheric dynamo height(above 200 km), and the magnetization state of the ions seems irrelevant to their occurrence. In addition, the irregularities do not show dependence on magnetic field geometry, except that the enhancement without magnetic signatures favors the vertical field line, implying its equivalence to the localized bulge. Other similarities and discrepancies exist in reference to previous studies. We believe this global survey complements previous research and provides crucial research clues for future efforts to clarify the nature of the Martian ionospheric irregularities.

Boosting the zinc storage performance of vanadium dioxide by integrated morphology engineering and carbon nanotube conductive networks

Background: Gastric cancer（GC） is one of the leading causes of malignancy-related mortality globally. However, the underlying molecular mechanisms of GC are unclear, and the prognosis of GC is miserable. Therefore, it’s important to explore the underlying mechanisms and screen for novel prognostic biomarkers and therapeutic targets. Methods: Weighted gene co-expression network analysis（WGCNA） was used to construct free-scale gene co-expression networks to explore the associations between gene sets and clinical features, and to identify hub genes. The gene expression profiles of GSE38749 were selected from the Gene Expression Omnibus（GEO） database. RNA-seq data and clinical information of gastric cancer from the Cancer Genome Atlas（TCGA） were used for validation. Furthermore, the candidate biomarkers expression in gastric tissues were investigated. Survival analysis was performed with the Kaplan-Meier curve and log-rank test. The predictive role of candidate biomarkers in GC was evaluated by using a receiver operator characteristic（ROC） curve. Gene ontology（GO）, gene set enrichment analysis（GSEA）, and gene set variation analysis（GSVA） methods were used to interpret the functions of candidate biomarkers in GC. Results: A total of 29 modules were identified via the average linkage hierarchical clustering. We found the significant module consisting of 48 genes associated with clinical traits, 3 genes with high connectivity in the clinical significant module were identified as hub genes. Among them, SLC5A6, and MFAP2 were negatively associated with the overall survival, and their expressions are elevated in GC compared with that non-tumor samples. Additionally, ROC curves indicated that SLC5A6 and MFAP2 showed a good diagnostic power in discriminating cancer from normal tissues. Conclusions: We identified SLC5A6 and MFAP2 as novel diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers in GC patients. Moreover, both of them were first reported in GC and deserved further research.

目的探讨血象检查在白血病诊断中的参考价值。方法选取1979-2013年间常见白血病1 480例,参照2008年世界卫生组织（WHO）形态学标准对其进行重新阅片诊断,随机双盲法比较各常见白血病检出情况及其血常规主要参数特征。另选取同时进行血涂片与骨髓涂片检查的急性白血病136例,采用双盲法比较血涂片与骨髓涂片中白血病细胞数,研究血涂片形态学特征。随机选取血涂片与骨髓涂片白血病细胞数均超过20%的59例急性白血病,采用双盲法进行单一的血涂片或骨髓涂片镜检,比较两者诊断符合率。结果不伴成熟型急性髓细胞白血病（AML）、伴成熟型AML、急性单核细胞白血病与慢性淋巴细胞白血病（CLL）的白细胞计数（WBC）以（〉10-50）×10^9/L为主,急性早幼粒细胞白血病（APL）与急性红白血病（AEL）的WBC以小于或等于4×10^9/L为主,慢性粒细胞白血病（CGL）的WBC以大于100×10^9/L为主。镜检发现几乎所有患者外周血涂片中白血病细胞形态较骨髓涂片中成熟,当血涂片与骨髓涂片白血病细胞数均超过20%时,单一血涂片与单一骨髓涂片镜检诊断急性白血病的符合率差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论血常规主要参数对白血病的诊断具有较好提示作用,当血涂片中白血病细胞数较高时,单一血涂片检查对常见白血病诊断亦具有较高符合率。

Despite the extensive application of advanced oxidation processes(AOPs)in water treatment,the efficiency of AOPs in eliminating various emerging contaminants such as halogenated antibiotics is constrained by a number of *** moieties exhibit strong resistance to oxidative radicals,affecting the dehalogenation and detoxification *** address these limitations of AOPs,advanced reduction processes(ARPs)have been ***,a novel nucleophilic reductant—namely,the carbon dioxide radical anion(CO_(2)^(·-))—is introduced for the simultaneous degradation,dehalogenation,and detoxification of florfenicol(FF),a typical halogenated *** results demonstrate that FF is completely eliminated by CO_(2)^(·-),with approximately 100%of Cland 46%of Freleased after 120 min of *** detoxification is observed,which exhibits a linear response to the release of free inorganic halogen ions(R^(2)=0.97,p75%)in degrading a series of halogenated antibiotics,including chloramphenicol(CAP),thiamphenicol(THA),diclofenac(DLF),triclosan(TCS),and ciprofloxacin(CIP).The system shows high tolerance to the pH of the solution and the presence of natural water constituents,and demonstrates an excellent degradation performance in actual groundwater,indicating the strong application potential of CO_(2)^(·-)-based ARPs in real ***,this study elucidates the feasibility of CO_(2)^(·-)for the simultaneous degradation,dehalogenation,and detoxification of halog
