Purpose:China’s new universal two-child policy has brought a baby boom of the second child in *** the changing family structures,elder children in adolescence may have more and more emotional and even psychological problems such as“two-child syndrome”.This paper aims to explore the“influence factors and mechanism of the second child on the growth of teenagers”and has great practical significance to promote the physical and mental health of teenagers and the harmony of two-child ***/methodology/approach:By means of literature analysis,in-depth interview,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis,the elder children aged 12 to 18 in the two-child family were taken as the main body of the survey,and an empirical research based on NLP understanding hierarchy theory was carried *** Findings:(1)The most significant influence on the growth of teenagers is the attitude of parents,and then the gender of the first child.(2)Parents’favouritism towards the second child would lead to decline in the first child’s academic performance.(3)The higher the family income,the less the influence on the first child’s life.(4)When the age difference is large,the first child and the second child are not easy to have *** implications:Parents should try to treat any children *** should pay attention to the sibling relationship of their two children with small age *** who have two children with a large age gap should properly guide the elder child to help take care of the younger brother or ***/value:This study contributes to the growing literature focusing on the influence factors and mechanism of the second child on the growth of teenagers in the context of China’s new universal two-child *** adds some early empirical insights on the physical and mental health of teenagers in two-child families.

Therapeutic guidance of tumor mutation burden on immune checkpoint inhibitors in advanced non-small cell lung cancer:a systematic review and comprehensive meta-analysis

Background:Tumor mutation burden(TMB)remains a promising but ambiguous predictive biomarker for the efficacy of immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs).We investigated the predictive value of TMB in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)treated by ICI-containing therapies under strictly matched clinical ***:PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Central,***,and bioRxiv databases were searched till October 16,*** randomized controlled trials(RCTs)that compared patients with high TMB(TMB-H)and low TMB(TMB-L)and provided hazard ratio(HR)and corresponding 95%confidence interval(CI)in advanced NSCLC patients receiving ICIs were included,and mirror-based meta-analysis was performed(Part1).Bayesian network meta-analysis was conducted to investigate the efficacy of distinct first-line regimens in TMB-H and TMB-L groups(Part2).Public cohorts were used for validation and further exploration(Part3).Results:Twelve RCTs(n=5527)and 5 public cohorts(n=573)were *** Part1,TMB-H patients generally exhibited a more significant progression-free survival(PFS)benefit from ICI-containing therapies compared to TMB-L patients(HR=0.58,95%CI:0.49-0.67,P<0.0001).In Part2,anti-PD-1 plus chemotherapy ranked best for PFS in both TMB-H and TMB-L ***-PD-L1 plus anti-CTLA-4 therapies indicated better PFS and overall survival(OS)benefit than single ICI and chemotherapy in the TMB-H group,but ranked worst in the TMB-L ***,TMB was validated to be an independent predictive biomarker from programmed cell death-ligand 1(PD-L1)expression in Part3,which could further distinguish beneficiaries of ICI-containing therapies with PD-L1<50%.Conclusion:TMB-H could be a predictive biomarker independent of PD-L1 expression to identify beneficiaries of ICI-containing therapy in advanced NSCLC patients.

Malignant pleural mesothelioma(MPM)is a rare and aggressive malignant ***,the platinum doublet of pemetrexed and cisplatin is the standard first-line treatment for unresectable ***,recent promising results of immunotherapy have markedly changed the landscape of MPM ***,the ongoing innovative therapeutic strategies are expected to expand the range of treatment options;however,several questions remain ***,establishing predictive biomarkers with high potency is urgently needed to optimize the patient selection ***,further exploration of the combination algorithm is expected to unveil more effective and safe ***,other dilemmas,such as the resistance mechanism of immunotherapy and the role of immunotherapy in perioperative settings,still warrant further exploration.

新发展格局下，数字经济已成为推动经济绿色发展和实现“双碳”目标的新引擎。基于2011-2019年285个地级及以上城市面板数据对数字经济减少碳排放进行了实证检验。研究结果表明：数字经济能够显著抑制城市碳排放，在经过一系列稳健性检验后该结论仍然成立；中介机制检验发现，提升城市生产效率和技术创新水平是数字经济显著抑制城市碳排放的两条基本路径；数字经济对城市碳排放的抑制作用还受市场化程度与城镇化水平的影响，表现出门槛效应，分别呈现出“倒U型”、“倒N型”趋势；数字经济对碳排放的影响在不同区域、城市群及非城市群地区具有异质性。

在新一轮产业革命和科技革命中,数字经济日益成为促进中国经济高质量发展的新动能。本文以资源错配为视角,基于2011—2019年中国261个地级及以上城市平衡面板数据,实证检验和分析数字经济促进经济高质量发展的效应及内在机制。研究结论显示:数字经济不仅能显著提升本地城市经济高质量发展,也促进了邻近城市经济发展质量,这一结论在以“智慧城市”试点作为外生冲击检验后仍然成立;资源错配抑制了城市经济高质量发展,且在东部、中部、西部地区以及城市群、非城市群地区具有异质性;数字经济通过缓解资本错配,能提升经济高质量发展,但是缓解劳动力错配的作用机制不成立;数字经济显著缓解全国、东部和城市群地区的资本要素错配,进而提升经济高质量发展,并形成“涓滴效应”促进周边城市经济高质量发展。

为了进一步探讨奥陶纪生物大辐射期间环境影响和控制因素,对安徽南部将军岭剖面黑色页岩的有机碳含量(TOC)、总硫含量(TS)和黄铁矿硫同位素(δ^(34)S_(py))进行测试分析。TOC与TS表现出正相关性,说明可能是非硫化环境中的沉积产物。δ^(34)S_(py)在弗洛期表现出显著的负偏移,在中奥陶世表现出相对幅度更大的波动。结合前人对全球碳酸盐岩晶格中硫酸盐硫同位素(δ34SCAS)和δ^(34)S_(py)数据的分析结果,显示特马豆克期末期至弗洛期中期黄铁矿埋藏分数下降,硫同位素分馏效应增大,说明当时海水发生氧化,对奥陶纪生物大辐射起到重要的促进作用。弗洛期晚期至达瑞威尔期,不同地区δ^(34)S_(CAS)相继出现负偏移,δ^(34)S_(py)发生大幅振荡,可能是由于海洋中硫酸根浓度较低以及硫化物再氧化所致。

Low-temperature chlorination roasting technology for the simultaneous recovery of valuable metals from spent LiCoO_(2)cathode material

With the continuous increase in the disposal volume of spent lithium-ion batteries(LIBs),properly recycling spent LIBs has become essential for the advancement of the circular *** study presents a systematic analysis of the chlorination roasting kinetics and proposes a new two-step chlorination roasting process that integrates thermodynamics for the recycling of LIB cathode *** activation energy for the chloride reaction was 88.41 kJ/mol according to thermogravimetric analysis–derivative thermogravimetry data obtained by using model-free,model-fitting,and Z(α)function(αis conversion rate).Results indicated that the reaction was dominated by the first-order(F1)model when the conversion rate was less than or equal to 0.5 and shifted to the second-order(F2)model when the conversion rate exceeded *** conditions were determined by thoroughly investigating the effects of roasting temperature,roasting time,and the mass ratio of NH_(4)Cl to LiCoO_(2).Under the optimal conditions,namely 400℃,20 min,and NH_(4)Cl/LiCoO_(2)mass ratio of 3:1,the leaching efficiency of Li and Co reached 99.43% and 99.05%,*** of the roasted products revealed that valuable metals in LiCoO_(2)transformed into CoCl_(2) and ***,the reaction mechanism was elucidated,providing insights for the establishment of a novel low-temperature chlorination roasting technology based on a crystal structure *** technology can guide the development of LIB recycling processes with low energy consumption,low secondary pollution,high recovery efficiency,and high added value.

南海具有典型边缘海特征,其北部陆坡由于具有高沉积速率的地层剖面,可以用于研究亚轨道尺度气候变化。本研究以南海北部陆坡下部MD12-3432柱状样(19°16.88′N,116°14.52′E,水深2 125m)为主要研究材料,分析其粗组分百分含量、底栖有孔虫丰度和特定环境指示属种的百分含量与丰度,并结合相关研究结果,运用多指标综合分析,重建了南海北部陆坡MIS 11期(距今约40万年)以来的表层初级生产力和底层水溶解氧含量的演化情况。与之前研究不同,本研究发现MIS11期以来南海北部的古生产力在温暖的间冰期高、在寒冷的冰期低,且主要受控于东亚夏季风影响下低纬地区降水强度的变化。在MIS 7期和MIS 9期可能有较高溶解氧含量的底层水进入南海北部,导致在高生产力的暖期中,喜氧的低生产力指示种Cibicidoides wuellerstorfi丰度增加。
