The clinical study of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)often reveals a large number of lymphocytes infiltrating the primary tumor *** an important part of the tumor microenvironment,tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes(TILs)do not exist alone but as a complex multicellular population with high *** play an extremely significant role in the occurrence,development,invasion and metastasis of *** latest research shows that they participate in tumorigenesis and treatment,and the composition,quantity,functional status and distribution of TILs subsets have good predictive value for the prognosis of NPC *** are an independent prognostic factor for TNM stage and significantly correlated with better ***,adoptive immunotherapy using anti-tumor TILs has achieved good results in a variety of solid tumors including *** review evaluates recent clinical and preclinical studies of NPC,summarizes the role of TILs in promoting and inhibiting tumor growth,evaluates the predictive value of TILs,and explores the potential benefits of TILs-based immunotherapy in the treatment of NPC.

Amorphous MnO2 as Cathode Material for Sodium-ion Batteries

Amorphous MnO2 has been prepared from the reduction of KMnO4 in ethanol media by a facile one-step wet chemical route at room temperature. The electrochemical properties of amorphous MnO2 as cathode material in sodium-ion batteries （SIBs） are studied by galvanostatic charge/discharge testing. And the structure and morphologies of amorphous MnO2 are investigated by X-ray diffraction （XRD）, scanning electron microscopy （SEM）, transmission electron microscopy （TEM） and Raman spectra. The results reveal that as-synthesized amorphous MnO2 electrode material exhibits a spherical morphology with a diameter between 20 and 60 nm. The first specific discharge capacity of the amorphous MnO2 electrode is 123.2 mAh-g 1 and remains 136.8 mAh·g^-1 after 100 cycles at the current rate of 0.1 C. The specific discharge capacity of amorphous MnO2 is maintained at 139.2, 120.4, 89, 68 and 47 mAh·g^-1 at the current rate of 0.1 C, 0.2 C, 0.5 C, 1 C and 2 C, respectively. The results indicate that amorphous MnO2 has great potential as a promising cathode material for SIBs.

In order to investigate the catalytic performance of anodic TiO2 nanotubes and their practical application in the treatment of refractory microcystins(MCs) in natural-water samples,TiO2 nanotubes of diameter of 50-80 nm were fabricated by anodization in C2H2O4·2H2O containing *** irradiation with natural sunlight,MC-LR was totally degraded after 1 d using the anodic TiO2 *** contrast,the removal efficiency without TiO2 nanotubes was as low as 47.7% within 20 *** addition,a mixture of anatase and rutile TiO2 gave higher photocatalytic activity than the single phase *** pH also influenced the adsorption capacity of the TiO2 *** order of MC-LR degradation efficiencies at different pH values was 3.5 > 8.0 > *** five repeated experiments on the degradation of MC-LR for 7 h,the degradation efficiency was still stable.

Sparse synthetic aperture radar(SAR) imaging has emerged as a reliable microwave imaging scheme in the recent decade and excels in down-sampling reconstruction and full-sampling performance improvements such as noise, sidelobe, speckle, and ambiguity suppression. To utilize complex image products of sparse reconstruction for improvement in polarimetric, interferometric, and tomographic SAR imaging, it is necessary to evaluate the phase preservation of sparse SAR imaging. In this study, we first introduce the general alternating direction method of multipliers(ADMM) as the universal framework for sparse reconstruction algorithms and adopt chirp scaling algorithm(CSA)-based azimuth-range decouple operators to avoid expensive data storage and processing. Further, we theoretically analyze the phase preservation of the sparse reconstruction algorithm through a comparison with the reconstruction results of CSA. Finally,we conduct the interferometric offset test on the sparse reconstruction results of simulated and real Gaofen-3(GF-3) SAR data, demonstrating the phase-preserving ability of sparse methods.

Seeking Health Information Online:The moderating Effects of Problematic Situations on User Intention

Purpose： This study investigates how online user intention in searching health information is affected by problematic ***/methodology/approach： Based on the Theory of Reasoned Action, the Technology Acceptance model, and Sense-making theory, we propose two dimensions of problematic situations： urgency and severity of health issues being searched online. Data were collected through a questionnaire survey among 214 Wuhan University students and analyzed using hierarchical regression ***： Perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and subjective norm can influence user intention to seek health information online. The urgency of problematic situations has a negative moderating effect on the relationship between perceived ease of use and user intention and the relationship between subjective norm and user intention. The severity of problematic situations has a negative moderating effect on the relationship between subjective norm and user *** limitations： The respondents of the survey are limited to students in one Chinese university, so whether this study＇s results can be applied to another population or not remains to be verified. In addition, only two dimensions of problematic situations are considered in this study. Practical implications： The paper puts forward the moderating effect of problematic situations and verifies it, which is the compensation for online health information-seeking behavior research. Besides, our analyses have implications for professional design of health care systems and related consumer information searches, and improve their performance. Originality/value： Previous work has reported the effects of problematic situation on user intention to seek health information online, ignoring its influence on other factors. This empirical study extends that work to identify the influence of problematic situation when seeking intention-behavior data in two dimensions, urgency and severity.

Three new catalysts based on the silica gel supported polyether ionic liquids(ILs), i.e., [HO-PECH-MIM]ClSi, [H2N-PECH-MIM]Cl-Si, and [HOOC-PECH-MIM]Cl-Si, were prepared, and their chemical structures were characterized by infrared(IR) spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) spectroscopy. Thermogravimetric analyzer(TG), X-ray diffractometer(XRD) and scanning electron microscope(SEM) were used to evaluate their thermal stability,crystalline structure and apparent morphology, respectively. Surface areas of the prepared catalysts were calculated by the Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET) method. The catalytic reaction for the synthesis of propylene carbonate(PC) using CO_2 and propylene oxide(PO) in the presence of the prepared catalysts was studied. The influences of times of recycling and catalyst structure on catalytic performance were also investigated. The experimental results showed that the silica gel supported polyether ILs catalysts successfully prepared under mild condition could possess the advantages of high activity, excellent thermal stability, good selectivity and easy recycling, while the phase transition of the liquid polyether ILs catalysts was also achieved. When the reaction temperature was 90 °C, the CO_2 pressure was 2.0 MPa and the dosage of the catalyst was 2.5%, [HOOC-PECH-MIM]Cl-Si was found to have the best catalytic performance in the catalytic process, with the conversion rate reaching 100% and the selectivity equating to 98.2%. The conversion rate and selectivity still could reach more than 90% even after the catalyst was reused for 15 times.

Investigating the quantum interference effect in single molecules is essential to comprehensively understand the underlying mechanism of single-molecule charge *** this study,we employed the mother molecule m-OPE and introduced a series of side groups with various electronic effects at the 2-position of the central phenyl ring,creating four daughter m-OPE *** single molecular conductivities of these molecule wires were measured using the scanning tunneling microscope breaking junction *** findings demonstrate that the substitutions regularly modulate the destructive quantum interference occurring within the m-OPE *** combining optical and electrochemical investigations,along with density functional theory computations,we discover that the conductivity of the molecules corresponds to the electron-donating/withdrawing ability of the ***,by adjusting the electron structures of the molecular backbone,we can systematically tailor the destructive quantum interference in the m-OPE molecules.
