The recent observation of high critical temperature T_(c) in lanthanum and Yttrium hydrides confirms the key role of hydrogen cage(H-cage)in determining high ***,we present a new class of metastable H_(12) clathrate structures based on the icosahedral cI 24-Na that can be stabilized by incorporation of metal *** shows that the charge transfer from metal atoms to H atoms contributes to forming the H_(12) *** dynamically stable structures are identified to exhibit superconductivity,and a maximum T_(c) of 28K is found in voids-doped Mo_(6)H_(24).Calculations reveal that the low T_(c) is attributed to the weak interaction between H atoms in each cage due to the long H–H *** current results provide a possible route to design H-cage containing superconductors.

As a fundamental thermodynamic variable, pressure can alter the bonding patterns and drive phase transitions leading to the creation of new high-pressure phases with exotic properties that are inaccessible at ambient pressure. Using the swarm intelligence structural prediction method, the phase transition of TiF_(3), from R-3c to the Pnma phase, was predicted at high pressure, accompanied by the destruction of TiF_6 octahedra and formation of TiF_8 square antiprismatic units. The Pnma phase of TiF_(3), formed using the laser-heated diamond-anvil-cell technique was confirmed via high-pressure x-ray diffraction experiments. Furthermore, the in situ electrical measurements indicate that the newly found Pnma phase has a semiconducting character, which is also consistent with the electronic band structure calculations. Finally, it was shown that this pressure-induced phase transition is a general phenomenon in ScF_(3), VF_(3), CrF_(3), and MnF_(3), offering valuable insights into the high-pressure phases of transition metal trifluorides.

With their excellent reliability and environmental friendliness,zinc-ion batteries(ZIBs)are regarded as potential energy storage ***,their poor cycling durability and low Coulombic effectiveness(CE),driven by dendritic growth and surface passivation on the Zn anode,severely restrict their ***,we describe the in situ construction of a Zn-rich polymeric solid–electrolyte interface(SEI)using poly-acrylic acid(PAA)as an electrolyte *** the one hand,the PAA SEI layer offers evenly distributed nucleation sites and promotes ion transport,hence suppressing dendrite *** the other hand,the SEI layer prevents direct contact between the Zn foil and the electrolyte,thus inhibiting side ***,the robust coordination of PAA with Zn^(2+)and the SEI layer's good adherence to the Zn foil provide long-term pro-tection to the Zn *** a result,symmetric cells and Zn/V_(2)O_(5)cells all deliver prolonged cycle life and superior electrochemical efficiency.

The safety and integrity requirements of aerospace composite structures necessitate real-time health monitoring throughout their service *** this end,distributed optical fiber sensors utilizing back Rayleigh scattering have been extensively deployed in structural health monitoring due to their advantages,such as lightweight and ease of ***,identifying the precise location of damage from the optical fiber signals remains a critical *** this paper,a novel approach which namely Modified Sliding Window Principal Component Analysis(MSWPCA)was proposed to facilitate automatic damage identification and localization via distributed optical fiber *** proposed method is able to extract signal characteristics interfered by measurement noise to improve the accuracy of damage ***,we applied the MSWPCA method to monitor and analyze the debonding propagation process in honeycomb sandwich panel *** findings demonstrate that the training model exhibits high precision in detecting the location and size of honeycomb debonding,thereby facilitating reliable and efficient online assessment of the structural health state.

A model of Bus-Metro bi-level weighted network is constructed over travel efficiency of public transport,reflecting the characteristics of various traffic carriers and how they *** edge weight of network model will be got by computing travelling time costs between two adjacent *** the public traffic system of Nanjing city as an example,this paper empirically analyses travel efficiency under multi-modal transportation,which shows that bi-level spatial traffic model can provide a good choice of navigation path and better reflect travel condition under the real transportation network,compared to that of single traffic mode *** further reveals the cooperation and independent relationship between Bus system and Metro system,reflecting spatio-temporal characteristics of urban traffic system.

To solve the problem of cascading failures in the power grid,combining the actual physical characteristics of the power grid,this paper proposes a new cascade failure model based on vulnerability indicators of electric *** model adopts the capacity load model and the principle of nearest neighbor allocation,which can overcome the shortcomings of the existing model that assume that the grid power flow only flows along the shortest path between the *** scale of the largest subgraph and the load loss rate are introduced to measure the robustness of the grid considering both connectivity and power supply *** simulation results in the IEEE118 and IEEE300 bus systems show that the model based on electric betweenness is superior to the model based on betweenness.

Hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH), which was first described in 1939 by paediatricians Scott and Robb-Smith, is a life-threatening disease. HLH is characterized as cytokine release syndrome which is caused by excessive but non-malignant activation of macrophages and/or histiocytes in bone marrow and other reticuloendothelial systems. EBV-HLH is the most common type of infection-associated HLH, has a high mortality rate without prompt and effective treatment. A previous study showed that the one-year mortality rate of EBV-HLH patients is 75%. Here we report a case of EBV-associated hemophagocytic syndrome in adult, and the lessons from the treatment process. Through this case, we think that for EBV-related HLH, EBV-DNA should also be monitored in addition to hemophagocytosis-related indicators during treatment. In addition, DEP regimen may not be suitable for patients who have received at least partial response, because impaired immunological functioning may lead to EBV and hemophagocytic re-activity.

Myelodysplastic Syndrome Secondary to Multiple Myeloma: A Case Report and literature Review

Background: With the prolongation of survival in recent years, the accumulation of toxic and side effects of therapeutic drugs and the concomitant drug-related adverse reactions were reported in recent years. However, myelodysplastic syndrome secondary to multiple myeloma is rare. Objective: To improve the understanding of myelodysplastic syndrome secondary to multiple myeloma. Methods: The clinical data of a patient with myelodysplastic syndrome secondary to multiple myeloma after treatment were analyzed, and the related literature was reviewed. Results: A 54-year-old male patient was diagnosed as multiple myeloma in February 2014. After three courses of first-line induction chemotherapy, he achieved complete remission and received two courses of consolidation treatment. After that, he continued to take thalidomide orally. The disease recurred 13 months after complete remission (CR) with 6q+ karyotype change in 37 months. 21q- karyotype change was found in 39 months. The patient was finally diagnosed as treatment-related secondary myelodysplastic syndrome. Due to the poor effect of chemotherapy, the disease continued to deteriorate. Conclusion: In the course of multiple drug treatment, clinicians should pay attention to the changes of molecular genetics and the treatment-related secondary tumor.
