Thermomorphogenesis and the heat shock(HS)response are distinct thermal responses in plants that are regulated by PHYTOCHROME-INTERACTING FACTOR 4(PIF4)and HEAT SHOCK FACTOR A1s(HSFA1s),respectively.little is known about whether these responses are interconnected and whether they are activated by similar mechanisms.An analysis of transcriptome dynamics in response to warm temperature(28℃)treatment revealed that 30 min of exposure activated the expression of a subset of HSFA1 target genes in Arabidopsis thaliana.Meanwhile,a loss-of-function HSFA1 quadruple mutant(hsfa1-cq)was insensitive to warm temperature-induced hypocotyl growth.In hsfa1-cq plants grown at 28℃,the protein and transcript levels of PIF4 were greatly reduced,and the circadian rhythm of many thermomorphogenesis-related genes(including PIF4)was disturbed.Additionally,the nuclear localization of HSFA1s and the binding of HSFA1d to the PIF4 promoter increased following warm temperature exposure,whereas PIF4 overexpression in hsfa1-cq partially rescued the altered warm temperature-induced hypocotyl growth of the mutant.Taken together,these results suggest that HSFA1s are required for PIF4 accumulation at a warm temperature,and they establish a central role for HSFA1s in regulating both thermomorphogenesis and HS responses in Arabidopsis.

2,5-Furandicarboxylic acid（FDCA） is a promising biomass-derived polymeric monomer that serves as an attractive alternative to terephthalic acid derived from fossil resources. However, the green and efficient production of FDCA through the oxidation of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural（HMF） and its derivatives is still rudimentary under base-free conditions. In this work, oxygen-vacancy-rich Mn Oxwas prepared and displayed a strong adsorption and anchoring ability to Ru species that mainly exposed the（2 1 0） plane of RuO2, bringing about highly dispersed and active interfacial Ru-O-Mn structures. Experimental results and density functional theory calculations confirm that these above features greatly facilitate the adsorption/activation of oxygen and the dehydrogenation-oxidation of HMF/5-methoxymethylfurfural（MMF）,which enables an efficient FDCA production under base-free and mild conditions. Notably, a desirable FDCA yield of 86.56% was still obtained from concentrated HMF（10 wt%） under base-free conditions over oxygen-vacancy-rich Mn Oxsupported Ru Ox（1.0 MPaO2, 120 °C, 6 h）. This work delineates a facile catalyst preparation strategy for HMF/MMF oxidation, and might open a new avenue for the green synthesis of FDCA under base-free conditions.

The contribution of spike photosynthesis to grain yield(GY)has been overlooked in the accurate spectral prediction of yield.Thus,it’s essential to construct and estimate a yield-related phenotypic trait considering spike photosynthesis.Based on field and spectral reflectance data from 19 wheat cultivars under two nitrogen fertilization conditions in two years,our objectives were to(i)construct a yield-related phenotypic trait(spike–leaf composite indicator,Sli)accounting for the contribution of the spike to photosynthesis,(ii)develop a novel spectral index(enhanced triangle vegetation index,ETVI3)sensitive to Sli,and(iii)establish and evaluate Sli estimation models by integrating spectral indices and machine learning algorithms.The results showed that Sli was sensitive to nitrogen fertilizer and wheat cultivar variation as well as a better predictor of yield than the leaf area index.ETVI3 maintained a strong correlation with Sli throughout the growth stage,whereas the correlations of other spectral indices with Sli were poor after spike emergence.Integrating spectral indices and machine learning algorithms improved the estimation accuracy of Sli,with the most accurate estimates of Sli showing coefficient of determination,root mean square error(RMSE),and relative RMSE values of 0.71,0.047,and 26.93%,respectively.These results provide new insights into the role of fruiting organs for the accurate spectral prediction of GY.This high-throughput Sli estimation approach can be applied for wheat yield prediction at whole growth stages and may be assisted with agronomical practices and variety selection.

All-solid-state lithium batteries(ASSLBs)have attracted great interest due to their promising energy density and strong safety.However,the interface issues,including large interfacial resistance between electrode and electrolyte and low electrochemical stability of solid-state electrolytes against high-voltage cathodes,have restricted the development of high-voltage ASSLBs.Herein,we report an ASSLB with stable cycling by adopting a conformal polymer interlayer in-situ formed at the li_(6.4)La_(3)Zr_(1.4)Ta_(0.6)O_(12)(LLZTO)–cathode interfaces.The polymer can perfectlyﬁll the voids and create a stable interface contact between LLZTO and cathodes.In addition,the electric field across the polymer interlayer is reduced compared with pure solid polymer electrolyte(SPE),which facilitates the electrochemical stability with high-voltage cathode.The all-solid-state li|LLZTO-SPE|liFe_(0.4)Mn_(0.6)PO_(4)(LMFP)cells achieve a low interface impedance,high specific capacity,and excellent cycling performance.This work presents an effective and practical strategy to rationally design the electrode–electrolyte interface for the application of high-voltage ASSLBs.

The subject of“atmospheric radiation”includes not only fundamental theories on atmospheric gaseous absorption and the scattering and radiative transfer of particles(molecules,cloud,and aerosols),but also their applications in weather,climate,and atmospheric remote sensing,and is an essential part of the atmospheric sciences.This review includes two parts(Part I and PartⅡ);following the first part on gaseous absorption and particle scattering,this part(PartⅡ)reports the progress that has been made in radiative transfer theories,models,and their common applications,focusing particularly on the contributions from Chinese researchers.The recent achievements on radiative transfer models and methods developed for weather and climate studies and for atmospheric remote sensing are firstly reviewed.Then,the associated applications,such as surface radiation estimation,satellite remote sensing algorithms,radiative parameterization for climate models,and radiative-forcing related climate change studies are summarized,which further reveals the importance of radiative transfer theories and models.

Gypsum/salt beds are widely developed in petroliferous basins across the world.Most basins with gypsum/salt beds have been proven to host abundant hydrocarbon resources.Previous studies on the effects of gypsum/salt beds on hydrocarbon reservoirs primarily focused on their excellent sealing property as cap rocks.However,an increasing number of exploration discoveries have shown that gypsum/salt beds have the potential to promote the formation of high-quality source rocks and hydrocarbon reservoirs.Gypsum/salt beds influence the generation,preservation and accumulation of hydrocarbons.Based on the systematic analysis of the generation of hydrocarbons in global gypsum/saltbearing sequences,the study discussed the control of gypsum/salt beds on play elements,and explore the relationship between the development of gypsum/salt beds and global large-and medium-scale hydrocarbon reservoirs.Furthermore,we analyzed the correlation between typical gypsum/saltbearing sequences and their hydrocarbon generation potentials in China.In-depth analysis shows three patterns in terms of the spatial superimposition of gypsum/salt beds and source rocks,that is,postsalt pattern,inter-salt pattern and pre-salt pattern.Among others,the source rocks of the inter-salt pattern are widely developed in salt basins and of great potential for hydrocarbon exploration.

背景高尿酸血症(HUA)患病率逐年升高,而针对新疆地区的研究较少。因新疆地区人群有特殊的地域和饮食特点,故地域性研究是必要的。目的调查新疆维吾尔自治区年龄≥35岁人群HUA患病现状,并探讨不同民族、不同性别健康体检人群心脏代谢指数(CMI)与HUA的相关性,为该地区HUA患者制订个性化的预防措施提供参考依据。方法本研究为横断面研究,选取2021年10月—2022年10月在新疆医科大学第一附属医院参加健康体检的年龄≥35岁的9429名体检者为研究对象。根据研究对象是否合并HUA将其分为HUA组(n=527)和非HUA组(n=8902);根据CMI值将研究对象分层为Q1(CMI≤0.34)、Q2(0.340.99)。通过查阅嘉禾病历系统收集研究对象的一般人口学资料(性别、年龄、民族)、既往病史(冠心病、高血压、糖尿病、脑卒中)、体格检查和实验室检查指标等并进行比较。采用多因素Logistic回归模型分析CMI对HUA发病风险的影响(模型Ⅰ调整年龄、性别和BMI,模型Ⅱ调整年龄、性别、既往史、尿素氮等),并按照性别(男/女)、民族(汉族/维吾尔族/哈萨克族)进行分层分析CMI与HUA的相关性。结果9429名体检者中HUA患者527例(5.58%),平均年龄(54.3±12.9)岁;其中男434例(82.4%)、女93例(17.6%);汉族402例(76.3%)、维吾尔族82例(15.5%)、哈萨克族43例(8.2%)。HUA组与非HUA组脑卒中史、HDL-C水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组性别、年龄、民族、冠心病史、高血压史、糖尿病史、舒张压、收缩压、尿素氮、血尿酸(SUA)、肌酐、空腹血糖(FPG)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、BMI、腰高比(WHtR)、CMI比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,调整相关混杂因素后,与Q1相比CMI为Q2、Q3、Q4时均会增加HUA的发病风险(OR=1.874、4.201、6.053,P<0.05),且CMI与HUA发病风险呈正相关(P_(趋势)<0.001)。按照不同性别进行分层调整相关混杂因素后结果显示,与Q1相比,男性CMI为Q3、Q4时会增加HUA的发病风险(OR=3.168、4.273,P<0.05),女性CMI为Q2、Q3、Q4时会增加HUA的发病风险(OR=3.144、8.805、10.938,P<0.05),且CMI与HUA发病风险均呈正相关(P_(趋势)<0.001)。按照不同民族进行分层调整相关混杂因素后结果显示,与Q1相比,汉族CMI为Q2、Q3、Q4时会增加HUA的发病风险(OR=1.924、4.522、6.681,P<0.05),哈萨克族CMI为Q2、Q3、Q4时会增加HUA的发病风险(OR=4.004、9.461、14.291,P<0.05),且CMI与HUA发病风险均呈正相关(P_(趋势)<0.001)。结论新疆维吾尔自治区年龄≥35岁体检者HUA患病率为5.58%,HUA患者以男性和汉族为主。CMI升高会增加HUA的发病风险,在汉族与哈萨克族人群中更明显。

由于传统的轨迹隐私保护算法在处理实时问题时的局限性,针对实时轨迹的隐私保护处理提出了基于路径混淆的轨迹隐私保护算法。该算法能够解决传统路径混淆算法中出现的轨迹数据不足和轨迹数据可用性的问题。利用车辆自适应时间窗口算法对车辆轨迹进行分组选择,通过混淆算法提高轨迹的隐私保护效果,在混淆过程中目标车辆与周围车辆形成混淆组从而达到多轨迹的真假混淆情况。通过对比实验分析了轨迹数据的可用性,验证所提出算法比其他传统方法在车辆隐私保护方面效果更好,且混淆后轨迹数据可用性更高。
