Asian citrus psyllid(ACP,Diaphorina citri)is the major vector of Candidatus Liberibacter asiaticus(CLas),which is a bacterial pathogen causing the devastating citrus Huanglongbing(HLB)*** citri is known to carry CLas in a persistent and propagative *** studies have suggested that CLas may use the vesicular structures of *** cells as its propagation ***,the mechanisms by which CLas enters the *** cells and how vesicle-mediated trafficking is involved remain *** this study,we monitored the titer change of CLas in *** nymphs during the process of CLas acquisition from feeding on infected citrus *** found that the titer of CLas increased with the acquisition access *** infection,there was a significant upregulation in the expression of several vesicular transport-related genes in *** titer of CLas was significantly reduced in the midgut and whole insect body when endocytosis and the endosome network in *** were ***,silencing the *** clathrin-heavy chain gene also led to a reduction in the CLas titer in *** results suggest that CLas infection upregulates the genes related to vesicular transport in ***,which facilitates the invasion of endocytosis-dependent pathogens.

Using an exact Bethe ansatz solution,we rigorously study excitation spectra of the spin-1/2 Fermi gas(called Yang–Gaudin model)with an attractive *** excitations of this model involve particle-hole excitation,hole excitation and adding particles in the Fermi seas of pairs and unpaired *** gapped magnon excitations in the spin sector show a ferromagnetic coupling to the Fermi sea of the single *** numerically and analytically solving the Bethe ansatz equations and the thermodynamic Bethe ansatz equations of this model,we obtain excitation energies for various polarizations in the phase of the Fulde–Ferrell–Larkin–Ovchinnikov-like *** a small momentum(long-wavelength limit)and in the strong interaction regime,we analytically obtained their linear dispersions with curvature corrections,effective masses as well as velocities in particle-hole excitations of pairs and unpaired *** a type of particle-hole excitations display a novel separation of collective motions of bosonic modes within paired and unpaired ***,we also discuss magnon excitations in the spin sector and the application of Bragg spectroscopy for testing such separated charge excitation modes of pairs and single fermions.

苦马豆素对家兔脾脏免疫功能及代谢的影响

为了探讨苦马豆素通过消化系统对家兔脾脏免疫功能和代谢的影响,将体重为(1.9±0.12)kg的24只家兔随机分成对照组与试验组,每组雌、雄各半。试验组家兔饲喂含有小花棘豆的自制颗粒饲料,饲喂苦马豆素剂量为2 mg/(kg·d),对照组家兔饲喂自制颗粒饲料中不含小花棘豆。所有家兔单笼饲养,自由饮水,每天观测并记录家兔的健康状态。在试验的第60天,采取所有家兔脾脏,对脾脏进行基于iTRAQ的定量蛋白质组学分析、生物信息学分析及关键蛋白质的Western blot验证。结果显示,所有试验组家兔均呈现明显的中毒现象。与对照组相比,共鉴定出315个与新陈代谢(81%)及免疫相关(15%)的差异表达蛋白质(>1.5倍或<1/1.5倍)。而且,苦马豆素中毒家兔脾脏细胞分解代谢处于激活状态,但其免疫反应处于抑制状态。说明苦马豆素抑制了家兔脾脏的免疫功能,激活了脾脏组织的分解代谢。

RR Lyrae stars,a well-known type of pulsating variable stars,have been known about for more than a century.A large amount of photometric data on RR Lyrae stars has been accumulated by space-and ground-based sky surveys,but the spectral data are relatively ***,the LAMOST sky survey project provides an opportunity to view them from the point of view of *** collect the atmospheric parameters of 1685 RR Lyrae stars provided by the LAMOST catalog,and carry out research by using the reliable *** find that there is a clear correlation between their Teff and pulsation periods,which is consistent with the pulsation and evolution theories of RR Lyrae *** addition,we focus on those RR Lyrae stars with abnormal *** analyzing the data from several photometric surveys,we find that some of these temperature anomalies are misclassified variable stars(e.g.,eclipsing binaries,pulsating stars on main sequence),and some are RR Lyrae binary *** the latter,the temperatures of potential companions should be lower and their luminosities should not be neglected(e.g.,red giant stars).We obtain that the ratio of temperature anomaly stars to all the sample stars is 4%,which means that the impact on the further analysis(e.g.,kinematics analysis)is *** also present the catalogs of spectral anomaly RR Lyrae stars.

Efforts in a large number of transition metal-carbon systems are devoted to the development of efficient catalysts for oxygen reduction reaction(ORR).However,unsatisfied O_(2)adsorption and slow reduction of OH*at the active centers hinder the further development of these *** here report a gasifiable reductant strategy,of which a new Cu-based metal organic framework(MOF:termed NTU-83)nanosheet was co-pyrolyzed with melamine to produce the N-coordinated atomic Cu and multi-oxidated Cu_(2+1)O active centers on the carbon foam with ultrathin *** engineered electrons and configuration of the active centers boost the catalyst(Cu/NC-1000)to show superior ORR activity(E_(1/2)=0.85 V),excellent stability,and methanol *** modeling calculation and controlled experiments reveal that the Cu_(2+1)O species play a crucial role in kinetically accelerated adsorption and activation of O_(2),while the N_(4)coordinated atomic Cu facilitates fast reduction of OH*.Such characteristics endow the Zn-air battery that containing Cu/NC-1000 as air cathode to show a high peak power density(138 mW·cm^(−2)),a high specific capacity of 763 mAh·gZn^(−1),and outstanding long-term cycle *** plausible mechanism and excellent performance show that gasifiable reductant strategy opens up a new route for regulation of the electronic of active sites but also provides a candidate for the practical application in energy conversion/storage devices.

A general stochastic model of the atmospheric pressure at the ocean surface was proposed, in which the pressure variation was represented by a spectral decomposition through a random process of orthogonal increments. From the basic equations of ideal and incompressible fluid a set of perturbation equations up to second order had been derived and solved. The pressure variation in the flow field had been calculated using the explicit solutions obtained, and which demonstrated a clear relation between the atmospheric pressure and the one at the bottom of deep ocean. It can be seen that there is a part of the pressure variation which is not attenuating with the depth. The result had been compared with those of Longuet-Higgins and Kadota et al. and all previous results are contained in the solution given in this artice. The restriction on the previous works with regard to the probability law has been removed, and all conclusions are deduced without specific assumptions. The flexibility of the proposed model allows for further generalization and extension in the physical aspects and statistical treatment.

Interactive proof and zero-knowledge proof systems are two important concepts in cryptography and complexity theory. In the past two decades, a great number of interactive proof and zero-knowledge proof protocols have been designed and applied in practice. In this paper, a simple memorizable zero-knowledge protocol is proposed for graph non-isomorphism problem, based on the memorizable interactive proof system, which is extended from the original definition of interactive proof and is more applicable in reality.
