Effects of interactions between arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi and bacteria on the growth of Lotus corniculatus L.:From the perspective of regulating rhizosphere fungal community

Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF)provide essential nutrients to crops and are affected by ***-solubilizing bacteria(PSB),nitrogen-fixing bacteria(NFB),and AMF have mutually beneficial relationships with plants,but the effects of their interactions on plant growth by regulating rhizosphere fungal community have not been sufficiently *** this study,a greenhouse pot experiment was conducted to investigate the interactions between AMF and bacteria(PSB and NFB)on the growth of Lotus corniculatus ***,the role of rhizosphere fungal community in the growth of Lotus corniculatus *** explored using Illumina MiSeq high-throughput *** results showed that combined inoculation of AMF with PSB and NFB increased plant biomass,plant height,and fungal colonization *** richness,complexity,and stability of rhizosphere fungal community also increased after combined inoculation of AMF with PSB and/or NFB,particularly with *** addition,combined inoculation of AMF with PSB and NFB enriched the abundance of beneficial microorganisms,with Chaetomium and Humicola showing the greatest *** structural equation model showed that the interactions of AMF with PSB and NFB promoted plant growth by affecting fungal network structure and soil enzyme activities involved in carbon,nitrogen,and phosphorus *** findings provide evidence for the effects of interactions of AMF with PSB and NFB on rhizosphere fungal community and plant growth.

Drought-resistant plants exhibit strong water retention *** this regard,the autotetraploid sour jujube leaves exhibit better water retention than diploid *** comparisons and physiological comparisons of diploid and autotetraploid leaves showed that the autotetraploid leaves had thicker leaf cuticles and more leaf wax accumulation than the diploid leaves,which could reduce cuticle permeability and improve the drought tolerance of *** this study,the cuticular wax crystalloids on the adaxial and abaxial sides of young and mature jujube leaves were observed in the two ploidy types,and unique cuticular wax crystalloids covering a large area of the cuticle on autotetraploid sour jujube leaves may provide an advantage in reducing leaf non-stomata transpiration and improving plant drought *** on the transcriptome,115 differentially expressed genes between diploids and autotetraploids were further analyzed and found to be involved in the accumulation of cuticular wax components,including terpenoids,fatty acids,and lipids,as well as ABC transporter and wax biosynthetic ***,14 genes differentially expressed between glossy autotetraploid leaves and nonglossy diploid leaves,such as LOC107414787,LOC107411574 and LOC107413721,were screened as candidate genes by qRT-PCR *** findings provided insights into how polyploidization improved drought tolerance.

Synergistic mechanisms of AMF and biochar driving rhizosphere fungal community in shallot in barren soil

The addition of biochar(BC)or Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF)alone has been reported to promote plant growth,while their synergistic effects on Allium schoenoprasum root morphology and rhizosphere fungal community in barren soil is still *** this study,we investigated the effects of BC and AMF(Funneliformis mosseae)on plant growth and root morphology in barren soil and revealed the structure of soil fungal communities Therefore,a greenhouse pot trial consisting of five treatments was *** results showed that the combination of biochar and AMF significantly improved plant biomass,nutrient uptake,mycorrhizal colonization rates and soil properties and significantly impacted rhizosphere fungal community composition and *** significantly increased the fungal community stability and enhanced their positive correlation with *** findings indicated that the combination of AMF and biochar play synergic role for plant growth and rhizosphere fungal community in barren soil.

【目的】研究秋水仙素溶液质量浓度、处理时间和预培养时间对‘京枣39’离体多倍体诱导的影响,优化枣树良种‘京枣39’的增殖和生根培养基,建立‘京枣39’的离体多倍体诱导体系,获得多倍体植株。【方法】采用完全随机区组试验设计,探索不同秋水仙素溶液质量浓度和处理时间组合对‘京枣39’不定芽再生的影响,不同预培养时间对‘京枣39’离体多倍体诱导的影响,不同生长调节剂组合对‘京枣39’增殖培养的影响,不同基本培养基和生长调节剂组合对‘京枣39’组培苗生根培养的影响。【结果】(1)当秋水仙素溶液质量浓度为80 mg/L、处理48 h时‘京枣39’刻伤叶片存活率为(50.00±7.07)%,分化系数为(2.06±0.17)。(2)最佳预培养时间为6 d,并施以80 mg/L秋水仙素浓度处理48 h,获得了纯合四倍体‘京枣39’。(3)最佳增殖培养基为MS+0.8 mg/L 6-BA+0.4 mg/L IBA+30 g/L麦芽糖,pH=5.8,平均增殖系数为(4.22±0.22)。(4)最佳生根培养基为改良1/2MS+0.8 mg/L IBA+30 g/L麦芽糖,pH=5.8,平均根长为(5.22±0.19) cm;平均生根数为(3.20±0.22)。【结论】初步建立了‘京枣39’的离体多倍体诱导体系,获得了‘京枣39’的多倍体植株,并优化了其增殖培养及生根培养方法。本研究为优良枣树品种‘京枣39’的种质创新提供了切实可行的技术方法,为多倍体诱导在枣树以及其他果树中的应用奠定了试验基础。

Genome-wide identification and analysis of the DREB genes and their expression profiles under abiotic stresses in Chinese jujube(Ziziphus jujuba Mill.)

CBF/DREB proteins play a critical role in abiotic stress-mediated gene expression and represent attractive regulons for plant breeding ***,no study has been conducted for CBF/DREB protein-related genes in jujube(Ziziphus jujuba Mill.).In this study,twenty-five ZjDREB genes were identified and annotated from the jujube(***‘Dongzao’)*** analysis,including gene classification,annotation,phylogenetic evaluation,conserved motif determination and expression profiling were performed on all *** analysis showed that ZjDREB proteins were divided into five subgroups(A1–A5),but lacking a subgroup A6 corresponding to *** ZjDREB genes were distributed in nine of twelve chromosomes in the ***,the expression patterns of the DREB genes under different abiotic stresses were investigated using q *** ZjDREB genes were down-regulated under low temperature,in contrast six ZjDREB genes(01,03,05,11,23 and 24)were *** drought,salinity and high temperature conditions,expression of ZjDREB03,09,10,14,15,17 and 20 genes were induced and showed similar expression patterns,suggesting that various stress conditions share common elements in the signaling *** results suggest that the family of DREB genes play an important role in abiotic stresses in jujube,and provide a foundation for further functional studies of this important class of transcriptional regulators.

Nonlinear optical absorption of few-layer molybdenum diselenide （MoSe2） for passively mode-locked soliton fiber laser [Invited]

In this paper,both nonlinear saturable absorption and two-photon absorption（TPA） of few-layer molybdenum diselenide（MoSe2） were observed at 1.56 μm wavelength and further applied to mode-locked ultrafast fiber laser for the first time to our ***-layer MoSe2 nanosheets were prepared by liquid-phase exfoliation method and characterized by x ray diffractometer,Raman spectroscopy,and atomic force *** obtained fewlayer MoSe2 dispersion is further composited with a polymer material for convenient fabrication of MoSe2 thin ***,we investigated the nonlinear optical（NLO） absorption property of the few-layer MoSe2 film using a balanced twin-detector measurement *** the saturable absorption and TPA effects of the few-layer MoSe2 film were found by increasing the input optical *** saturable absorption shows a modulation depth of 0.63% and a low nonsaturable loss of 3.5%,corresponding to the relative modulation depth of 18%.The TPA effect occurred when the input optical intensity exceeds 260 MW∕***,we experimentally exploit the saturable absorption of few-layer MoSe2 film to mode lock an all-fiber erbium-doped fiber *** soliton mode locking at 1558 nm center wavelength is achieved with pulse duration of 1.45 *** was also observed that the TPA process suppresses the mode-locking operation in the case of higher optical *** results indicate that layered MoSe2,as another two-dimensional nanomaterial,can provide excellent NLO properties（e.g.,saturable absorption and TPA） for potential applications in ultrashort pulse generation and optical limiting.

目的了解来宾市HIV/AIDS患者配偶HIV感染现状及其影响因素,为今后当地艾滋病随访管理中促进与完善配偶检测相关工作、控制配偶间HIV传播提供依据。方法选取2019-2020年报告的、现住址为来宾市、能随访到的、已婚有配偶的HIV/AIDS患者配偶纳入监测对象,调查其HIV抗体检测情况,应用单因素和多因素logistic回归模型分析HIV/AIDS患者配偶感染HIV的影响因素。结果共调查411例HIV/AIDS患者配偶,HIV抗体阳性率为52.31%。性别以女性为主(63.99%),年龄以60岁及以上为主(46.47%),教育程度以小学为主(46.96%),民族以壮族为主(74.70%)。单因素分析显示,HIV/AIDS患者配偶感染HIV与性别、年龄、知道获得免费咨询与检测情况、知道需要定期检测HIV以及知道早治疗能提高生活质量等因素均存在统计学关联(P值均<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析显示,HIV/AIDS患者配偶感染HIV的风险:女性是男性的0.362倍(95%CI:0.226-0.580),20~39岁、40~59岁分别是60岁及以上的0.293倍(95%CI:0.122-0.701)、0.275倍(95%CI:0.169-0.450),不知道获得免费咨询与检测者是知道者的11.372倍(95%CI:3.484-37.118),不知道早治疗能提高生活质量者是知道者的28.380倍(95%CI:8.098-99.455)。结论来宾市配偶间传播是造成艾滋病经异性传播的重要途径之一,应针对重点人群扩大筛查,对配偶进行咨询检测,早发现、早干预、早治疗,减少配偶间HIV的传播。

在乡村振兴战略和高质量发展目标背景下,村镇能源利用粗犷和效率低下、生态环境污染严重等问题亟待解决,我国村镇的能源环境问题已经成为学术研究和技术实践的热点。本文采用CiteSpace软件,基于Web of Science和中国知网数据库中中国村镇能源环境领域相关研究的552篇英文和584篇中文核心文献,从发表时间、机构、研究学科、共被引文献和关键词等方面进行了文献计量对比分析,梳理了相关研究的发展趋势和热点问题。分析结果表明,相关研究热度持续增长,但机构间合作有待加强,研究领域涉及多学科并呈现学科交叉趋势。同时由于数据缺乏限制了该领域研究和实践进展,文献研究方向聚焦村镇能源环境的现状、影响因素及改善策略研究,乡村振兴、生态服务系统、生命周期评估和影响因素是该领域近几年的研究热点。本文开展中国村镇能源与环境相关文献的分析,以期为后续科研工作和技术实践提供借鉴。

Semitransparent organic photovoltaics(STOPVs)have gained wide attention owing to their promising applications in building-integrated photovoltaics,agrivoltaics,and floating *** semiconductors with high charge carrier mobility usually have planar and conjugated structures,thereby showing strong absorption in visible *** this work,a new concept of incorporating transparent inorganic semiconductors is proposed for high-performance ***(I)thiocyanate(CuSCN)is a visible-transparent inorganic semiconductor with an ionization potential of 5.45 eV and high hole *** transparency of CuSCN benefits high average visible transmittance(AVT)of *** energy levels of CuSCN as donor match those of near-infrared small molecule acceptor BTP-eC9,and the formed heterojunction exhibits an ability of exciton *** mobility of CuSCN contributes to a more favorable charge transport channel and suppresses charge *** control STOPVs based on PM6/BTP-eC9 exhibit an AVT of 19.0%with a power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 12.7%.Partial replacement of PM6 with CuSCN leads to a 63%increase in transmittance,resulting in a higher AVT of 30.9%and a comparable PCE of 10.8%.

Additives strategies to improving cycling stability of li metal batteries by modifying electrode electrolyte interphases

li metal batteries（LMBs） have attracted much attention due to the ultra-high theoretical capacity of the li metal anode（LMA）.However,the uncontrollable dendrites growth and low coulombic efficiency hinder their practical ***,we explore 3,5-difluoropyridine（2F-BD） as a novel electrolyte additive to enable highperformance *** 2F-BD additive participates in and modifies the solvation structure of li ions by reducing the coordinated number of PF6-at the electrode surface,leading to the formation of a liF and li3N-rich solid electrolyte interphase（SEI）.The liF component increases the robustness of SEI and suppresses the formation of li dendrites,while the li3N component facilitates the transportation and reaction kinetics of li *** a result,the li‖li symmetric cell presents a stable cycling performance of up to 500 h at a current density of 1 mA *** coupling with liFePO4cathode,the obtained full cell achieves high specific capacities of 106.06 mA h g-1and 84.98 mA h g-1at 2.55 mA cm-2and 5.10 mA cm-2,respectively,and maintains a high capacity retention of84.0% after 1000 cycles at 0.13 mA cm-2,with an average cycling CE of 99.58%.
