黑箱法与诱蚊灯法的蚊虫密度监测比较

【目的】比较黑箱法与诱蚊灯法在蚊虫密度监测上的差异,探讨黑箱法在蚊虫密度监测中的作用。【方法】在上海市宝山区8个实验点分别放置1只诱蚊灯和1只黑箱,每个点的诱蚊灯与黑箱之间相距>10 m,2023年5—9月每月开展2次监测。【结果】黑箱法监测捕获的蚊虫总数(273只)及雌蚊数量(228只)分别是诱蚊灯法的0.795及0.774倍;2种方法监测的蚊虫密度之间(t=1.7235,P=0.1002)和雌蚊密度之间(t=1.8059,P=0.1011)的差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);2种方法监测的蚊虫密度之间(r=0.9427)和雌蚊密度之间(r=0.8965)存在高度相关性(均P0.05),捕获雌蚊的蚊种构成比差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.3944,P>0.05)。黑箱法和诱蚊灯法监测的4种不同生境蚊虫构成比均:医院(38.10%和38.77%)>郊区农户(36.26%和37.61%)>公园(14.65%和12.54%)>城区居民区(10.99%和11.08%);2种方法监测的雌蚊构成比均为:郊区农户(40.35%和42.52%)>医院(37.72%和36.05)>公园(13.16%和13.27%)>城区居民区(8.77%和8.16%);2种监测方法在不同生境中捕获蚊虫的构成比差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.5987,P>0.05),捕获雌蚊的构成比差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.2993,P>0.05)。【结论】黑箱法具有设备简单、易操作、经济成本低、适用范围较广等优点,特别在灾区或条件艰苦偏远等通电难度较大的地区,黑箱法可与诱蚊灯法互换用于蚊虫密度监测中。

This study introduces an innovative contour detection algorithm,PeakCET,designed for rapid and efficient analysis of natural product image fingerprints using comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatogram(GC×GC).This method innovatively combines contour edge tracking with affinity propagation(AP)clustering for peak detection in GC×GC fingerprints,the first in this *** edge tracking signif-icantly reduces false positives caused by“burr”signals,while AP clustering enhances detection accuracy in the face of false *** efficacy of this approach is demonstrated using three medicinal products derived from Curcuma *** not only performs contour detection but also employs inter-group peak matching and peak-volume percentage calculations to assess the compositional similarities and differences among various ***,this algorithm compares the GC×GC fingerprints of Radix/Rhizoma Curcumae Wenyujin with those of products from different botanical *** findings reveal that genetic and geographical factors influence the accumulation of secondary metabolites in various plant *** sample exhibits unique characteristic components alongside common ones,and vari-ations in content may influence their therapeutic *** research establishes a foundational data-set for the quality assessment of Curcuma products and paves the way for the application of computer vision techniques in two-dimensional(2D)fingerprint analysis of GC×GC data.

We continue our study Half-Wormholes and Ensemble Averages about the half-wormhole *** generalizing the original proposal of the half-wormhole,we propose a new way to detect *** crucial idea is to decompose the observables into self-averaged sectors and non-self-averaged *** find the contributions from different sectors have interesting statistics in the semi-classical *** particular,dominant sectors tend to condense and the condensation explains the emergence of half-wormholes and we expect that the appearance of condensation is a signal of possible bulk *** also initiate the study of multi-linked half-wormholes using our approach.

This study compared the effects on bone metabolism and morphology of pathological obesity induced by excessive fat intake in a non-hibernator(mice)versus healthy obesity due to pre-hibernation fattening in a hibernator(ground squirrels).Kunming mice were fed a high-fat diet to provide a model of pathological obesity(OB group).Daurian ground squirrels fattened naturally in their pre-hibernation season(PRE group)were used as a healthy obesity ***-computed tomography(micro-CT)and three-point bending tests were used to determine the microstructure and mechanical properties of *** blots were used to analyze protein expression levels related to bone metabolism(Runt-related transcription factor 2(RunX2),osteocalcin(OCN),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),osteoprotegerin(OPG),receptor activator of nuclear factor-κB ligand(RANKL),cathepsin K,matrix metallopeptidase 9(MMP9),patched protein homolog 1(Ptch1),phosphorylatedβ-catenin(P-β-catenin),and glycogen synthase kinase-3β(GSK-3β)).Compared with controls,there was no obvious bone loss in the OB mice,and the stiffness of the femur was increased *** with summer active squirrels,bone formation was enhanced but the mechanical properties did not change in the PRE group *** OB mice,western blots showed significantly increased expression levels of all proteins except RunX2,OPG,and *** ground squirrels showed significantly increased expression of most proteins except OCN and Ptch1,which decreased significantly,and P-β-catenin and OPG,which did not *** conclusion,for non-hibernating mice,moderate obesity had a certain protective effect on bones,demonstrating two-way regulation,increasing both bone loss and bone *** pre-hibernating ground squirrels,the healthy obesity acquired before hibernation had a positive effect on the microstructure of bones,and also enhanced the expression levels of proteins related to bone formation,bone resorption,and Wnt signaling.

Synthesis of a High-Efficiency Demulsifier and Study on Optimal Demulsification Conditions

Oil and water separation has always been a top priority in the oil *** this study,a series of hyperbranched fluorinated polyamine-amine polymers(HFPA1-5)were synthesized directly using an improved“one-pot method.”The highly active fluorinated p-trifluoromethylaniline was used as the core raw material,while diethylenetriamine and methyl acrylate were used as the chain segment.A hyperbranched fluorine-containing polyamine-amine demulsifier(NHFPA6)was obtained through nano-grafting copolymerization of *** enhance the demulsification and dehydration performance,the copolymerized HFPA6 was modified and ***,the effects of the combination ratio,demulsifier concentration,demulsification time,and demulsification temperature on the demulsification effect were *** results revealed that a combination ratio of DE-401:NHFPA6=1:1,a demulsification temperature of 50℃,a demulsification time of 60 min,and a demulsifier concentration of 150 mg/L yielded a dehydration rate as high as 99.80%.A response surface optimization design of demulsification conditions was *** model verified that the optimal demulsification conditions were 50℃,300 mg/L,and 90 ***,considering the economic benefits of factories,it is more favorable to select demulsification conditions with a shorter time and lower concentration when the dehydration standard is ***,the demulsification conditions were selected as 50℃,150 mg/L,and 60 *** to existing demulsifiers,the demulsifier developed in this study exhibits a lower demulsification temperature and higher demulsification efficiency.

互文性理论与中国诗学互文修辞两个概念在名称和内涵上存在差异,但其内在诗学精神是相通的。本文从"意义生成方式"、"言语生成方式"、"话语阐释方式"三方面阐述互文性理论与中国诗学的"互识、互证、互补"。互文性理论与中国诗学一系列概念可以互为他者、互为参照,以彰显各自的优势,弥补对方之不足。在进行比较时,应把这些概念还原到当时的社会历史语境和文化传统中去辨识考证。互文性理论研究不应该停留在以识别文本互文符号指涉现象阶段的比较文学影响研究维度,而应该通过分析其意义、言语生成方式和话语阐释方式,来研究作品的艺术价值和互文指涉间的动态变量关系,以及互文效果的有效性等命题。

Microscopic Cluster Study of the ^(10)Be Nucleus

Using a microscopic four-body cluster model,we investigate the spectral properties and structural configurations of the ^(10)Be *** calculate physical quantities such as the root-mean-squared(r.m.s.)radii and electromagnetic transition *** theoretical results for the energies and certain electromagnetic transition strengths of the low-lying states show good agreement with experimental *** particular,the enhancement of the *** and isoscalar monopole transition strength of the O_(3)^(+) state indicates a well-developed cluster *** obtained three 1-states in E_(x)<15 MeV that show remarkable dipole transition strengths,suggesting that the 1-states may have cluster *** the obtained wave functions,we calculate the reduced-width amplitudes(RWAs)to investigate the SHe+α and'Be+n two-body cluster structures in ^(10)*** results suggest that the lowlying states show the two-body ^(6)He+α and ^(9)Be+n configuration,with the ^(6)He+α components of the two-body structure diminishing as the energy increases,which due to the breakup of He and ^(9)Be at higher excitation ***,a few states above the α+α+n+n threshold still exhibit significant 9Be+n components.
