目的了解重庆市高等职业教育(高职)助产专业实习护生护理职业价值观与专业承诺现状,探讨二者的关系。方法2022年3-5月利用一般人口学问卷、本土化护理职业价值观量表和专业承诺调查表对重庆市主城区5所医院的321名高职助产专业实习护生进行现场问卷调查。结果321名护生平均本土化护理职业价值观量表得分为(94.49±17.57)分,平均护理专业承诺调查表得分为(82.31±15.12)分;高职助产专业实习护生护理职业价值观对专业承诺具有明显正向预测作用,差异有统计学意义(回归系数=0.438,P<0.001)。结论高职助产专业实习护生个人、学校和实习教学医院应共同努力,通过培育护生高水平职业价值观进而提升其专业承诺水平。

Three experiments were conducted to address the issue of prosody-driven syntactic parsing,by examining how constituent length would affect the comprehension of Chinese ambiguous sentences,which is a critical factor of prosodic structure.A syntactically ambiguous word “和(he,tone2)” was embedded between two nouns that are Chinese translations of foreign names,resulting in two possible interpretations of the *** participants’tendency to adopt late closure interpretation was found to be not sensitive to the length variation of the noun following he (Exp.1 and Exp.3).The tendency was weakened when the noun preceding he was a long name compared to a short name (Exp.2 and Exp.3).Moreover,the results show that length difference of one standard foot (i.e.,two syllables/characters) is sufficient to trigger the change of interpretation (Exp.3).Our findings thus suggest that syntactic parsing of written sentences could be affected by the length of the constituents at some particular position (but not all),presumably because such positions are fatal to the placement of implicit prosodic phrasal boundaries.

Objective To assess the predictive value of serum uric acid levels for cardiovascular and all-cause mortality in a large prospective population based *** The study was based on 3648 participants in Shanghai and Beijing,who were inpatients with high cardiovascular(CV) risk at baseLine (2004.7 to 2005.1),and blood was ***-up for death from cardiovascular disease and any cause was complete until January 1,*** The mean follow-up was 1 *** were 303 deaths during follow-up,of which 121 were *** mortality rates were 8.3 % for all patients,6.8% for female patients (116/1715),and 9.7% (187/1933) for male *** men,patients in the lower and higher uric acid groups had increased cardiac and overall mortality risks compared with patients in the normal uric acid *** relation was found in women but not statistically *** adjusting for other conventional risk factors (age,diabetes,hypertension,diuretic use and smoking),baseline uric acid level was still associated with increased risk for death from cardiovascular disease (P=0.005),or death from all causes (P=0.014) Conclusion Our data suggest that abnormal serum uric acid levels are independently and significantly associated with risk of cardiovascular and all-cause mortality.(J Geriatr Cardiol 2008;5:15-20)

This study explored how native speakers utilize intonation to produce French clause-combining complexes with causal conjunctions,particularly investigating how the prosodic realization would be affected by the narrative order of the cause and effect event,which conforms or conflicts with the iconic reasoning order,in a conversation with projected *** native French speakers were recruited to read aloud 68 question-answer *** critical answer conveys volitional content causality consisting of a prior clause combined with a causal/consequence clause introduced by the conjunction car or donc,forming effect-cause(EC)or cause-effect(CE)order,*** responds to either a why-question or a general question so that the focus position is *** of clausal boundary intonation and the prosodic prominence placement were convergent:EC order and focus in the second clause increased uses of continuing boundary intonation and prominence on the second clause as compared with CE order and focus in the prior clause,as both factors showed main *** finding is not supportive to the cognitive account predicting prosodic dissociation for non-iconic order;instead,it may shed light on the critical role of prosody in marking causality by highlighting the influence of contextualization cues.

语篇因果关系的表达和理解受到因和果的线形序列(即因果语序)的影响。本文首先回顾了前人对自然语言中呈现的因果语序偏好及其影响因素的探索,并引出研究问题:因果关系随着语言线性展开的过程,会引发理解者什么样的在线认知加工?是否体现出语序偏好?是否具有跨语言的一致性?针对以上问题,本文介绍了一系列有关因果加工机制的实验研究,这些实验围绕内容域因果,(1)探讨了不同语序的因果表达在汉语、法语中的语音产出表现,(2)研究了汉语和日语母语者阅读不同语序因果表达时的在线加工。综合运用实验方法以及语音分析、眼球追踪等技术,本系列研究多维度展现了不同语言中因果加工的一致性和特异性。

With high-frequency,low power dissipation and high-efficiency characteristics,Gallium nitride(GaN)power devices are of significant benefit in designing high-speed motor drives,as they improve performance and reduce ***,due to the cascode structure,coupling with the parasitics in gate driver and power circuits,power converters based on cascode GaN are prone to overshoot and oscillate on switching waveforms,which may lead to serious EMC problems,or even device *** complicated structure of cascode GaN device makes the gate driver design comparatively *** analytical model of the switching process considering gate driver parameters is proposed in this *** influence of gate driver parameters on switching behavior is investigated from the perspective of switching speed,waveform overshoot,and power ***-offs among overshoot,switching speed,and power loss are discussed;guidelines to design gate driver parameters are given.

Flavonoids,which are a diverse class of phytonutrients,are used by organisms to respond to nearly all abiotic stresses and are beneficial for human ***,used during the last step of flavonoid biosynthesis,is important in flavonoid ***,little is known about glycosyltransferase in the orchid Dendrobium catenatum(***).In this study,we isolated a novel C-glycosyltransferase(designated DcaCGT)from the orchid *** by identifying and analyzing 82 putative genes in the GT1 *** could specifically catalyze not only di-C-glycosylation but also *** from the normal function of catalyzing 2-hydroxynaringenin and phloretin to the respective di-C-glycosides,DcaCGT also catalyzes apigenin to *** metabolic profiling of the substrates(2-hydroxynaringenin,phloretin,and apigenin)and products(vitexin,isovitexin,vicenin-2,nothofagin,3’,5’-di-C-glucosylphloretin,and cosmosiin)in different tissues showed that vicenin-2 was the most abundant product of this novel *** was detected in flowers and flower *** also established that DcaCGT functions expanded throughout the evolution of *** OGT activity may help *** resist drought *** study illustrates the function,origin,and differentiation of DcaCGT and provides insights into glycosylation and molecular propagation processes,which can be used to improve the production of flavonoids by the cultivated medicinal plant ***.

Lignocellulosic biomass is the largest renewable hydrocarbon resource on *** cellulose,one of the major components of lignocellulose,powered by solar energy is a promising way of providing lowcarbon-footprint energy chemicals such as H_(2),HCOOH,CO,and transportation ***-of-the-art biorefineries target the full use of biomass feedstocks as they have a maximum collection radius of 75-100 km,requesting efficient and selective photocatalysts that significantly influence the outcome of photocatalytic ***-performed photocatalysts can harvest a broad solar spectrum and are active in breaking the chemical bonds of cellulose,decreasing the capital investments of ***,photocatalysts should control the selectivity of cellulose conversion,originating target products to level down separation *** separation in photocatalysts and interfacial charge transfer between photocatalysts and cellulose affect the activity and selectivity of cellulose refineries to H2 and carbonaceous *** account for the challenges above,this review summarizes photocatalysts for the refineries of cellulose and downstream platform molecules based on the types of products,with the structure features of different types of photocatalysts discussed in relation to the targets of either improving the activity or product *** addition,this review also sheds light on the methods for designing and regulating photocatalyst structures to facilitate photocatalytic refineries of cellulose and platform molecules,meanwhile summarizing proposed future research challenges and opportunities for designing efficient photocatalysts.
