针对现有架空线路运行状态评估存在的问题,提出一种基于健康指数的架空线路运行状态综合评估方法。该方法结合架空线路运行特点,综合考虑线路本体及天气、环境等外力因素影响,系统地研究了影响线路健康状况的各级关键因素及其影响系数。考虑不同影响因素重要程度,采取定性、定量相结合的方式,提出了层次分析法、优劣解距离法、专家研讨法三者相结合的线路健康指数计算方法。利用该方法对南京某实际110 kV架空线路运行状态进行现场验证,证明了所提方法的有效性。所提方法不仅适用于架空线路健康状态的评估,也可为其他电力设备的健康状态评估提供参考。

为了更好地进行禽白血病监测与净化,研究使用由蛋清、细胞培养物、胎粪等多种样品组成的样品盘对7种禽白血病病毒(Avian leukosis virus,ALV)p27抗原ELISA检测试剂盒(国产试剂盒DA、DB、DC,进口试剂盒IA、IB、IC、IDEXX)进行比较。结果显示:从分析特性上看,试剂盒分析特异性均较好,未观察到与其他常见禽源病毒的交叉反应;与IDEXX相比,DA、IA的分析敏感性较高,DB、IC其次,DC、IB较低,对于ALV不同亚群,各种试剂盒分析敏感性差异可达2~3个稀释度;从诊断特性上看,与IDEXX相比,DB、DC和IC的诊断敏感性和诊断特异性均高于90%;DA、IA和IB与IDEXX的诊断敏感性和诊断特异性均高于80%;各试剂盒对于不同类型样品(DF-1细胞培养物、蛋清、胎粪)的诊断敏感性和诊断特异性存在差异;从重复性上看,DA和IA的批内变异系数均在15%以内。综上所述,与IDEXX相比,当前国产p27抗原ELISA检测试剂盒DA和DB、进口p27抗原ELISA检测试剂盒IA和IC的各项性能可满足禽白血病净化各阶段对不同类型样品的检测需求。

次生林演替过程中土壤团聚体有机碳的积累机制和化学稳定性研究较少。为探明次生林演替对土壤团聚体有机碳含量及其化学组成稳定性的影响,选取黄土高原次生白桦林(演替初期),山杨辽东栎混交林(演替中期)和辽东栎林(演替后期)为研究对象,分析演替过程中不同粒径土壤团聚体有机碳含量变化特征。采用傅里叶红外光谱技术(FTRI)测定活性(AC)和非活性(IC)有机碳化学组成,以(IC/AC)作为有机碳化学组成稳定性指标,并分析其影响因素。结果表明:次生林演替过程中土壤团聚体有机碳含量表现出逐渐增加的趋势且各群落间差异显著(P<0.05),以演替后期的中等粒径团聚体为最高(37.63 g/kg)。土壤团聚体AC中多糖体有机碳含量最高(55.87%),而IC中芳香族有机碳含量最高(94.45%),演替过程中IC与AC总体变化趋势均呈现先降后增。IC/AC随着演替的进行呈先降低后升高的趋势,其中演替后期微团聚体有机碳化学组成稳定性最强达到了3.95。微团聚体含量(WM)与土壤全氮、全磷、全钾一起,显著促进了团聚体有机碳化学组成稳定性(P<0.05)。综上,次生林演替有利于促进土壤团聚体有机碳的积累以及有机碳化学稳定,其中微团聚体起到了关键性作用。

The total electric field(TEF) at ground level induced by high-voltage direct current(HVDC) overhead transmission lines is one of the important indexes for evaluating the lines' electromagnetic *** on analyzing the existing TEF sensors and the measurement principle of ion-current density,the influence from ions on TEF measurements is quantitively *** results show that the ions generated by the corona from a HVDC transmission line in operation cause errors in the measurement of *** error is determined through analyzing the component of total measuring current on the filed mill's sensing electrode: if no appropriate approach taken,the maximum measurement error reaches up to 4.3%.Furthermore,a method that can eliminate such error,and hence improve the accuracy of TEF sensors is designed.

Many of the applications proposed for bioassays, scaffolds for tissue engineering, filtrations, and supports for catalysts require polymeric membranes with large specific surface areas. Polycarbonate (PC) is a possible candidate for these applications because of its excellent mechanical performance and good biocompatibility. Electrospinning is a simple and effective method for large-scale fabrication of micro-/nanofibrous membranes with large specific surface areas. How to control the morphology of electrospun PC fibers, however, has not been systematically investigated. We describe the controllable fabrication of continuous and uniform PC fibers. We electrospin PC/chloroform solutions doped with different types of surfactants including anionic, zwitterionic, nonionic and cationic surfactants. Only cationic surfactants can lead to the successful fabrication of uniform PC fibers. After the analysis of the correlation between solution properties such as viscosity, surface tension, and conductivity and the morphology of electrospun fibers, we conclude that the addition of cationic surfactants such as cetane trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) that leads to a decrease in viscosity is the main factor responsible for the formation of PC fibers. The demonstration of the fabrication of uniform PC fibers will lend experience to processing other polymers into fibers via electrospinning.

In this paper,we prepared the nanoparticle drug carrier system between nanoparticles chitosan and Epigallocatechin-3 O-gallate(EGCG)for breast cancer cell inhibiting *** this drug carrier system,chitosan acts as a carrier and EGOG as a *** were systematically characterized and thoroughly evaluated in terms of their inhibition rate and *** also did a cell scratch test and the result indicated that the chitosan EGCG nanoparticles have inhibitory effect on the growth of breast cancer *** inhibition rate could reach up to 21.91%.This work revealed that the modification of nanopartidles paved a way for specific biomedical applications.

There is a strong correlation between bisphenol A(BPA)and the risks of endocrine disruption in ***,the mechanism behind this correlation is still unknown due to the challenge of accurately assessing BPA levels in biological ***,we demonstrate a molecularly imprinted polymer(MIP)modified impedimetric sensor treated with bovine serum albumin(BSA)not only reduces the impact of protein interference but also maintains both specificity and sensitivity for the precise analysis of *** platinum disc electrode was coated with MIP via electrochemical polymerization of o-phenylenediamine(o-PD)in the presence of BPA as a template,and free sites were then blocked with 1%*** impedance spectroscopy(EIS)was utilized for the detection of *** linear range for detection was between 1.0 pg/L and 10.0 ng/L,with a detection limit(LOD)of 0.28 pg/*** sensor presented a good selectivity over structurally similar steroid hormones and BPA *** validate the performance of the proposed sensor in the presence of possible interfering proteins,it was used to quantify BPA in real samples without any prior *** findings indicate that such an impedimetric sensor can be used to measure BPA in complex matrices.
